It seems I'm the only one who have been following up, that's yet to apply.
I just want my mind to direct me, such that when I go in, I won't want to look back.

Gentlelord:
You can try out Army DSSC apply under The Corp of Military Intelligence. if you are within the age bracket for SSC you can apply and you can also be sent to either Intelligence or Military Police (MP),Note that when applying for Army you are to choose either DSSC or SSC. if the form for police comes out and you are qualified, you can also apply, even try out Air Force and Navy, you never can tell.

OK...
I'm past ssc that's why.

For someone who studied psychology, what law enforcement is the best to join?
The Army (dssc) or the police?

Sheriff232:
You will not be able to grow in the job, some profession require you enroll at a younger age so you can have a profetting career progression,if you join army at the age of 35 and not with the rank of a major as done for consultants then you are doing yourself a disservice, you will find out that you will retire at a very low rank. This is the only advantage that regular trained officers have over short service, most of them pass out at 20,21 and at most 23,so you find out that at 28 they are already captain and at 33 or 34 they are already major,so the issue of age bracket is good in some professions. But jobs like civil service,NNPC,DPR,NPA etc,i think they should review the age bracket for employment, this is because retirement here is either on attainment of 60 years of age or 35 years of concurrent service unlike the armed forces that each rank has an age ceiling

It's quite hard to believe genuinely that a person of 20/21 will pass out of Nda and be an officer.
Are the 20/21 year old people in NDA particularly different in body size and shape than people of same age in the university?

Does the NDA give them so much balls at that age to become officers ready for battle?

Vecto:
how do you activate it?

by getting a new Airtel Sim.

dyydxx:
should i still get the x-pro like this?

princesa:
Graduated. Served.

Oh, that?
That's the essence of going to school isn't it?
Because when you say you moved on, it's like saying you left Nigeria or moved to a school that has no business with ASUU.
Anyway, congrats.

lebete3000:
No I doubt that, & bike man was seriously dealt with.

OK

princesa:
Thank God I've lived through the nightmare called ASUU strike and moved on with my life...

It is well.

How do you define move on?
You changed school or you left naija?

lebete3000:
Bro as I said, if you have no other chance with employment, Abeg join Army oh! Me I be Doctor, I can easily walk out on any trash thrown at me. We had an accident during night navigation when a speeding bike didn't have a head lamp and we too had to use minimal source of light.

Was it outside the camp or inside?
Could it have been intentional?
Like, did the bike man escape?

BetaTechnicians:
For which laptop?

A Dell e6410 (Latitude) original laptop battery.

lebete3000:
I really thank God o....moving on with my life jarey. I love my freedom.

Hello bro.
I know this is old, and I feel for you.
I thought I should ask, what exactly caused the bike accident that it had to involve 7 people?
Secondly, how did you eventually retrieve your certificate?
I desire to join the army but now I'm having second thoughts.

Can you help me get a laptop battery on e-bay?
I don't know why they don't ship to Nigeria.

You know I thought, that the guy who talked about reading from the beginning to the end was right. I decided before I saw his comment, to read from 160 downwards and I can tell that there'll be so much info. to get if I move a little backward...
But as I kept reading, the thread kept moving, not till I saw the argument about someone wanting another to apologize because he felt offended. Now the thread no come dey move again...

Anyone who's been on nairaland long enough, should know, and should come to terms with the fact that it's not too deep.

Can we just, for the sake of vital information, move on so that everyone can benefit?

Thanks

It's more cheaper to buy in alibaba , because they sell in large quantity, u can negotiate on alibaba because you are buying from a supplier. AliExpress is more costly.

But what if i want to buy one item, would it make sense negotiating with them on Alibaba?

olawumia:
You don't need a material, first make sure the supplier has trade assurance, make sure d supplier has on site inspection. I just bought baby puzzle from alibaba. I paid into my agent(a Nigerian in China) account, I connected both of them. The agent charges 5 dollars per kg which you ll pay when your cargo arrives. Please do not pay to a supplier directly

please what's the difference in buying on Alibaba and buying on Ali Express?

Demmzy15:
Hello people, my school's convocation is by 21st October, 2018 and we're likely to resume camp by 23rd October. So my quick question, if you're called for stream 1 and you didn't make it, does it mean you'll have to chill till next year or you'll move to stream 2?

Like someone had said, you can still make it even on Friday.

It's not just the 4g sim though...
I get about 15gb with 3k.
I don't use the 4g sim.
All thanks to double data.

Shileh:
pls oo, is it sokoto b4 kebbi or its d other way round, cos I picked kebbi during my registration nd am frm ondo state, I just pray dey don't post me dere

After Kebbi is Sokoto.
Like I said, it depends on the road you follow.
If you follow Abuja, Zaria; it'll be Zamfara then Sokoto.
If you follow the other way, you'll get to Kebbi then Sokoto.

Donreiy:
Then you don't know snakes

Me no even gbadun that thing called tights, it makes me feel uncomfortable. Pant is enough for me and even sometimes i don't even wear any, i no dey open yansh carelessly

But with the pants alone, won't the panty lines show?
I thought the reason for the tight was to prevent those lines.

hoover420:
That is why you have to set your phone lock to like 10 to 15 sec. Once your phone is locked, the phone will request for password before turning off.

Can you walk me through this please?
