first you need to know what you want in a prospective mate , the moment you spot a reasonable percentage of that in someone, you go for him or her. you have gotten to the point of traditional marriage that simply means you are married. so what are you trying to do?

please i work with a bank and one of my customers needs a loan, he is puting his property up as a security, but my bank goes the extra mile of perfecting the mortgage though its an equity release, i was discussing with my customers lawyer and he said if my bank does the legal mortgage that his client(my customer) would almost be starting afresh trying to get the documents back in his name when he liquidates or pays fully the loan amount and said its almost like he is applying for a fresh C of O(CERTIFICATE OF OCCUPANCY).

please what are the likely costs he will incure to get full title back after paying down?

there is always a natural tendency to be defensive when involved in certain issues in life. society and people around us will always shape what we do unless we have the courage to be viewed as old fashioned. if the society where i live sees nothing wrong in me walking nude, i will and it wont be a problem.
so why are girls desperate to get married? because for everything under the sun there is an appointed time, a time to be single and a time to be married. most importantly ladies have a race against time, and most often guys do the wooing.

its really unfortunate but true. i guess the reason is that most nigerian ladies( yes, i mean nigerian ladies)go to the UK with extremely high expectations.
i use to have an ex that i could die for, she was very hot, and in her early twenties so she actually thot she was doing me a great favour dating me, she would always say she wants to travel and meet people and as God would have her prayers answerd she got all of that, and because she felt she wud be travelling she wanted us to end the relationship,believing ahe was going to heaven where angels would welcome you on arrival, as i speak to you she is 31 and still very single. the last we spoke she wanted us to make up, it was so bad that her friend and even her mum did give me a call to see how posible, but was she thinking that while she travelled i was all but sleeping? the last i saw of her on FB she was looking completely depleted, and you see i was doing really great and she never appreciated me. really really unfortunate. and i feel really bad that someone i gave my life would be in that situation.

it really depends. some ladies have got that promiscous DNA that most men possess,when they are turned on they are completely outta control, but basically if a typical lady cheats on her bf then she obviously doesnt love him, she is probably gaining somewhere, may be financially and only waiting until she gets someone better, possibly the guy isnt satisfying her emotionally and sexually, cos i know ladies dont joke with that,. ladies are very emotional, they react to their emotions more than men do.

a decent relationship shouldnt make you feel hurt, i feel a relationship where you're putting in so much that it begins to hurt isnt right, relationship for me is for pleasure. i have an example, a guy i just met is entirely jobless , but his girlfriend has got a job and she fends for both  of them, but guess what ? he sleeps around but he still loves her very much and tells me he will marry her,  is he true to his words? only time and GOD will tell? but i do know he loves her, the reason behind the love i do not know. so ladies and guys alike, love with caution and dont go beyond your breaking point. would you take a risk beyond what you are capable of loosing? such that you become a debtor? that is stupidity. i love your spirit

I'm a typical Nigerian lady reared by very modest parents. I can't claim perfection  because I am nowhere near it but I can carry my shoulder well to say that I am a modest person yet I love to club simply because I love music and love to chill out in that blaring-music atmosphere of a club. I love to dance too.

I go to clubs when I can find time yet I have never been drunk in my life(I can't imagine losing control of my senses,I will never put myself in that condition). I am not into alcohol, the much alcohol I can acommodate is at most half a bottle of small guiness mixed with Vitamalt or something soft. If it's free drink at the club, I always go for juice with minut alcohol. I Like Baylis too but have never bothered taking it in a club except at home when I have it around. It's not a must-have for me. I try to avoid Alcohol because I love my body natural and untainted. Strip clubs are not my kind of thing too, I have never been to one either.

I really don't agree that going to clubs makes one bad. Good people go to clubs, I have once met and befriended a responsible married mother of one in a club when she came clubbing with her sister. Couples, friends go clubbing, does that make them bad, what is that thing we have against the single, free and enjoying their lives that make us point fingers, paint pictures of goodness and badness. Who is perfect among us? I don't think that fondness for music and socialization should be negated in the scale of such judgement. More important virtues like decency, honesty should be on that scale. Just what I think.

the basic reason most relationship crash is some people start dating when they know it will go no where and dont even know what they want. may be for the fun of it i guess.
imagine a girl  18 years dating a guy 21, they both havent written JAMB, nor does the guy see himself been independent in any foreseeable future: a girl 100level the guy guy 200 level,

solution: girls start dating from 23 years of age, guys 26years and/or can fend for yourself. this age range is naija based please and not for muslim ladies please. experience shows that relationship after or during these ages tend to have more success rates, so why start what you will likely not finish? why sell yourself so cheap, devalue yourself. and so on.

some people see 1 year as long term others 5 years and above, where do you stand? any ways if a girl starts dating a guy in her fist year in school and the guy is in his second year , obviously they are in for a longer term relationship and that could end in calimity, cos it would take him over 5 years to actually become a man i.e 4years in school+ 1 year NYSC+ atleast 2years to secure a job and be a bit comfortable=7years

mind you during these period of so called long relationship, a more serious guy, i mean settled( has a good job, a car, a decent apartment,) comes to woo the girlfriend and the supposed boyfriend feels easily intimidated cos he knows he is in trouble most likely and before you know it one friction after another that finally tears the already worn out relationship.

now the answer to you question: do you know its more risky to travel by road than by air? the longer the relationship the more premarital test its been subjected to such as infidelity, the guy goes to camp and is starved of what he is been getting from his chick and he quickly searches for alternative, same with the girl and before long the love btw both of them cools off.

i really didnt bother reading other peoples comments though because i have always been and will allways be of the opinion that a failed marriage is simply a failed MAN.

men do the wooing, so to have wooed someone you werent compatible with, someone you knew very little about, someone you pretended to love and so on, means the man failed from the beginning. he shud have done his home work very well before opening his mouth to propose. was he coerced or under duress?

interestingly, its takes me hours or days to interact with a lady to know if she is my kind of person and the moment i discover certain behaviours am not willing to accomodate trust me i see her as a man beside me . so, show me a failed marriage and i will show you a failed man.

if a man truly love the woman he married he will do everything to make sure the marriage succeeds.

thats not to say the women are without faults though.
