O ba pari, the truth from the mouth of the man.
Politics › Re: Fashola Hands Over 60-flats H.a.b. Fasinro Court In Apapa. Pics by hercules07: 7:31am On Nov 26, 2011
O ba pari, the governor is building these houses and giving them out with a structured plan, this is the way to go in Lagos, kudos to the man. Can he also help creating large estates with good roads while the owners of the plots build the houses themselves?
Politics › Re: Bayelsa guber poll: CPC woos Sylva by hercules07: 6:38am On Nov 23, 2011
Until Sylva decamps to a party, one can not believe thisday and Beaf, that was how we were told he was going to ACN by the same person.
Politics › Re: Tinubu Asks For New Ideas To Solve The Indigene/Settler Challenge by hercules07: 8:49pm On Nov 21, 2011
@Francis

Should I pull out all your Yoruba and ACN hating threads? You do not need to deny what you are and by the way your insults just prove my point.
Politics › Re: Tinubu Asks For New Ideas To Solve The Indigene/Settler Challenge by hercules07: 8:44pm On Nov 21, 2011
Francis is a Yoruba, ACN hater, he does not see anything good in those two.
Business › Re: Sanusi Halts Naira Devaluation Claims Naira Is At Desired Stability by hercules07: 12:41pm On Nov 21, 2011

Politics › Re: Military Rule In Bayelsa - Sam Omatseye by hercules07: 12:00pm On Nov 21, 2011
I am actually not that much against imposition of candidates at the party level, what is wrong is the disobedience to court orders, let us be frank with ourselves, Sylva is a useless governor and should not be returned by any political party.

You are my inlaw, so, I can make some allowance for you, poems I agree can be boring, I have only read wole soyinka's books and everyday I wake up, I thank him for the trials of brother jero and jero's metamorphosis.
Education › Re: Between Chinua Achebe And Wole Soyinka, Who Has More Global Coverage ? by hercules07: 8:37am On Nov 20, 2011
Well, different strokes for different folks.
Education › Re: Between Chinua Achebe And Wole Soyinka, Who Has More Global Coverage ? by hercules07: 8:33am On Nov 20, 2011
@Ileke

Always assumed you were, anyway there must be a reason for you to think the book is boring, maybe you read it at a time you were not ready for such a book or maybe you are more into mills and boons than literary work grin .
Education › Re: Between Chinua Achebe And Wole Soyinka, Who Has More Global Coverage ? by hercules07: 8:30am On Nov 20, 2011
They both have the same Global coverage, why do people bring up threads like these, Achebe is a Genius at what he does, Soyinka is a Genius at what he does, no one is more popular than the other.
@Ileke

Things fall apart is not boring, it might be because you were born and bred in the US, that book still remains one of the best books in African history.

@Phuck

I am sure that the agreement between LASG and the company states how tolls will be collected, as per states fixing roads, yes it is their duty, but, they can not fix all the roads and where affluent people live will be taxed more.
Business › Re: Osun Farmers Head For Lagos In Aregbesola's Osun Farmers Trains Project by hercules07: 8:01am On Nov 20, 2011
I tire for Kobo o, all those points do not carry any weight, point 4 is even funny, will those selling their goods in Lagos abandon their farms in Osun state? Will they not fend for their families, will they not pay their farm workers? Oro yi ma su yan o, why are other states with the same rail track not doing the same thing, on point 1, you say they should invest the money in agriculture, by facilitating the movement of agricultural produce are they not investing in agriculture? The NRC has not denied Osun's state investment it is someone in Ohio that knows everything about the agreement.
Politics › Re: Dickson Seriake Wins PDP Governorship Primary In Bayelsa by hercules07: 7:51am On Nov 20, 2011
Anybody defending this act is a not so smart person, what PDP should have done was to have that injunction lifted and applied for an injunction stop all injunctions on the conduct of their primaries, the elections they have held will not stand and they will be forced to do it all over again.
Business › Re: Osun Farmers Head For Lagos In Aregbesola's Osun Farmers Trains Project by hercules07: 7:45am On Nov 20, 2011
Aregberascal for ever,let the haters hate, the man is delivering for his people. The same rail line passes through a lot of PDP states and we can not see their effect, infact, in Gombe, they have built a park on the rail line.

Politics › Re: What Exactly Does Sanusi Want From Us? by hercules07: 6:01pm On Nov 19, 2011

Politics › Re: Jonathan Orders Issuance Of Visas At Airports by hercules07: 5:58pm On Nov 19, 2011
This is a dumb move if it is true, the policy on visas should be straightforward, do you know how many chinese guys will come in to Nigeria with this type of statement?
Politics › Re: What's Happening On The Lekki Axis? (3) by hercules07: 2:15pm On Nov 19, 2011
@Phuck

I am aware there will be three tolls, that means the road is broken down into sections, it is possible that the guy are running short on cash, why not make them toll the section that is complete, the Lagos state government is losing money paying for the road as it is. The FG road within the Airport is being tolled and there has been no construction done on that road for ages.

@aloy

The church is not meant to bear redeemed, it will be a protestant church that will be used by all protestants, if you have ever visited any of them, that is what they have, no anglican, no redeemed, no winners, laws are meant to be followed jare.
Politics › Re: What's Happening On The Lekki Axis? (3) by hercules07: 4:37pm On Nov 16, 2011
They should toll the completed part, shebi they are going to have three tolling points, let them toll the part that is completed, as per the FG, let them fix the roads and toll them, too many lives are being lost.
Politics › Re: What's Happening On The Lekki Axis? (3) by hercules07: 4:19pm On Nov 16, 2011
Let them toll the section they have completed, complete others and continue tolling, the federal government is also not providing an alternative route to ibadan and that road is to be tolled. I am more sympathetic to states tolling than the FG because I know good road construction cost money that they do not have.
Politics › Re: What's Happening On The Lekki Axis? (3) by hercules07: 4:00pm On Nov 16, 2011
The roads might not be fully completed but they have done some good part, let the lagos state government roll up the roads and bring them down to my area, I will gladly pay toll, the more infrastructure that come to an area, the higher the worth of the properties there, why are the Lekki people just being stubborn.
Politics › Re: What's Happening On The Lekki Axis? (3) by hercules07: 3:51pm On Nov 16, 2011
Mbulela

The day Lagos state government starts collecting tax on petrol consumed, you can harass them on tolled roads, the Lekki express way is a PPP project, the PPP guys must make their money back, I wish Fashola will just build more of those roads and toll them, we will be spared the cost of new spare parts with all these bad roads everywhere.

You will wait for a long time, I suggest you employ your time doing something more fruitful.
Politics › Re: Buhari May Contest In 2015 Election by hercules07: 6:09am On Nov 15, 2011
@Beaf

Babangida enrolled Nigeria in OIC not buhari, Buhari also jailed northern politicians and killed Northern Muslims who were killing Christians in the North, your attempt at rewriting history will fail.
I do not think Buhari should contest and I am sure he will not, all he needs to do is support a progressive in order to kick out the vampires called PDP.
@jakumo, we get it you really hate Buhari.
