Music/Radio › Re: What Is Your Favourite Radio Station And Why? by hercules07: 2:51pm On Oct 31, 2011
Radio Continental 102.3 fm because of Oju Yobo, Ify Onyegbule (Stern Lady), Kobanji Direct and Wetin dey crew, 92.3 fm because of Wanna Wanna (she is doing something for breast cancer abeg make una contribute 1K) and Chaz B (though the guy is too religious), 100.5fm because of Mitchel Obi (tells it as it is no beating about the bush), 101.5 fm because of the oyatoguns (make me smile) and 103.1 fm because of the inaugural lectures one gets to hear (the only station that tries to stimulate one intellectually)
Politics › Re: PDP Asks Aregbesola To Account For N100bn by hercules07: 1:13pm On Oct 31, 2011

Politics › Re: PDP Screens Out Gov.Sylva In Bayelsa Governorship Elections - SaharaReporters by hercules07: 9:42am On Oct 31, 2011
PDP can choose whoever they want, it is the at the polls that the people have the opportunity to choose who their leader should be. I cosign Koruji's claim that Omisore is a pig.
Culture › Re: Giving And Recieving With The Left Hand. by hercules07: 9:28am On Oct 31, 2011
My kids know better than to give me something with their left hand, it is the african way of imbibing courtesy in our kids, they are being taught what is appropriate and what is not, try giving my mum something with just one hand and you will see her reaction (now that we are older we do take some liberties).

Can we have an eye witness account of Sylva's stewardship? The only thing I have heard about him is drug use and being generally a thug.
Education › Re: Church Universities Are The Most Expensive In Nigeria by hercules07: 4:03pm On Oct 30, 2011
@Seun

None of those universities can be considered as the best, best in what? Giving First Class to everybody? Madonna University is worse than a Chicken house,
Business › Re: Why Nigeria May Remain Underdeveloped - Sanusi by hercules07: 12:23pm On Oct 30, 2011
The North can survive, they just need good people to manage them, I am sure agriculture contributes the highest to GDP, if they can get their acts together, they will be flying. The money being used to pay civil servants in those states can be channelled to capital projects that will benefit far more people.

Just relax once it happens I will draw your attention to it.

Nigerians are funny, Siasia did not meet the conditions of his contract, he should be fired, I do not mind his disciplinarian side, the problem is it is not backed by a coaching brain.

The signal are still the same old ones, how long will it take one to get to Ilorin from Lagos. I believe they should start with freight.
Business › Re: 4000MW Gas-fired Power Plant To Be Built In Nigeria by hercules07: 5:39am On Oct 27, 2011
If Nigerians know how much the FG pays consultants who are doing nothing, you will cry for this nation, this is just a quick way of making easy money, collect the 50M, come out with a blueprint and tell government you are shopping for funds, c'est finis.

The same Obanikoro that was chasing my brother's fiancee promising her everything under the sun is the one asking Fashola to resign, the guy should go back to his Accra jare.
Education › Re: Ogun Govt To Spend N2 Billion On Textbooks by hercules07: 8:41pm On Oct 26, 2011
I remember when I was in primary school and my mum could not afford to buy all my textbooks, there were days I was sent out of school because I did not have the textbooks and this was late 70s early 80s, now imagine if a governor had given me textbooks free then, my mum would have saved her meagre income and I would have had good books to read, it is only those born with a silver spoon that will not see how fantastic this development is. There are two equalizers in this world, Education and the Internet.

Politics › Re: Nigeria’s Constitution Is A Fraud - Fashola by hercules07: 8:28pm On Oct 26, 2011
Let the President lead the way by being financially prudent, let him cut his expenses by 90%, tell me if those useless governors and assembly people will not be forced to do the same, as far as I am concerned the most parasitic arm of government is the Federal, they collect over 50% of all revenue and spend 75% of it on recurrent, when I hear people saying governors are stealing, I just smile, what is happening at the federal level is serious armed robbery with pen.
Business › Re: Fuel Subsidy And Fake Subsidy - Simon Kolawole by hercules07: 3:08am On Oct 26, 2011
@Arsenefc

You are really a brilliant guy when you want to be, abeg leave Buhari alone as he did his best (confirmed Buhari supporter), please help me tell our resident capitalists that Nigeria is a living hell as it is now, the IMF and World Bank always says Government has no hand in business, but, how who do they expect to provide sound education, healthcare and other social services to the people.
Business › Re: Fuel Subsidy And Fake Subsidy - Simon Kolawole by hercules07: 3:04am On Oct 26, 2011
Good one Kilode, some people sit in their comfortable chairs telling us about laws of demand and supply and subsidy free economy, poverty in Nigeria is excruciating and Nigerians are ready to work but there is just no job for them to do. GEJ is just a western stooge and will destroy the economy before four years are up.
Business › Re: Fuel Subsidy And Fake Subsidy - Simon Kolawole by hercules07: 3:47am On Oct 25, 2011
My own question is if a government can not take on criminality, why should it expect the ordinary citizen to bear the brunt?
