Last week (march 06), two sociologists at the University of Virginia published an exhaustive study of marital happiness among women that challenges this assumption. Stay-at-home wives, according to the authors, are more content than their working counterparts. And happiness, they found, has less to do with division of labor than with the level of commitment and "emotional work" men contribute (or are perceived to contribute).

I have the courage to do it. It isn't like i haven't done it before but it just starts off as awkward. Cause when you are walking over to him you are all "oka what do i say, is my hair right, do i look attractive" and all these things are just rushing in your head. Then when you get there, it is like "Hi my name is Onyinye," etc.
