You only get mail for commission approval if your suggestion is approved, login your dashboard and check your rejected section you should see your submitted names there

Seoscout is still offering the service of 'keyword combination' just click on menu >free tools>Keyword combination, Not forgetting unlike keywordin you will have to arrange the combination, You will see A, A+B, A and A+B+C. Tick the last option (A+B+C) and click no space at the other side it will generate automatically unlike keywordin where you will need to generate yourself. Cheers
