@thehomer You are talking about a rigged election abi, God might have called him (I am not that religious) but, rigging did not allow, are we not all enjoying the so called Good luck now? |
@Beaf If Buhari had been corrupt or had aided Abacha in stealing funds, do you not think that OBJ would have dealt with him, I hope you are aware that the PTF was probed and Buhari was never found guilty. Abacha did not need Buhari to steal money, he had been stealing money since the days of IBB, the PTF was a trust fund that was set up to make use of money realised from the increase in pump prices, it had no control over refineries. |
It is a bad idea, there is a law against that in Lagos and I presume in Nigeria, how will you guys like to be arrested for crimes committed by your relatives? |
Over $100 million dollars went into the project and people are saying it is not a big deal? I can confidently say that I made some money off the project as I worked for the guys that built it. |
@DJ There is nothing provocative about my statement, if you illegally occupy a land, be ready to be ousted by reasonable force and you and I know that reasonable force in Nigeria is not reasonable at all. Let the guys pay the toll or bypass the toll gates chikena. |
So the residents even have a case in court, so Lagos state should wait until their case is finalized at the appeal court abi, they must have gone to the appeal court when they lost at the High court, yet they are not ready to wait for the determination of their own case but would rather take the law into their own hands by occupying a major road, whatever they see, they should take o. |
Nigerians and religion, we know that all these pentecostal guys are after money not after your soul, we need less religion and more morals, more honesty in this country. |
@Eko Andrew has spoken well, we need competent hands in all areas of government, I do not care if they all came from the same woman. |
All these noise they are making, the US will just shakara them, when the US leans on Europe and other countries to deny them and their children visa, their eyes will open one time, also, those of them carrying US passports should not be surprised when one allegation surfaces against them in the US. |
GenBuhari, we both share a love for Buhari, but on this I must disagree, Abacha stole and stole well, though, to his credit, the economy performed well under him, but, freedom is more important. |
LCC already asked those who live in the areas to get special tags, they will not have to pay more than once even if they use the road ten times in a day, try doing that with the FG on that Airport road that is tolled, you will pay every time you pass through that and I do not see anybody complaining. People need to pay the toll so that the roads can be done better, a guy called in saying how the LCC guys towed his vehicle for free on that road, do you guys know how much towing vehicles charge in Lagos? |
The 18th will soon be here, the PPP thing is backed by law, if anybody is aggrieved they should go to court, if you stand in the way of legitimate business, reasonable force will be used against you, hope people know that reasonable force is not reasonable in Nigeria. |
Mark has occupied powerful posts in Nigeria without his influence being felt, you need to get to gboko to see what I am talking about. The senate president can influence projects and where they are constructed, the man is not a serious human being jare. |
@OP Technically what you are doing is not illegal as the senate passed a bill on marriageable age to be 14, but, as you are in your 30s why not look for a lady that is more mature, very soon you will chasing under 12s and that is criminal o. |
Mark is a doofus and charity begins at home, what has he done for his idoma people? |
Rhymz and his ilk are too blinded by religion to see what debosky and evil brain are saying, I know that once the bill is passed, some people will take the bill to court and they will win in court, leading to waste of money and time, why cant the bloody senate make a bill that prohibits same sex marriage without infringing on rights. |
The NURTW guys are just a nuisance but they are used by politicians, so, nobody will disband them. |
Please direct your questions at Soludo, afterall it was during his tenure or do you want the CBN to cancel the contract and then incur penalties? I believe Soludo would not have signed it if it was not allowed, the guy had too many knives out for him to make a mess of his official residence. |
@rhymz and Alh Their rights are already being infringed, they can not associate, and please you are not an authority on what is natural and what is not, evil brain has already done justice to that. I will keep repeating it, let them ban gay marriage, I do not care, but do not infringe on their rights as these same senators will wake up tomorrow to start infringing on my right. |
@Evil Brain My own is when will the rubbish senators legislate on fornication and adultery, afterall, according to their bible and koran, those things are not acceptable, pack of nonsense individuals. |
@rhymz Freedom of expression does not mean going unclad and will stop that nonsense of someone's right stopping where another man's starts, if we are all guaranteed some freedoms, then we all have it equally, you can not deprive me and I can not deprive you, let the government ban same sex marriage but, they should not infringe on the fundamental human rights of gay people, that is what we are saying. |
Evil brain leave these guys alone, they think you are championing gay rights when in fact you are championing human rights, they will soon come online to protest the government taking away most of their rights. |
Nigerians are funny people, as long as their rights are not infringed, they care less, imagine so called christians not loving their neighbors as themselves, a prominent human rights lawyer will have the bill thrown out sharp sharp, how can you take away the fundamental human rights of people because you do not agree with them, ban marriages between people of same sex but do not infringe on other rights that they should enjoy, that is simply wrong. |

He tarred the road he lives in and put some street lights, that is all I have seen from him, on the flip side, he is one of those robbing the nation blind through abracadabra of oil subsidy. |
I care less about Abia state, whatever the governor likes let him do that is and his people's wahala. Fashola spending money to do what he is meant to do should not be criticized, if Orji is meant to buy cars for his monarchs, then he should and this is coming from someone who believes the monarchy should be scrapped. |
People are shouting because of 46 Million Naira cars, it is the duty of the state government to do this, the man has even tried by buying all these cheap cars, what if he had bought them the Bugatti Veyron. |
This capital oil guy is one of the leeches in the country, he is one of those eating from oil subsidy. One thing he has going for him sha is that the people living in his area can feel his impact, tarred the road, gave them street lights and his stations sell fuel at the correct price (pump attendants are worse than NEPA). |
I lost respect for Okonjo when she said removing subsidy will stop smuggling, as if the prices of fuel will not go up in neighboring countries, also, who is responsible for guarding the borders or do they move these fuel in jerry cans? |
I listened to Shettima yesterday and have listened to him for some time, he says the right things, I hope when he gets into power, he will remember his words. I find it funny that Southerners judge all northerners through the actions of a few forgetting that some northerners also fought for the democracy that we are practicing. |
Carry on GenBuhari, we are behind you, as for Jakumo, we know your hatred and are sometimes entertained and sometimes bored by it. |
@Siena Okada is a high risk venture in Naija o, one will need to add to your prayer points, Lagos drivers are amongst the maddest in the world, no patience. |
