Life hack for my bros-
Set up a date with a girl that is perceived by society to be a 9 or a 10. 1. Check for variations as the lesser the variation on marketplaces for sale the higher your chance of selling

3. Endusers: quick search of gmap for a minimum of 60+ endusers

4. Pricing: the type of service determines how much you price your domain

5. Outbound: if you deal with geo, YOU MUST OUTBOUND. Your mails should be sent from 7am end user time till 7pm enduser time.

6. Follow up: this is the most difficult part especially when you are not getting response do not tire out until they tell you NO.
