Me I tire o, someone asked a question, I answered, why all these epistles now? Can you provide a verifiable link for Fashola dropping 80% of Tinubu's projects? BRT and Lekki Express way were some of Tinubu's work that Fashola finished. I hope you know that there was no way in hell that Fashola was going to win the Lagos elections in 1999 and 2003, Tinubu brought him to government where he learned the art of governance.

He gave us Fashola, OBJ gave us Yar Adua and GEJ.

I do not want US troops in Nigeria, I want them to help train the Nigerian military, I do not want them to take on the insurgents. Which one do we try to get right first, good leaders at the local level or those at the federal level. I think there is a need to also have very good leaders in our LGs and States, the state that can elect good leaders at every level will not necessarily need the FG.

The Lagos state government has a project with the World Bank on transforming 9 of the 50 slums in lagos state, Makoko is one of them, when I was younger, we used to go there to watch Indian movies in those rickety buildings (1990 - 1992).

If Aregbe is lying, why do we have no denials from both the NRC and the PDP in the state, they have actually been quite vocal in their condemnation of the governor, I am sure this would have been an opportunity for them to expose his lying nature.

The NRC has not come out to deny the press release by the state government and this is almost a month ago, on the salary issue, I will call my peeps working in Osun state to confirm.

I think you do not know how contracts are awarded in Nigeria, all the rail rehabilitation stuff of the FG is done using contractors, sourced by the FG and paid by the FG, the contracts are not given directly to the NRC, same with PHCN, you will be surprised that a private man giving money to PHCN to do stuff will get his work done faster than government giving the same contract out to a contractor, most of these organisations were not killed by the workers (though they are culpable), they were killed by overseers from the government, Aregbe giving money to NRC directly and supervising them will make the work go faster than the FG awarding contracts, let me give you an instance, I and a friend gave NRC an idea, we were told the contract will be hijacked by a Senator who may now decide to re award it to us, now imagine aregbe just giving NRC the money and saying oya, lets get someone who can do this, the project will be done faster because FG and Senate wahala is no longer there, hope you know that most of the contracts done are hijacked by Senators.

Haters will always hate, the man has not only talked about it, he has also put structure on ground, those who are praising Jonathan or even Obasanjo on this should take a visit to the NRC HQ in Lagos and weep at the colossal waste of human and material resources going on there. Let all states that have rail lines passing through them invest in these rail lines as long as they know it will improve their economy, the FG cares less about those states.

Moral right to fix road, first time I will be hearing that, maybe when Lagos state starts getting 52.68% of the allocations, where is the moral right of the FG that makes billions off Lagos yes spends little to nothing on the state, bros, just concern yourself with your state jare, let your national assembly turn over all federal roads to states, then, you can come back to complain.

Blame those who wrote the constitution, Lagos state has a right to regulate traffic but does not have ownership of the road, the FRSC too regulates traffic on those roads, they do it concurrently, you are just looking for wahala where there is none, call your hero GEJ to spend some money in Lagos.

Francis apparently has an issue with Fashola and maybe Yorubas in general, I believe that the owners of billboards on that road pay to the FG, there is no toll on that road. Lagos state can not repair the road because the FG will not give it permission to, the FG will not give it permission because they will not agree on how much to refund and because ACN is in the opposition, there are abandoned FG properties in Lagos as well, should Fashola take them over?

Go and ask Ogunlewe, also ask Fashola the issues he faced on that Orile Badagry road, what you do not understand is that Lagos state has too many responsibilities and it does not make sense for it to take over the functions of the FG. LASTMA is responsible for proper traffic flow, if you violate the laws you will be punished anywhere in Lagos.

Where exactly on this stretch of road is the money collected? I have not seen anybody harassing anyone in order to collect money on that road, can you be more specific.

This man stop messing yourself up, because the roads belong to the FG, Fashola is responsible for the safety of people in Lagos state, he can warn about things that endanger lives but he can not repair that road except the FG gives him the go ahead, please direct your anger at GEJ, he is the one responsible for that road.

Federal roads are roads that are owned by the Federal government, what that means is anybody that needs to fix it will have to take permission from the federal government and will then be paid back later, now, PDP being a crazy party, will not release the road to Lagos state to fix, the only road that has been released so far is Orile Badagry road, so, please call your GEJ to come and fix the road that belongs to the federal government and leave fashola out of it, he is already fixing the one that goes from Orile to Badagry.
