akeenade:Is alright bro.remain blessed |
akeenade:Akeenade is right.equal opportunity for all. just that the highlighted disciplines are in acute shortage therefore they need foreign nationals to come fill in those gaps via skilled migration that will lead to PR. To me it is somehow less cumbersome as I have seen so far but I noticed that one need plenty of information so that he/she don't make mistake. As par the application it is straight forward. |
alongie024:Oh!!! I am sorry for offending you.No harm intended.Pardon me ok |
alongie024:The above is self explanatory.it is clear so why exaggerating to get a point when the qualification you have is not stated for the occupation you want to claim the point. Sure you can go ahead and submit your EOI since your score in each section gave you overall sum of 140 points.with or without claiming any point under LTSSL does not make your ineligible in as much as you hit the 140 and above point. |
ireneony:is it not what they call baseball? |
lets support ourselves to actualise our migration dreams,I need a hook up with someone.on a serious note |

oh! sorry,I found out you mentioned ICT Business Analyst some days back.Your noc is listed as ICT Business Analyst (261111) in STSSL your qualification is HND so the qualification specified that will get points is Bachelor degree in any of the listed discipline which is Level 7 in New Zealand Qualifcation Frame(NZQF) Not only that one must also meet these requirements in order to claim points as stated in column 3 & 4 1.A Washington Accord or a Sydney Accord accredited undergraduate/ initial engineering degree or 2.A qualification at NZQF Level 7 or higher, with a letter from IPENZ certifying that the degree and any further learning meet the benchmark requirements towards Chartered Professional Engineer professional status in New Zealand or 3.NZ registration as a Chartered Professional Engineer or as an Engineering Technologist by the Institution of Professional Engineers New Zealand and a minimum of three years' relevant post -qualification work experience. You may ignore the above mention if you is not relevant to the your query. |
alongie024:Please refer to the revised edition of Long Term Skill Shortage List, effective from 11 April 2016 link below http://skillshortages.immigration.govt.nz/assets/uploads/long-term-skill-shortage-list-2016-04-11-.pdf Procurement Manager (133612) is the only job position listed under Finance/Business that qualifies for points if one meets the qualification requirements listed under column 3 and 4 of the long term skill shortage list From the dialog box you pasted,G2 should have been None of the above because your recognised work experience is not in New Zealand. G3 is correct provided you have captured the maximum number of work experince in G1.always round up the years to the nearest month G4 you will qualify for points for indefined future growth area only if you are already working in any of those areas in NZ basically you are suppose to be in NZ on current skilled or offer of skilled employment in an indentified future growth area. G5 is where you ought to claim points if your NOC is listed in an area of absolute skills shortage but you must meet the qualification requirement of the job position as laid out in column 3 and 4 of the long term skill shortage list then you name the occupation below I hope is clarified now |
akeenade:Thank you brother man.I am taking it one step at a time. You too will surely get there I am sure.I doff my cap |
Done my PAR assessment.Status showing Application Pending cos I have not yet paid the EOI fee More useful information link for Skilled Migration catergory applicants http://www.nzqa.govt.nz/qualifications-standards/international-qualifications/qualifications-in-professional-fields/#heading2-0 |
Congrat bro,It is indeed a dream come true.you will soon be overwhelmed by the amount of enquiries you will be answering each hour.I have seen it coming.stay strong |
alex81:Thank you dear,I made the findings on behalf of a friend.Clarified now.respect ![]() |
mimzy007:I asked on behalf on my friend who applied cos he already getting gittery as he hasn't receive any text. Thanks for the clarification tho |
alongie024:Your ascertion is quite confusing also.I read your statement over and over again until I was able to understand what you are talking about. Have you started the main EOI Skilled Migration app or you are still trying to use the free online assessment to find out your eligiblity. 1.The exact point that will be awarded base on your qualification will be when you have done the educational pre-assessment ie PAR but if you are still assessing your eligibility using the free online platform and award yourself level 6 for 50 points it will not reflect the same when you eventually do the qualification pre-assessment. if my explanation is not clear then summarise your first question let be elaborate more on it 2.you will get bonus point awarded to you if your skill is among the list of absolute skill shortage if not they will not award you any bonus point then if the skill is among the long term skill shortage a bonus point will also be given but from my own observation so far,the occupations in both list are always different I don't think you will claim points for both.they classified the occupations in short term and long term bases.so your occupation can't be in short term as well as long term skill shortage.i will clarify you more if you wish |
hello house, has anyone received an invitation text message regarding the recruitment exercise.I heard they have started sending invitation texts to applicants. Please I need to know cos the exercise is on sat 23rd april. Thanks |

charzyh2:I don't really know much about the canadian start up program.I still believe that you must be resident in canada for such to work.It will cost huge financial resources trying to get through that channel especially when one is outside of the country. To me,is likely not possible. The only way I know foreign nationals migrate is via the EE process or get admitted into a canadian school.thats all I can suggest |
charzyh2:The Federal skill trade visa class is for skilled trade applicants but it seems you must be in Canada practicing your trade before you can I apply in that category.I guess your skill fall under NOC C or D therefore you can't apply via EE or CEC class. |
dupyshoo:Wow!!! a woman? honestly I taught you were a guy cause dupyshoo sound more like a guy's id to me.Jubilation mood activated for the entire EE house.similar good news will show up very soon for many of us in Jesus Name. Don't do like my friend who in extreme jubilation almost cause traffic holdup at VI Lagos the day his Dv lottery visa was stamped ![]() Once again,a million hearty cheers to you. |
