Some Yorubas are stupid and daft for joining the bandwagon to rain insults and curses on the monarch in order to appear less tribalistic..Its normal to condemn the speech or any other unholy rants made against the yorubas themselves but the idea of fellow Yorubas insulting the Oba on this subject is the worst kind of relativistic, feel-good nonsense. I'm still wondering if the igbos would insult their king on social media for whatever speech made in their defense..Later we wonder why no tribe wanna respect your royal authorities in future |
As soon as i typed River state and Enugu result in my Excel sheet, Excel froze and I had to close from Task Manager ...Its clear GEJ = Goodluck Enugu Jonathan |

11. The Indian prime minister's salary is just 1,900,000 rupees a year, which comes to little over $30,000. That's according to an official response to a freedom of information request submitted by local media. 12. He might be in charge of the world's second largest economy, but Chinese President Xi Jinping's salary is just $22,000. And that's after a 60% pay rise at the start of this year
|
6. The British prime minister earns £142,500 ($214,782) a year. That includes his salary as a member of parliament, which is £67,060. 7. The French president would have ranked much higher on this list, had he not taken a 30% pay cut the moment he took office in 2012. Without the haircut, Hollande would have earned 255,600 euros a year ($274,522), second only to Obama. Now he makes $194,251. 8. Putin, In the face of his country's worst economic crisis in years, Putin said last week he was cutting his salary by 10%. He now earns roughly 8.2 million rubles per year ($136,000) as Russian president.

Compare with Salaries of Nigerian Politicians, Here is how the pay of prime ministers and presidents of the big developed and emerging economies stack up, according to the most recent official data and converted into U.S. dollars at the current rate. President Obama leads the pack with $400,000 a year. The presidential salary doubled when George W. Bush became president in 2001. In addition, Obama gets a tax-free expense account worth $50,000. http://money.cnn.com/2015/03/10/news/economy/world-leaders-salaries/index.html?iid=Lead

I'm not surprised, Under a rogue government like that of GEJ, you can be sure anything is possible..We can now see corruption walking naked..If the likes of Fayose (a political tout rigged in as governor but has now neglected his electoral obligations to focus on Buhari, both his budget and capital projects are on "BUHARI" just as if he's a fellow Presidential opponent to Buhari and despite the glaring evidences garnered from Ekitigate incident, he remains a governor, it tells alot about the morbidity of this current administration. Failure to kick out this government this month will only mean one thing. "Naija condition remains permanent" |
A few things are guaranteed in life.... Taxes, Death and Rooney scoring against Arsenal. |
Haha..Desperado..All the Naija churches wey this man visit in 6weeks never do...now to Shrine..I heard he also participated in Sport rally all of a sudden? well, he needs the physical fitness, the race from Aso Rock to Otuoke demands Agility |

This political errand boy is always down with constipation of ideas and diarrhea of speech..You can always hear ridiculous utterances escaping from his gap teeth.. https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=qun4YeQX0AM |
Pls and Pls..People should stop taking this FFK serious..Anytime he opens his mouth, you can always hear ridiculous lies escaping from his gap teeth.. If our media outlets had talked about the EkitiGate issue the way they talked about Buhari and APC issues, we would have uncovered a lot by now. Even the food we eat in Nigeria these days is politicised. |
mikeansy:His major focus has been on redistributing his nation’s wealth, claiming that his administration has reduced poverty from 37% to 11%. “Businesses just want to increase their profits; it’s up to the government to make sure they distribute enough of those profits so workers have the money to buy the goods they produce,” he told businessmen at the US Chamber of Commerce. “It’s no mystery–the less poverty, the more commerce. The most important investment we can make is in human resources.” His government’s redistributive policies include setting prices for essential commodities such as milk and providing free computers and education for every child. |
He lives simply and rejects the perks of the presidency. Mujica has refused to live at the Presidential Palace or have a motorcade. He lives in a one-bedroom house on his wife’s farm and drives a 1987 Volkswagen. “There have been years when I would have been happy just to have a mattress,” said Mujica, referring to his time in prison. He donates over 90% of his $12,000/month salary to charity so he makes the same as the average citizen in Uruguay. When called “the poorest president in the world,” Mujica says he is not poor. A poor person is not someone who has little but one who needs infinitely more, and more and more. I don’t live in poverty, I live in simplicity. There’s very little that I need to live. He is opposed to war and militarism. “The world spends $2 billion a minute on military spending,” he exclaimed in horror to the students at American University. “I used to think there were just, noble wars, but I don’t think that anymore,” said the former armed guerrilla. “Now I think the only solution is negotiations. The worst negotiation is better than the best war, and the only way to insure peace is to cultivate tolerance.” |
Would any Nigerian Leader step down after 5yrs even when the people wants him to continue? Nahhh...I guess they would rather force themselves on us.. Uruguay bids farewell to Jose Mujica, its pauper president as he steps down after 5years in office.. Jose Mujica is often referred to as the president most other countries would rather have, as Wyre Davies reports Whatever your own particular "shade" of politics, it's impossible not to be impressed or beguiled by Jose "Pepe" Mujica. There are idealistic, hard-working and honest politicians the world over - although cynics might argue they're a small minority - but none of them surely comes anywhere close to the outgoing Uruguayan president when it comes to living by one's principles. It's not just for show. Mujica's beat-up old VW Beetle is probably one of the most famous cars in the world and his decision to forego the luxury of the Presidential Palace is not unique - his successor, Tabare Vasquez, will also probably elect to live at home.Wearing what could best be described as "casual" clothes - I don't think he's ever been seen wearing a tie - Mujica seats himself down on a simple wooden stool in front of a bookshelf that seems on the verge of collapsing under the weight of biographies and mementoes from his political adversaries and allies. “ Start Quote This world is crazy, crazy! People are amazed by normal things and that obsession worries me!" ” Books are important to the former guerrilla fighter who spent a total of 13 years in jail, two of them lying at the bottom of an old horse trough. It was an experience that almost broke him mentally and which shaped his transformation from fighter to politician. But when you visit "Pepe" at his tiny, one-storey home on the outskirts of Montevideo you realise that the man is as good as his word.'Inner strength' "I was imprisoned in solitary [confinement] so the day they put me on a sofa I felt comfortable!" Mujica jokes. "I've no doubt that had I not lived through that I would not be who I am today. Prison, solitary confinement had a huge influence on me. I had to find an inner strength. I couldn't even read a book for seven, eight years - imagine that!" Given his past, it's perhaps understandable why Mujica gives away about 90% of his salary to charity, simply because he "has no need for it". A little bit grumpy to begin with, Mujcia warms to his task as he describes being perplexed by those who question his lifestyle. "This world is crazy, crazy! People are amazed by normal things and that obsession worries me!" http://www.bbc.com/news/world-latin-america-31679475

The part that appeals to my sense of reasoning and judgement is that, When it comes to issues like this, you will soon hear some ladies lecturing men on how they should maintain restraint and adhere to the principle of "Real men dont hit a woman" as if deliberate provocations and domestic violence are exclusively in the domain of the females..When you deliberately push a man to the wall more than he can bear and you are brave enough to hit him then you deserve whatever you get in return. TO be a man is natural, to be a gentleman is by choice. |
May be you mean Northern Looters ?...Let just shove all this unfounded speculations, we have a month to the Election, let wait and see...Sai Buhari ! How many likes for MARCH4BUHARI ? |
