I tried to use my Access Bank App to load credit on my phone twice yesterday but it didn't load the credit and my account was deducted on both occasions. Yesterday was not the first time it was happening. it has happened several times and its very annoying and I eventually had to go and buy re-chard card from roadside vendors.

My mom asked me to go home and relax while the manager told me on phone that he would come back later at investigate the issue. On my way i tried the number again and it rang. Lo and behold it was in my bag. I have been feeling very foolish since then because this is the store I buy stuff from all the time. The problem is that I dont know what to do now. Should i go back and apologize? Will i be arrested since they are still investigating the issue?
Pls advice me wisely.

Your narrative has shown that you are a very dangerous and unstable person. You Should be arrested and put in jail for defamation of character. Also, you have succeeded in damaging the reputation of the supermarket and made them look like thieves.

Don't think you can escape as the CCTV was installed to catch thieves and also to catch people like you who make false accusations. Personally, i don;t think you are remorseful, you are only scared that the CCTV will expose you for the despicable liar that you are.
