Patapata more 200k will vote for APC making it 400k. Take away 300k from Obi's 900k,it becomes 600k as against Sanwo Olu's 400k.

Politics › Re: Sanwo-olu Leads In 3rd NOI Poll: Lagos State Gubernatorial Election by highchief1: 5:18pm On Mar 16, 2023
IbileIfe:
Third Pre-Election Poll: Lagos State Gubernatorial
March 15, 2023 / Political, Polls

Sanwolu still leads the Polls; but Gbadebo gains momentum.

Abuja, Nigeria. March 14th, 2023 – Ahead of the March 18th, 2023, governorship election in Lagos State, a new public opinion poll conducted by NOIPolls has again favored Babajide Olusola Sanwolu, candidate of the All-Progressives Congress (APC) to win the governorship race over Gbadebo Rhodes-Vivour, candidate of the Labour Party (LP) and Adediran Azeez Olajide of the People’s Democratic Party (PDP).

Considering the outcome on the presidential election polls having conducted the second Lagos State gubernatorial pre-election polls before the presidential election, it was pertinent to determine if the outcome of the presidential elections had any effect on people’s choice come 18th of March 2023. This recent poll shows that Sanwolu leads with 36 percent of respondents opting to vote for him if the elections were conducted today. However, his lead over Gbadebo from the last polls has reduced by 5 percent with 13 percent of respondents now saying they would vote for Gbadebo if the elections were conducted today.

Sanwolu’s lead of 23 percent is substantial however the momentum is with Gbadebo who had a 5 percent increase in the proportion of voters who disclosed that they are likely to vote for him within a period of 3 weeks. Given this trend, the postponement of the election from 11th to 18th March 2023 may also give him just enough time to further appeal to voters for their support. Adediran of PDP is lagging.

It is important to also note that a significant proportion of respondents still refused to disclose the candidate they are likely to vote for (27%) or claimed they were still undecided (16%). This group can swing the outcome of the election in any direction.

This poll was conducted between 3rd and 7th March 2023 and it sought to assess the level of preparedness of Lagos state residents towards the forthcoming gubernatorial election slated for March 18th, 2023. 500 randomly selected respondents, all resident in Lagos state, were interviewed via telephone. When asked which candidate respondents are likely to vote for, the result puts Sanwolu in the lead with 36%, over Gbadebo Rhodes-Vivour with 13%. The People Democratic Party (PDP) candidate, Adediran Azeez Olajide, trails at 5%. However, a significant proportion of voters, 27%, refused to disclose the candidate they are likely to vote for while 16% remain undecided as to who they will cast their vote for on election day.

Politics › Re: Labour Party Or No Labour Party, I Will Conquer Esan Land- Oshiomole by highchief1: 2:52pm On Mar 16, 2023
Debbiewise:
*Labour Party or No Labour Party, I will conquer Esanland* .

_- Oshiomole tells APC National Caucus_

*_Says dead or alive, it is time to fulfil his dream of_ _beating* *Chief Anenih in his domain*__

Comrade Adam Oshiomole, the former governor of Edo State was at his best when he addressed the APC national caucus meeting proceeding the elected NASS meeting at the instance of the president elect, Sen. Bola Ahmed Tinubu. The former National Chairman of the ruling party boasted that he is long done with his Edo North Senatorial District and that he has moved to conquer Edo Central, which has always been his dream since his time as governor of the state. He told his audience that the late Chief Tony Anenih, the former Chairman of the Board of Trustees of the Peoples Democratic Party was the man he actually wanted to beat hands down and added that whether Chief Anenih was alive or dead, he would still achieve his goal.

Oshiomole, who danced to the admiration of his admirers, explained how he returned the two senators and the House of Representatives in the two districts in the last election, and said that he cared less about what the Edo South people think of him.

When reminded that the Labour Party National Chairman is from Edo Central and that the people have decided to support the Labour Party in the House of Assembly election, Oshiomole waved it away. He maintained that the Labour Party is not a threat because he knows how to deal with the Esan people whose leaders he said prefer their immediate gains to their people's collective interest.

When also reminded that the PDP might surprise APC in the House of Assembly election, he simply laughed it out and told them that with the betrayal of a faction of the PDP by Gov. Godwin Obaseki, nobody is talking of the PDP in Edo State. Oshiomole added that he is monitoring situations in Edo Central very closely and that he would not allow the Labour Party to have their ways in that place he called Esanland, which is his territory to conquer. He boasted that he dictates the political directions of Edo State, even as he would deliver a governor for the party next year.

_"Our only problem is how to coarse the one they call the legacy PDP into supporting us instead of supporting Labour Party, and it is going to be by all means possible. I have put up the mechanism_ _for that. I know how to deal with their leaders. I did_ _successfully with the National Assembly election and I will repeat it again"._

Comrade Adam Oshiomole was making the case for his Senate Presidential ambition which was allegedly zoned to the South East but which he tried to convince his party to give him as a reward for his efforts. He wondered why on earth would the party so reward a zone that could not even produce 25% in any state for the party.
na who no Dey rugged labor party Dey threaten.if I’m a Gov honestly them no born labor party well.Oshiomole owns edo state.wike owns river state.umahi owns Ebonyi state.Akpabio owns akwaibom state.mind u,it’s ur performance that is ur ruggedity o.
