The electrolyte

Li-ion uses liquid electrolyte while Li-po uses polymer which is rather solid.
inotherwords you'll pick the polymer over li-ion?

OP...you seem to be stuck in the Sagem and Nokoa 3310 era. If you are making use of a modern smartphone, number 1 has been taken care of. Most smartphones of today make use Li-ion batteries (Lithium Ion)

Now Lithium ion batteries are known as ""smart batteries" and have a technology that controls their charge and discharge patterns. This means that the battery is designed to stop accepting a charge when it is full and also, the manufacturers also embedded a system which retains a percentage of power in the battery which is non-usable. That's why you can use a Lithium ion battery till it gets to 1 percent and even leave the phone for years and when you charge it again, that non-usable reserved power jump-starts the charging process without affecting the span of the battery.
Nice detail.
What's the difference between li-ion and li-po?

Let God plant you in the right carrier...God is a fantastic farmer. He knows where best to groom you and make you fruitful.if this army job is urs you would be amazed at how lines would fall in places for you...you can contact your godfathers but don't be disappointed if you are not shortlisted sir...know for a certainty that God wants to place you in the best place he has made for you. During my service year I met an army officer who encouraged me to put in my application and try, infact he told me he knew no one when he even applied, and that he just zeroed down his mind and tried applying and today he is an officer. God works in mysterious ways you know, Infact I even served in an airforce base where I met an officer who told me he would have preferred going into business till today this man always complains that he feels like he missed his path in life and this man got commissioned in 2005 or 2006..there are so many people who are trapped in uniform and they want to get out. Don't get to desperate for this Job. victory is from God .
But why can't they just get out?

You said senior officers, are you one?,before you reach that level you must have paid your dues,if you have eyes problem don't bother applying, this is because you will endenger your life and that of others,so you want to tell me that if you come under enemy attack you will start looking for your glasses
dssc wouldn't come under enemy attack would they?
I thought you said we'll sit in air condotioned offices? grin

it's a major disorder and can't be tolerated, just try your luck but if you are already using glasses please forget about the job.......mere sighting you with glasses is enough reason to send you home during selection, how do you judge distance with shortsightedness?,I wish you well
But I see very senior officers on TV with glasses. How did this come about?
And about judging distance with short-sightedness, it's important to note that seeing from afar is quite different from reading prints from afar.

You have to be Careful otherwise you land yourself in trouble, you can be disqualified on the grounds of impersonation, why would you accept colonel passport in the name with a general name, anyways there's still time to correct all anomalies but was it the same person,if so manage and collect the passport showing the current rank ,if not it could be misunderstood, during our time some of the people that signed for us are now Brig Gen,but were Colonel when they signed, thats understandable but in your case he is a substantive general and must be reflected especially if he is wearing uniform other than camo
Hello Sheriff...
I thought I should ask...
I couldn't read clearly from a tv write-up that was 16ft away from me. I'm short-sighted.
What's my chance like?

How much do you buy it?
At the time it was USD32.86 (that is 30.99 plus 1.87 shipping fee).
Which is about 12k.
It later reduced to about 8k during the just concluded black Friday.

The plain fact is that you will be limiting yourself by insisting on particular features, because getting the specific models that have the 3 slots will mean losing out on more important features.
With your budget above, get yourself the 64GB version of the Redmi Note 5 AI or the Redmi Note 6 pro; take the former if you dislike notches like me(they are basically the same device pound for pound). You can as well get an hybrid dual sim adapter if the 3 slots is non-negotiable.
Thanks for this.
I probably got here late.
Ali Express black Friday don close.
I'll be back.

Connectivity depends on a host of criterias which I feel even dirt cheap phones will do basically well on this front provided a number of those criterias are meant. E.g how good is the signal in the vicinity? That is, most phones will perform satisfactorily if the signal is good.
Well, you will get virtually all the important bands necessary for all the network providers in Nigeria, only the Band 28 is not common, but can be gotten on these models: Redmi Note 3 SE(out of production) Mi Note 2, Mi Mix 2 and the Redmi Note 5 (Taiwanese Model).
Thanks for this detailed info.

I decided to not get a Xiaomi, after I discovered that you can't put a memory card along with two sims at the same time.

Its under class 10, speeds of over 10Mb/s. If you check your class 10 memory card you'll either see U1 or U3 inscribed on it.

U1 = speeds of around 10Mb/s
U3 = speeds of around 30Mb/s
Well, this na layman terms, make we nr go into 4k recording and the other stuffs.
mmmh, I see

Hello guys...
Please I need advice.
I use a Tecno camon x (3gb ram and 128gb ext. memory card) ram but I intend taking advantage of the Ali Express black Friday ending in a couple of hours.
The question is, does the Xiaomi have a better network connectivity than Tecno products?
What exactly does the Xiaomi have over Tecno phones?

Thanks
