We do not have enough money to buy most of the things you guys are asking for, abi, are you guys not the ones also asking for good roads and refusing to pay toll on Lekki road? You guys need to see the high networth private hospital my sister in law delivered, shishi they do not have, it is just to charge money, compared to them, Fashola's hospitals are heaven on earth.
Politics › Re: What's Happening On The Lekki Axis? (3) by hercules07: 2:48am On Dec 06, 2011
Why is it that those who have the money are the ones not ready to pay the tolls, abeg Fashola should bring the road to my area and we will pay jare. How many of you guys here are shouting on the FG to demolish the tolls setup on the road between the local airport and the International one?
Politics › Re: Pdp And Its Macabre Dance In Bayelsa State: Division In Nigerian Presiden't Home by hercules07: 6:20pm On Dec 05, 2011
Sylva is a useless man jare, though I do not support what the PDP are doing, do they not have anybody influential that loves the state?
Politics › Re: Nigeria Born Chuka Umunna Set To Become The First black British Prime Minister by hercules07: 4:22pm On Dec 05, 2011
I am not too bothered about a black man winning any election in the UK or the US, they will not favour Nigerians, so, why should I care.
Politics › Re: Why Is Everybody Afraid Of Buhari's Presidency by hercules07: 4:17pm On Dec 05, 2011
@T8

What of Obasanjo that you people voted for? What of Jonathan, what has he achieved in his life? Please go and find out from your elders what Buhari did and then come online to apologise.
Politics › Re: Nigeria Born Chuka Umunna Set To Become The First black British Prime Minister by hercules07: 4:00pm On Dec 05, 2011
@CAP28

He has already been voted for, though I think you are saying people will not vote labour in once they realise he will be the beneficiary of such votes.
Politics › Re: Lagos State Governorship: 2015 Christian Agenda by hercules07: 3:50pm On Dec 05, 2011
@X-factoria

You are a known anti ACN, so, whatever you say will not carry weight, you think Tinubu is OBJ who opens his mouth to say anything he feels like?
Politics › Re: Fashola Hands Over Fourth Maternal And Child Care Centre At Ajegunle. Pics: by hercules07: 8:35pm On Dec 04, 2011
Thank God for small mercies, at least we have a health center that has been saving lives, next, we will tell Fashola to build them like the Sheraton and Nicon Hilton, on a side note, can anyone show us the ones Jonathan built in Bayelsa when he was governor or the ones built by Atiku in Adamawa.
Politics › Re: Has Buhari Apologised For Killing Igbos In 1966 Coup by hercules07: 12:38pm On Dec 04, 2011
@Voodoo

12 Million Nigerians wanted him, the 1966 coup was always going to happen, one Igbo and one Hausa office pledged loyalty to each other asking the other to save him when the coup takes place, do you think coups are social events? Buhari left Nigeria better than he met in 1984. Buhari is not an Angel, but, he has done far more for Nigeria as a country than most of our leaders.
Politics › Re: Lagos State Governorship: 2015 Christian Agenda by hercules07: 12:32pm On Dec 04, 2011
@Beaf

In the SW, we do not care about your religion, we have people of different faiths in our families. ACN can put in a place an idol worshipper, I do not care as long as he delivers, his religion should stay in his house.
Politics › Re: The Delusion Of Grandeur Of Ahmadu Bello At Independence In 1960 by hercules07: 12:14pm On Dec 03, 2011
Can someone please give a link to the original interview, while at it, I will love to know who owned the Patriot. I believe Ahmadu Bello was too smart to utter such words to a newspaper a few days after our independence.
Politics › Re: What Ojukwu Told Me Before, During And After The War —sam Aluko by hercules07: 11:58am On Dec 03, 2011
@Kayci

Where in the write up do you see Ojukwu taking credit for releasing Awolowo, Sam Aluko's account seems fair enough and can be seen to be truthful.
Politics › Re: Four Decades Since Ojukwu's 'death' by hercules07: 4:26pm On Nov 30, 2011
Truthful article, the guy told it as it is.

Gbawe

Please leave Beaf, he must earn his salary from GEJ, if he does not scream on Nairaland how can he justify his pay.
Politics › Re: Code of Conduct Tribunal Dismisses Tinubu's Case + Video by hercules07: 1:01pm On Nov 30, 2011
If the case was dismissed on a technicality, our prosecutors should be flogged, imagine being told that your case is shoddy by the tribunal, why do they get paid? Abi Jonathan has whispered into the ears of the Judges to fashi as bros delivered SW to him except for Osun with our dearest rascal Aregbe.
Politics › Re: Code of Conduct Tribunal Dismisses Tinubu's Case + Video by hercules07: 12:57pm On Nov 30, 2011
Gbawe and Eko Ile, where is the party at o, kai Tinubu go now deal with all those useless people who were peddling rumours.
Business › Re: Amosun Presents A Budget Of N187.9 Billion For 2012 In Ogun State by hercules07: 12:19pm On Nov 30, 2011
Ogun state needs to step up its game jare, they should make the state more attractive to people who live in there, those border towns should have the best of facilities, a lot of people will prefer to spend their money in Ogun state rather than Lagos state if the right things are put in place, PAYE is not the only source of revenue that they can get.
Business › Re: Amosun Presents A Budget Of N187.9 Billion For 2012 In Ogun State by hercules07: 11:50am On Nov 30, 2011
@Afam

Which one is loyalty in this case now, most workeers have their salaries deducted by their employers, it is the function of the companies to send the money to the appropriate tax authority.
Business › Re: Amosun Presents A Budget Of N187.9 Billion For 2012 In Ogun State by hercules07: 11:02am On Nov 30, 2011
I think they hope to work out an arrangement with Lagos state whereby those who live in Ogun state but work in Lagos pay their PAYE to Ogun state, I think that will be a cash cow for Ogun state.
Politics › Re: Why Did Adekunle Make This Statement by hercules07: 10:55am On Nov 30, 2011
Geneva convention and war crimes tribunals are for the defeated, Gowon is not a man I like personally but, he was gracious in victory, lesser men would have wiped out easterners after the war.
Politics › Re: Why Did Adekunle Make This Statement by hercules07: 9:17am On Nov 30, 2011
This Adekunle guy was a warrior and a man of his generation, what we need in the armed forces is more Adekunles with more Geneva Convention attitude in them.

Politics › Re: Why Did Adekunle Make This Statement by hercules07: 8:58pm On Nov 29, 2011
I thank God that real life Igbos are not like this, all the igbos I know are good people who I will trust with my life, too much nairaland politics is bad for one's health.
Politics › Re: Who To Colect Income Tax From People Living In Ogun State And Work In Lagos by hercules07: 8:52pm On Nov 29, 2011
The Ogun state government has been running an advert asking residents working in Lagos to pay their taxes to Ogun state government.
Politics › Re: Sanusi Wins Africa Person Of The Year By Forbes Magazine by hercules07: 8:29pm On Nov 29, 2011
See haters who come online when their thieving governors open a road or launch one 419 scheme. Soludo messed up the banking system and Sanusi had to come in to clean it up, for some of you who are not aware, Cecilia was found guilty of stealing billions and all these happened while Soludo was CBN governor, imagine Jonathan putting us in debt of 200 billion dollars and the next government has to pay, do you people think there will not be severe austerity?
Politics › Re: Why Did Adekunle Make This Statement by hercules07: 8:13pm On Nov 29, 2011
For those who do not know, Dayo's uncle was Akintola the Premier that was killed by Ibo Officers, you guys do not expect him to have feelings of love for his uncle's killers. I believe DK has been balanced anyway as he has been defending Awolowo who was his uncle's arch rival.  Banjo leading the Biafra troops does not matter, the Biafra troops committed atrocities as well.
Politics › Re: Ojukwu’s Body To Tour 4 Countries Before Burial In Anambra by hercules07: 1:52pm On Nov 29, 2011
It was not because of Biafra that Nigeria had strained relationships with Israel, it was because of the attack on Egypt and some other Arab countries, you guys should get your facts right.
Business › Re: Dangote's New Cement Factory To Create More Jobs by hercules07: 3:57pm On Nov 28, 2011
What evils does he do, he imports cement, lafarge, eagle cement, ibeto cement and others do too, he employs far more people than the others.
Business › Re: Dangote's New Cement Factory To Create More Jobs by hercules07: 3:37pm On Nov 28, 2011
@ekt_bear

A big thank you to Dangote (the man you guys like to criticize) will be in order don't you think? On behalf of the people of the Southwest, we wish to thank Alhaji Dangote for investing in our own corner of the country.
Politics › Re: Exclusive - Chief Obafemi Awolowo On Biafra (in His Own Words) by hercules07: 8:35am On Nov 28, 2011
Our brothers across the Niger will be best advised to focus their energies on electing good leaders, leaders like Awolowo, who not only cares about his people, but, tries to do what is right by others. I can not believe our Igbo friends expected the federal side to feed them, especially in a war fought in the 60s, have they watched the vietnam wars, wars as at then was with all gloves off, even now sef, no matter what anybody says, Awolowo was a good leader and may God give us more of his type.
