This cant be true...look so disgusting |
This is how many church folks think today. They want to be worldly and yet godly. I call them worldly godly. So, who are the worldly godly 'Christians'? Oh, they are very easy to spot. They are the ones who judge Christians by worldly standard rather than by godly standard, and they usually think they make sense doing so. I'll give you a few examples. * Bill Gates owns a private jet, why can't Bishop Oyedepo own a jet too? * Ebuka wore an Agbada sewn for 280k, why can't pastor Biodun of COZA wear a $1,200 US Dollar wear? * Celebrities and Sports Stars own exotic mansions and cars, why shouldn't Christians own exotic mansions and cars? Etc. Most of those who make these rationalizations usually argue that God doesn't wish poverty and suffering for Christians. But that is a dishonest argument. The point here is not whether Christians should be poor and suffer. The real issue is whether Christians should judge themselves by the same standard as folks in the world or not. The answer is simply 'No'. You see, church folks who talk that way miss the major hallmarks of the life of Christ and His Apostles - Moderation and Modesty. The Scripture says that Jesus was rich but He became poor for our sakes so that we might be rich. Apostle Paul would traverse the entire ancient Asia Minor just to make sure that none of the saints lacked anything material and spiritual. He stated once that 'I have learnt to abound and abase'. He worked as a tentmaker and literally stripped himself naked for saints in the local churches who lacked. He could have spent his incomes on expensive jewelries and accessories from Rome and Greece just to prove that His God wasn't poor. Paul didn't. He became poor for the sake of other poor saints. Comparing the Christian with world achievers or putting both on equal moral pedestal is a very bad theology. It demonstrates a dire misunderstanding of the apostolic culture. The Church is supposed to be 'a Special People', 'a Royal Priesthood', 'a Holy Nation', 'a People belonging to God...to show forth His Praise'. We are not regular. We are not secular. We are supposed to be a break from the secular norm. Any Christian who justifies opulence and excess on the premise that 'others do it' is a theological disgrace. He might as well argue that; * Niki Minaj dances pantless and braless on stage, why can't Christians do same? * Yahoo boys drive exotic automobiles from fraud money, why can't Christians enjoy same? Do you see how ridiculous that sounds? That's exactly what you sound like when you make comparisons between secular achievers and Christians. You cannot be worldly and godly. You must choose one. Choose a struggle. Worldly godly is an oxymoron. I know that God is not poor. He owns everything. But in Christ He chose to identify with poverty so that others might be rich. He is GOD! He could have been born in a Palace but He chose a Manger. He is GOD! He could have enrolled Himself in the best Scholarship in Ancient Greece but He chose Carpentry. He is GOD! He could have chosen 12 Richest Men on Rome's Forbes' List as Disciples but He chose 12 Nonentities as Disciples. Everything about God in Human Flesh speaks Moderation and Modesty. Owning a private jet among 110 Million Destitutes is neither moderate nor modest. Wearing a Gucci Wear worth $1,200 in a country where Youth Unemployment is between 60-70% is neither moderate nor modest. You are not Christ's Ambassador. You are His Headache. You are not godly. You are worldly. You are worldly godly. #truthissacred |
How on God's Earth does tithe secure a man's destiny? What scripture is the Bishop relying on? We should be grateful that the Scripture is closed. Otherwise, many of our G.Os would have published their own Bibles. For instance, we'd see inclusions like; 'The Gospel of Tithing According to Oyedepo'. 'The Epistle of Adefarasin on Tithing'. 'The Revelation of Ashimolowo on Tithing'. When the scripture cannot substantiate your argument, you'd have to write your own scripture. "The overpampered G.Os are scrambling, cooking up fantabulous rebuttals and are faltering seriously in the sad process! They are looking more and sounding worse than a bunch of militarized Leprechauns defending their pot of gold from some sustained outside attack, than the true keepers of the Word Of Life. Never knew asking critical religious question could ever be this agonising..." #truthisscared |

Feminist Logic. Feminist: "The fact that a woman walks into your room butt naked doesn't mean she is asking to be raped." Me: So, what was her plan? To hold a private praise and worship session butt naked or to teach u female anatomy. ![]() Some women and their useless warped feminist logic. #truthissacred |

On the matter of the murder case, this is the third case in three months where a Muslim wife goes crazy because the husband had an affair. I think the Muslims should start counselling before weddings and ensure that both parties involved are aware of each others rights. If their religion allows a man four wives, then the women should learn to look away when their men go wandering looking for new wives. In the words, she has committed an abomination and should be punished. There shld be no lowering of bar for women. #truthissacred |

Today, hypocrisy is legal but truth is an offence. The world of showbusiness and entertainment is unarguably sex-driven. No matter your country, race or social profile, the moment you are about the music, movie and fashion industries, you are bombarded with sex, whether you like it or not. It may be subtle or subliminal and sometimes obvious, but it (sex) is ever present. Sex is crucial to marketing in the entertainment industry and the players know this. It's like an unwritten industry rule. So, it's either you're ready to play or you're out. This explains why movie producers and directors proposition young and ambitious aspiring actresses for sex in exchange for big roles. And some aspiring actresses too seduce them for a shot at fame. The sexier you are as a lady, the better your chances. It's an industry that prioritizes good looks and sex appeal for both men and (especially) women. The most sought after actresses are often sex symbols. In that industry, it's all about crossing the redlines. For instance, Omotola is an A-List actress in Nollywood, and married with kids. But I was really shocked at some of her roles in over-the-top erotic scenes in the movie 'Alter Ego'. A few of those scenes could make a Shari'a fundamentalist strap himself with a bomb (lol). This is not to take away from Omotola's morals as a wife, but rather to show that in entertainment the redlines are crossed all the time. The industry usually has a huge number of desperate young women seeking fame or cheap popularity, and also many entitled randy men. So, when Ms. Desperate meets Mr. Randy in private, scandals are born in public. But then only one party faces the gallows many years after the fact. Harvey Weinstein is the latest sex scandal in Hollywood. This randy and entitled fella is currently in the eye of the storm as not fewer than 27 women (most of whom are actresses) have accused the Hollywood heavyweight of sexual assaults, rape etc. One of them is the famous A-List Angelina Jolie who suddenly found her voice and guts after two decades. She accused Weinstein of sexual assault which he allegedly committed in the late 90s. Now she is a victim 20 years after the fact. Remember the 59 women who alleged sexual offences by Bill Cosby 40, 30 and 25 years after the fact? Do I believe Weinstein sexually assaulted some of these women? Absolutely. Do I believe these women were complicit in the act or that there was tacit consent? I absolutely do. My reason is simple. Most of the women in Hollywood know that sex is the rule rather than the exception. It's a given. Like I stated earlier, it's an unwritten industry rule of which everyone is aware. If you don't ask (for sex), it would be asked of you, sometimes in uncivilized and uncouth ways. So, for instance, a movie director grabs the breasts of an actress either in private or on location, and 20 years after she gets her movie role she becomes a victim. And then womenfolk start calling her 'brave' for voicing it 20-30 years after! That's not bravery. That's hypocrisy. Bravery would be to report the assault ASAP!! And damn the consequences. But no, that would have jeopardized her almighty rise to fame. Hence, they CHOOSE to remain silent. The point here is that they had a CHOICE and they made it. How then can they truly be victims? Weinstein (just like Cosby) will not be the last sex scandal in Hollywood. Sex is the trademark of showbusiness. There are many directors, producers, actors and actresses who are currently sexually assaulting one another. Sadly, we won't hear about them until 30-40 years from now. And then some folks would call the 'victims' brave for speaking out. Brave for keeping their mouths shut for decades. Maybe, just maybe, they kept their peace because they knew the rule and they played the game. In which case they were players with benefits, not victims. I'm sure this inconvenient truth will bother a lot of folks. Welcome to the 21st Century. #truthisacred |

In an Age of gender equality and radical feminism, it is quite telling how we expect so little from women but so much from men. The hypocrisy is obvious. The double standard is apparent. Yet, we want equality. In the 21st Century politically correct and affirmative action world, we seem to have lowered the bar for women. And we will pay for it. Like I always say in a jocular manner, hell knows no gender. There's no women-friendly hell. Hell recognizes TRUE gender equality. Hell BURNS everyone EQUALLY. But this generation does not seem to get the memo. I'll explain why I say this. I was once watching a Morning Talk Show on TV. The hosts on the show were ALL women. A wife had just murdered her husband in cold blood. I couldn't stop shaking my head as I watched these women struggling to RATIONALIZE the evil she had committed. They blamed depression, they considered the possibility of mental instability and bottled up emotions. What they were doing was obvious. They were trying hard to make us see the killer woman as A VICTIM rather than a MURDERER! On this same show, when a man killed his wife, the women spared no venoms. They called for outright justice. Although, some of them attempted dismissively to finger depression but the general consensus was clear. Justice! Guys, we live in a world that underestimates women and always treats them as victims. Yet, the same world wants equality for them. This is evident in the latest story of a woman who stabbed her husband to death while he was asleep. Some people are already seeing her as a victim of depression or mental illness. Just imagine for once that it was the husband that did this. The outrage would be out of this world. There is simply no excuse for evil. Evil is evil. There's no worse place where this bar has been lowered more than in the West. It's pathetic over there. A woman claimed she was sexually assaulted more than 30 years ago when she was a minor by a man now running for Senate. This was 30 years ago. The alleged assaulter had been in public service for roughly 28 years, but there was dead silence. Now that he is running for Senate, the woman suddenly found her voice. When she was asked why she kept silent about the assault for 30+ years, guess her response; "Because no one asked. But now people are asking" Just imagine. She kept quiet about it for three decades because no one asked? And the Western Media believed her! OK, so let's back up a bit. Are people supposed to start asking EVERY woman out there if they had been sexually abused before they speak out? Do you see what we(female) are doing? It's very clear. Because they do not want to blame the women who irresponsibly kept silent, they blame the WHOLE WORLD for not "asking"! Can you now see how low the bar is for women in the West? Perhaps, if this woman had reported the assault to an adult immediately, the assaulter could have been stopped from hurting others. But no, blame the world for not asking her about it because everyone in the world should be telepathic. Even sadder is the fact that if you dare blame the woman's irresponsible silence and opportunistic behavior, they would accuse you of victim-shaming. Yeah, she is the victim. A woman who kept quiet for three decades about an ALLEGED assault is a victim. In a sane world, those who keep quiet when a crime is committed are not called VICTIMS. We call them ACCOMPLICES. The whole Western World has gone nuts. We must put an end to the idea that women are always victims even when they clearly are not. We must stop bending the rules for them. Especially now that we want equality with men. Fair is fair. Until that is done, we are not ready for real progress. We are just virtue signalling and being politically correct morons. #truthissacred |
