Nope. The website I work is digitalinfoways

It's a scam. I have 1719 USDT to claim by paying 1290 USDT to complete the task. I immediately put an end to it.
You can watch their general way of operation in the video below. You may find similarities

Abeg has anyone here heard of making money on digitalinfoways? This people has been disturbing me that they got my contact from indeed and offering me remote work on digitalinfoways. Where it got tricky was when I made withdrawal for joining commission 😀 and then them advising me to deposit before qualifying for more commission/tasks.
Looks like a scam to me though.

Hi.... Seems like we are having similar experience. Did you work on website called small planet?

Hi everyone,
I want to air my thoughts here regarding internet laws in the UK. Back in Nigeria, you can access any website and download or stream or make use of any App on app stores. However, I know there are some restrictions but it seems hard for me to know the red line here in the UK especially with downloading free movies on websites. Also, since I am not sure of things to not do, I was thinking of installing a VPN app to be on a safe side. But then, I thought could VPN be an issue as well in the UK. I thought that the best is to seek for others view on this internet lifestyle in the UK.
I am few months into the UK and trying to be careful of my actions.
Thanks for your anticipated responses

If you use your country as country of residence while opening account on exchange you won't be affected in the uk but if you put uk as country of residence your file will one day be sent to hmrc for tax purpose

Thank you. I used UK as residence. I bought Crypto less than £100 but I didn't trade neither did I sell. It was opened on Saturday and I have closed the account on Sunday midnight. Am I safe like this? Will data still be sent to HMRC?

Hello everyone,
Please I need your help. I am bit shaking right now. I am a student in the UK. I was contacted over the weekend for data optimising job for App review for play stores and Apple stores through an agency. There is a form of payment that comes through the website where we review Apps for optimization (Which is just a click and submit review for Apps). The money from the website (in USDT) can be sent to a Crypto wallet (OKX). I had to buy buy USDT 2 times yesterday and today for the work which was £66 spent. The purchase was through P2P by paying directly into the seller bank account and then the seller releasing Crypto(USDT) to me in my OKX account. It all went successfully though. and I have realised £166 within the days together with my £66
But later, I started checking if I am eligible to engage into Crypto as an International student in the UK. I have not sold any Crypto than to buy 2 times(over the weekend. Please I do hope I am not in a mess already as an international student.
Your response will be appreciated.
Thanks

Please I am seeking for response. Hope Crypto trade as an international student in the UK wont affect future Visa application?
Thanks everyone, Justwise.

Thanks. I have already stopped the work.
Does that mean that Crypto trade in the UK doesn't affect international students?

You’re not in any risk for trading crypto.

This job does seem a bit sketchy though so you should be wary of being scammed.
Thanks for your information

Not so bothered about being scammed sincerely with this. Just don't want to have issues in the nearest future. I was able to raise £166 from the work and the money in the OKX account. I was having sleepless night. I had to close the account myself and cannot be reopened again. I hope my data would not be recorded and sent to the UK government.

Did you get this job via unsolicited communication via WhatsApp or Telegram........ Are you sure you have not been scammed.........

What was the USDT payment for.........

It was through WhatsApp contact through a 'recruitment agency'. I am not even bothered about being scammed now but greatly bothered about going against my visa rules by buying Crypto in a crypto wallet (OKX)
Thanks

Please, I seek for opinion.
We intended to apply for Visa together with our child but we have to let her stay back till Dec due to financial reasons.
Should the MA still declare the child under the people that financially depend on him or remove any traces of the child in the application and family photograph? Note there is sufficient POF for 3 of us and she will be applying in December?
Thanks

The GBP is the transaction currency also known as base currency . The right arrangement is GBPNGN.
UKVI will convert their Pounds to Naira equivalent using the oanda site.
They will NEVER and NEVER put Naira First in the Oanda converter to determine their Pounds

GBPNGN

1 GBP = 1,013.95 as at today

not NGNGBP

@ duchess90, mimilyrics, giselle237, cashmadam, ThenewageFarmer and others can this be true please? This is a bone of contention in my whatsapp group
Travel / Re: Uk Student Visa/tier 4 Pbs - Your Questions Answered Part 8 by HenryG(m): 2:10am On Jun 25, 2023
Please,
When confirming the exchange rate on Oanda.com, are we converting from NGN to GBP (which is higher in rate) or from GBP to NGN (lower in rate)?
For example,
Today exchange rate on Oanda states
NGN to GBP =#1044
and GBP to NGN = #1004
Which one are we to use to calculate POF. Thanks

Hello

The arrangement sounds okay, the question is aligning the dates if you can and that the TB test goes smoothly

2. Yes you can

3.What do you mean by permanent license, are you referring to the UK drivers license?

Cheers

Thank you for Ma for the response.
@
1. She is less than 3 years old. So hopefully the TB test will go smoothly. We had thought thoroughly on how to align the dates together by watching both applications simultaneously. Available date of TB may influence our selected date for Biometric when ready.

2. Well noted

3. As regards to the Nigerian drivers license, I was told that it will take 6 months before the plastic I.D card comes out. So, I can only be using like a photopage/slip of my license. By the timeframe for it to be out, we would have been in the UK. So, my question is can that temporary slip be used in the UK before getting the plastic I.D from Nigeria?

Thank you once again.
Travel / Re: Uk Student Visa/tier 4 Pbs - Your Questions Answered Part 8 by HenryG(m): 10:46am On Jun 22, 2023
Hello,
MA and Spouse had TB but dependant child has not. We will be applying for Visa soon. I am thinking of opting for assisted service for the dependant child while MA and spouse do self upload. The arrangement is that we will travel once for the child TB and for biometric. We know we may have to pay for walk in if we have different dates for biometric.
I do hope our thoughts and arrangement is right.

2. Can I use school address as where we will be staying during Visa application even though we are not( or cannot) staying in the school accommodation?

3. Can I make use of Nigerian temporary driver's license I.D in the UK while waiting for the permanent to be out and sent?

Thank you

2. No.
3. Yes.
4. If the 1st page has all necessary info, yes but better to upload all as I see no reason why the pay for the job should be included since it's part of the contract.
5. Yes, as long as the 8-year period is covered.

I am so grateful for this guide. God's blessings

Hello everyone,
I am presently putting documents together to present for 8 years study gap (2015). Kindly help me review the following situations below:
1. I believe I can tender my NYSC certificate as part of my proofs

2. I completed a postgraduate Diploma in Management(2019) in a different university in Nigeria. However, my B.Sc was in Health science(Physiology) and my M.Sc I want to pursue now is also in Health science (Biomedical science) but the PG Diploma is in Management science. Hope it won't bring up issues that I didn't have focus on career progression at the visa office. I just want to use it to cover for my study gap.

3. I have an appointment letter from a Private school (2021). The payment was a meager one but the appointment letter was properly typed and presented on a letter head and signed. Also, the salary was not stated as it came on a different letter (or payslip). Can I submit this as well?

4. I got a job last year july(2022) for a 6 month contract in a reputable Non-Governmental Organization. The contract expired in December and yet to be renewed as at now. The appointment letter is a 3 page document. However, the salary (#150,000) was stated on the 2nd page. I am concerned on the salary relative to just the 6 months contract and it was recent appointment(last year). My question is can upload just the first page of the appointment letter as it contains virtually the necessary information except signature which is on the last page and back it up with work reference letter from my line manager or should I just ignore the appointment letter and just get only the work reference letter?

5. Can just these 4 items be enough to cover up for my 8 years study gap?

Thanks all.

It secures your status as her dependent, yes, but you must apply separately for that visa - perhaps after finishing your course, unless you want to forgo school and the T4 visa.

Really appreciate

Grertings everyone,
Kindly help to understand how this works in the UK:
My wife and me will be going to Machester come September via Tier 4 visa. I am the main applicant and my wife will be the dependant.
If my wife(as a dependant) secures a job that can offer her tier 2 visa while i am still a student, does it automatically secures me now as her dependant to remain in the UK under her tier 2 visa? Please how does this aspect work according to the UK rules? Please help out.
Thanks

Hello

My apologies, I thought this had been answered

Chances are as high as anyone who puts in the effort.

1. Target the NHS for Physiology related roles

2. Target and create job alerts for companies that can offer skilled workers sponsorship,Here's the link for licensed companies:https://www.gov.uk/government/publications/register-of-licensed-sponsors-workers

3. Check LinkedIn and narrow down your search to relevant roles

4. Start applying early ( so you have ample time to get your sponsorship and switch)

There really is no magic wand to wave, you have to be determined and keep pushing through regardless of the rejections you might receive.

Forgot to add, clean up your CV, use the employment/career service in your Uni to upgrade your CV and cover letter. They should coach you on job searching, interviews, and jobs that require assessment centres(stages and stages of assessment). Some also post roles for international students, stick to them when you settle down in Uni and have your grades top-notch

Cheers
