TravelHere Is Why Dubai Is The Hottest Travel Destination For Job Seekers by HECTORBOSS(op): 7:47pm On Jan 04, 2020
In the course of the past few years, Nigerians have found it necessary to seek greener pastures abroad because travelling out offered a better opportunity compared to what is present at home, coupled with the harsh economic situation faced by the people as a result of the never ending recession which started since 2015.

The truth is that the prevailing standard of living in other countries, far exceed that experienced in Nigeria. And if you look at the salary scale and minimum wage earned in this country and compare using the exchange rate when converted to the Naira, then you understand why Nigerians are willing to go to any country in the world to earn such wage to improve the standard of living of their loved ones and family members.

But there is a bigger and even more worrisome problem now. SCAM!!!

Scammers are making it big scamming innocent and unsuspecting Nigerians of huge sums of money online and offline in the guise that they can prepare a travel package that help to get a job offer and some incentives for travelling to a particular destination.

Two of the most popular destination where you have a high presence of travel scam cases is Canada and the United Arab Emirates.

These two from my experience are the easiest countries accepting Nigerians right now. While Canada gives you a lot of conditions to migrate United Arab Emirates give no condition.

While you will need a total budget of about N5million to process your Canada travel, you will need only about N1million to get to The United Arab Emirates on a 3 months visa plus accommodation and feeding plus some change for your shopping for the entire 3 months period.

Out of this you will get a secure and genuine travel package for N550k including the 3months visa and air ticket. Plus support on arrival in the UAE which includes, airport pickup, bus card for cheap transportation, support to get a comfortable and affordable accommodation and access to a community of people who will speed up your job processing time.

This is the main reason Nigerians are now trooping massively to this beautiful country where job opportunities are currently on the rise and there is a new increased salary scale for the people to further improve the standard of living.

In the United Arab Emirates the monthly income of a cleaner for instance is between N120k to 200K when you convert the Dirham to Naira. Now if you have a highly skilled job you should expect to earn between N300k to N8000k at entry level depending on your discipline. All this come with free accommodation, free feeding and in some cases free transportation. The best part of this is that the United Arab Emirates lets you work tax free.

Now you know why everyone is on their way to this beautiful city right. They will let you come in on a tourist visa and give you the opportunity to search for job and then you can apply for a work permit when you get employment.

Like I mentioned above the biggest issue now is the issue of scam artist defrauding unsuspecting Nigerians of their hard earned money. To avoid this you have to know who you are dealing with before sending money to them for processing.

Here are some of the precautions you need to put in place to curb the activities of these scammers;

1. Never ever transfer money to people you meet online to process your travel itinerary without meeting them or any of their representative in person.

2. Always insist on making payment into their business or personal bank account or into the bank account of persons bearing their surname. With this you have a claim should there be an issue.

3. When it is time to make payment always insist that they give you a copy of the receipt to show that payment was made.

4. Know that 98% of all job offers are scams. Insist on getting the job offer before making any payment huge payment. If not it is better searching for job opportunities on ground the United Arab Emirates.

With this and your effort at due diligence you will be safer achieving your aim of travelling for to get employment in a place like the United Arab Emirates.

Get more information on how best to process your travel itinerary with rest of mind and get access to job opportunities as they become available.
CelebritiesRe: Nigerian Man Who Roast Corns In Dubai For A Living (see Pictures) by HECTORBOSS(m): 6:12pm On Jan 04, 2020
This is definitely not Dubai.

Dubai does not have tight roads and that man is not selling rather he is buying.

It is common sense in practice taking a look at his position.

Dubai does not allow street trading meaning you cannot sell corn on the street in Dubai.

One more thing Dubai is not a city for the hustler, it is a city for those who want to build a career or interested in working.

So if you are going to Dubai thinking you can make it as a hustler on the streets, you better think twice.

You can make it as a trader who buy things cheap in Dubai and send to Nigeria for sale using money earned from your
salary to fund the business if you don't have startup capital.

So the best way is to go to Dubai on a 3 months Visa plus flight which will cost N550k get a job and start to buy things
you can send to Nigeria for sale.

This is exactly how i break through.

On arriving Dubai, i found out that they had strict rules which when broken either gets you in jail or out of the country.

My only option was to get a job.

Now i am helping my friends on a small fee.

If you cal that hustle then thumbs up. we will always find a way.

See my picture below. This is how Dubai looks Today from my room.

AgricultureRe: EXPERT ADVICE: The Most Profitable Agrobusiness 2016 by HECTORBOSS(m): 12:04pm On Aug 04, 2017
DON'T JUST JUMP INTO FARMING WITHOUT PROPER INFORMATION AND TRAINING.

My advice is to get trained and surround yourself with people into what you are going to farm else you'll jump out as fast as you jumped in.

I learnt this the hard way in my poultry business.

I started with 400 birds and as business boomed I decided to add more birds. As soon as I brought in the second set of 500 about 3 months after the first set Suddenly the older birds stopped laying. My farm was going through an upgrade, we had to erect a concrete wall which also served as the farm house. Now it was difficult to tell what actually caused it.

We went from 13 crates daily to 1 crate and it took them about 1 half months to recover and never went beyond 7 crates.

What I want you to know is this 95% of the people giving these responses have no experience.

You need a comprehensive training in today's agric business especially new entrepreneurs where you will be thought how to know the best and most lucrative crops for certain land types and the farm management.

Harvest, process, package and sell to direct consumers
and export rather than to retailers who you have to beg to take your crops at a cheap rate.

Can you see the kind of thought trainings like this put in your head. You are an instant millionaire by this thought but the know how activates it.

Go beyond the crops and focus on processing, packaging, marketing and sales. I would pay N50k for this training but I got it for Free.

Same goes for live stock and as things have improved a lot, you do not have to wait 6 to 8 months any more.

I do 2 to 3 months harvest and I like it. If not for the training I would have given up.

My job is to share this message and hope you listen cos I almost abandoned a N3m infrastructure investment because of lack of knowledge but thank God for the training.

Let's get talking if you about to start or frustrated with no results.

EducationRe: Top 20 Degree Courses With Best Employment Opportunities In Nigeria by HECTORBOSS(m): 10:22am On Jul 27, 2017
THE 2 MOST LUCRATIVE COURSES on this list that will give you the most benefit in starting off on your own and becoming your own BOSS in AGRIC BUSINESS is AGRIC SCIENCE AND FISHERIES.

If you do Agric Science you are going to have a vast knowledge of agriculture while Fisheries help you to focus on Fish Farming.

This does not mean that people without University degrees cannot get involved, all they have to do is get relevant training in Agric Business to start.

If you are passionate about starting your own AGRIC BUSINESS all you have to do is go on Facebook, Twitter or Google to search for FREE TRAINING ON AGRIC BUSINESS.

The Reason a lot of people run away from Agric Business is the LACK OF KNOWLEDGE in their area of interest and the LACK of FUNDING to start.

If you want to succeed in AGRIC BUSINESS, you need the knowledge. You can take the relevant University Courses or go for Training to know more.

Agriculture is the biggest thing now that Nigeria is diversifying from crude oil. There is massive land mass and you can get this for cheap if you are determined enough to just search.

We need more Entrepreneurs, producers and manufacturers who will process, package and export Nigerian produce to the rest of the world.

Get support and advice from people already involved before taking any university course or Agric Business Training.

Good luck.

AgricultureRe: Large Scale Farming Challenges. How Do I Overcome It. by HECTORBOSS(m): 4:25pm On Jul 26, 2017
The one and only solution is to be there physically and if you cannot be there it is quite unfortunate.

There is nothing you can do about it. The same people you higher to watch over your farm will be the same people stealing from you.

That's the norm.

WebmastersHow To Open a Verified Paypal Account in Nigeria: The Truth or Scam by HECTORBOSS(op):
ARTICLE BY: EntrepreneursTake

Paypal like we all know is the biggest and most popular merchant payment company in the world.
Not until recently, they were not accepting Nigeria for the reason that Nigerians are, known for Scam and fraudulent internet transactions. This I will not dispute, but the story is quite different now.

We have more legitimate businessmen carrying out legitimate transactions online today. We have an increasing number of people going online to start internet businesses, which will require the use of Paypal.

Since most companies with which we can make money online uses paypal to either receive or make payment, it became a big problem and a frustrating situation among affiliate marketers, information marketers, bloggers and website owners.

It was relieving news when paypal commenced the acceptance of Nigeria into its program. Now you and I can get involved in so much more online business opportunities, but we still cannot receive payment except we have a verified paypal account. I contacted Paypal to know if i could get my account verified but i was told that Nigerians cannot receive funds into their Nigerian paypal account. They can only make payment with the paypal account connected to their Nigerian bank account.

This has led to a much more bigger problem, people peddling themselves online luring unsuspecting people online about the ability to offer a verified paypal account which can be used to receive money into your Nigerian bank. The truth i got was direct from paypal rep now it became confusing when i started seeing guys advertising such services online.

Blog lots of research While forum no research.

Forum lots and lots of technical work While blog little to no technical work.

Forum lots of managers While blog one or more managers.

Forum lots of Niches While blog limited Niche.

I mean its easy for she than it is for him so please don't compare because he is making it available for all.

Business7 Customer Service Etiquette Employers Should Embrace For Business Growth by HECTORBOSS(op):
It is important you exhibit proper customer service etiquette in working with customers if you want them to be loyal to your business

There are several key rules you need to put in place as an entrepreneur or business owner when dealing with your customers.
Every business, brand or product don’t just earn loyalty from customers because they are in existence but because, their customers have experienced one or more of these customer care etiquette when dealing with them in the sales process

Startups can use customer service as a unique strategy for increasing profitability in business when faced with stiff competition from established businesses.

To achieve this goal, you may want to consider these proven tactics in exhibiting true customer service etiquette all loyal customers will value.

1. Always Smile: Customer service starts the moment the customer steps into the business premises. An apprehensive customer is easily disarmed, when met with a smile.

Always ensure that employees keep a smiling face whenever they are dealing with customers. It shows that you enthusiastic and motivated about the business. This will infuse a positive atmosphere and motivate the customer to buy and keep buying from you.

2. Be Friendly: when you keep a friendly attitude in dealing with a customer, they tend to feel good about themselves and feel comfortable with you. Since friendship is directly related to liking, a customer care representative can win the loyalty of the customer simply because he or she (the customer) feel liked by the customer care representative.

WebmastersRe: How Do You Make Money Online by HECTORBOSS(m): 5:52pm On Nov 23, 2011
There is no simple online business. You have to work on it till you start to make money with it. the best part is if you don't have a skill to receive money then you must have a product or subscribe to some else's product as an affiliate.

I sell various products online using facebook and tweeter. If you need an I-Pad, a Laptop or a blackberry i can link you to a distributor where you deduct your commission after you might have sold the item. And the items are all in a website which you will be given access to various of these products.

BusinessRe: What Business Can I Do With 200-300k? by HECTORBOSS(m): 2:29pm On Nov 06, 2011
From my research i have found out that Nigerians will only spend their money on products that help them take their mind of the pain of life and commodities that can give them joy. Examples; Food and beverages, alchoholic and fruit guice, hitech gadgets, like phones, electronics and laptops etc.

Now you can become a distributor for any of these products but you will be required to pay nothing less the 2M for some companies and up to 30M for others like May & baker, Mtn, unilever and co.

But you can beat all these barriers and gain a free entry with nothing down, and still get the 15 - 30% discount most companies get as distributors.

Here you have access to HP, LG, SONY, SAMSUNG, HAIER THERMOCOOL, DANGOTE GROUP, GLOBACOM, UNILEVER, CADBURY, MAY &BAKER, MCNICOLS etc.

The advantage is you have your own website and sell, distribute and deliver to buyers right from the convenience of your home. You also have access to info products, discounted real estate, free loans from their co-operative, discounted travel and tour opportunities, discounted health packages, free complimentary trip to Las Vegas and other luxurious locations and you have the opportunity of building your own business from the free training you get and lots more.

all it will take you is more info: 08099930294
