Where is Ihanden Amenamuon Cynthia, I've been longing for a kiss! Maybe this is the day!! |
Today, 6th of July is International Kissing Day. Do you know that the longest kiss in the world lasted for over 58hours in 2013 between a Thai couple? |
May God extend His healing power to all those who call to Him |
Parents really need to pay more attention to their kids. They definitely didn't know what petrol can do. Too bad |
hmmm |
Ufranklin92:it's better than nothing. after all it's a monthly payment stuff. multiply 8.5m by 12 and get your yearly allocation for it. not bad for a state government. |
If there is ever to be a revolution in Nigeria, our religious institution and leaders are the only ones that can mastermind, and drive it considering how Nigerians value and respect them. All the G'O's of churches should stop celebrating political thieves that call themselves leaders. They should stop inviting them to fundraising ceremonies and foundation laying whatever. They need to give the people the impression that these politicians are not relevant at all. The Catholic Bishops have spoken well. Other Christian leaders are silent because it wasn't their pastor or followers. If at this point Benue people have not yet armed themselves with whatever is available then I strongly believe they are under a spell! |
By tomorrow APC and Lai Mohammed would count this as an achievement! Or even tell Nigerians that drumming can create 30million employment opportunities for the lazy youths! |
We all know police have only succeeded in arresting innocent citizens. |
Get a lawyer, and sue them since you have tangible evidence and numerous witnesses. Your brother is a minor and the court would wholeheartedly welcome such a case. You also need to be extremely careful since you have become and enemy to the same set of individuals saddled with the responsibility of protecting you and your family. If possible, get a licensed bouncer/bodyguard for now. These security operatives can be cunning and mischievous atimes. |
So long building is now a yard stick for measuring a university's performance? Chai.... |

Senator Ben Murray Bruce tweeted yesterday about World Poverty Clock Report on Nigeria taking over from India as the country with the highest population of extremely poor people in the world. According to the 2018 World Poverty Clock Report, 85 million Nigerians or 45% of our population are extremely poor. Below is the tweet:

Tolexander:Though we got the message they are trying to pass across but I think it is rather too sensational. |
Nigeria's president will spend three months working from home after his office was damaged by rats. Muhammadu Buhari has just returned from three months in the UK , amid widespread concerns over his health. But government spokesman Garba Shehu said the office required renovation after damage was done to the furniture and air conditioning in his absence. He told the BBC the president had a "well-equipped" office at home that he could work "perfectly" from. Mr Buhari returned to Nigeria on Saturday, but did not reference his health in his first speech. Some Nigerians had called for him to resign during his prolonged absence, saying he was unfit to run the country. Others were angered by officials' refusal to disclose what Mr Buhari was being treated for. He first travelled to London in June 2016 for what his office said was a persistent ear infection. He returned in January and May this year for an undisclosed illness. Opposition politicians have claimed he was actually receiving treatment for prostate cancer - an accusation Mr Buhari denied. "There's nothing at all to worry about as to the condition of his own health. From everything we have seen from the president - we have a new Buhari: energetic, well focused and it is clear he is enjoying excellent health," Mr Shehu told the BBC's Focus on Africa programme. "He has recovered, so there is nothing to talk about in any speech." Many users of Nigerian social media have cast doubt on the reason given for Mr Buhari working from home. http://www.bbc.com/news |

Lalas247:What shall it profit Liverpool to buy Virgil and lose Coutinho? |
Lalas247:Yes Klopp has a plan but does Liverpool as a club have ambition? Selling their best player every season, is that one ambition? Watch out, Mane to Man U next summer |
Lalas247:You think you have made it abi? Let Hoffeinham catch you on Wednesday. |
Yes, the new european football season is here and lots of Nigerian guys are ardent football fans. It therefore means that most weekends would be interesting and busy for them because they will always stay glued to catch all the actions, twists, talking points and highlights of as many games as possible. So, ladies, dont get angry when he fails to show up on weekends or call you all through the weekend as he used to. Less I forget, no more hanging out at parks and recreational centres. It's at bars of hotels and restaurants with active dish satellite subscription. Just come to terms with the reality abeg. |
Agreed, we should celebrate the capture fof Evans but for police officers to snap and take pictures with him is a no no!!!! But wait o, technically Evans is still an accused person. a court of competent jurisdiction haven't found him guilty yet! |
nepapole:Bros eh, na naija we de so. The said Hamburger guy was even killed a few metres away from a police station around Oyegunwa in the area. And it is alleged that members of OPC are part of those causing the havoc. This may sound unreal but Visit to the area would authenticate every detail. |
Arsenalholic1:You are welcome. There is serious panic in the area right now. Many nephews school teacher just called to inform my brother that there won't be school tomorrow. As early as 8pm all shops were closed. |
I ran like a kid this night on my way to a mall around Mafoluku because of rampaging area boys who have gone berserk following the murder of one Hamburger in the area. Residents of the area have had no peace since the death of the man last week. Tomorrow is his burial rite ceremony and there is serious panic in the town. Area boys have threatened to cause havoc. Heard rumours that some cars were burnt and about 3 persons killed as a result of the unrest. Ask anybody living around the area for confirmation. |
It's no longer news that Nigeria marks democracy day today. It's a day that ushers in a new administration at least every four (4) years. Exactly two years ago, Nigerians witnessed the ushering of a new government led by Muhammadu Buhari under the platform of the All Progressives Congress. It was a bit special from the previous May 29ths because it marked the first time an opposition party emerged victorious in a election since the inception of the first republic. To cut the long story short, 2 years down the road, how would you rate the performance of Buhari led APC administration? Click "LIKE" if he has done well Click "SHARE" if he hasn't. Also comment and share your opinion on how Nigeria has faired in the past two years, pointing out areas that there has been improvement and areas yet to record any improvement. Please be civil and impartial.
