Cant wait to watch the thumpin of Stoke City by Chelsea. Scores 7-0 Ramirez will be on the score sheet as well |
denzel2009:In that case there are other hidden qualities you dont know about her till you date her, or maybe she is too selective cos i dont see why such person should be single. I reiterate, you dont need a pastor to tell you when you are getting married and they should stop promising gals husbands, some gals move from one church to another when the prophecy does not manifest. Rubbish |
If every Nigerian could follow this guy's way of handling things. Just go to court and shun violence. What his friend did was very wrong and in a western country could land him into deep shyt. National Orientation Agency has some work to do in naija |
blank:What are you on about? Read carefully before you post(or you have a problem with understanding?), Mr George was reportedly playing football in the Rivers State capital at about 6pm in the company of a female friend and some of his loyalists when he was attacked. Did anybody refer to the girl that was shot? A female friend could be with him when he went to play football, but did not get shot. |
andyanders:I hope devil puts him under the control of some Hot gay dudes in hell |
Dis Guy:Am sure you have lost touch with Nigeria of the day |
Na Jonathan Boy |
johnie:I did my NYSC in PH and happens to have friends that know this guy so much, spoke to them on the phone to confirm d gist. See link below: http://www.vanguardngr.com/2010/08/25/ex-mend-commander-soboma-george-feared-dead/ |
Dis Guy:She was more than that, she high-jacked the presidency |
uche13:There are certain things you dont need prayers to get, God gave us brains so he can rest sometimes. If a woman is bad and has bad manners, there is no amount of prayers that will make a man to take her as a wife, she has to first change her attitude. Remember, you have to be fashionable to what you want. All these Pastors praying for husbands to come are just fake |
Three men wielding AK-47 assault rifles gunned down a former Niger Delta militant, Soboma George, in Port Harcourt today. Mr George was reportedly playing football in the Rivers State capital at about 6pm in the company of a female friend and some of his loyalists when he was attacked. Although details of the incident remain murky, Mr George, his female friend, and one other man were killed in the shootout. The assailants allegedly made away with Mr George's body; the other corpses are said to be in the custody of the police. Mr George, who had in the past been linked to the militant group, Movement for the Emancipation of the Niger Delta (MEND), accepted the federal government's amnesty offer last year.

A man, Mohammed Jubriel, has dragged his friend, Isa Odoh, 28, before the Ejigbo Magistrate’s Court for allegedly touching his wife’s b.reast. Mohamemd, 28, claimed that his friend did not only touch the b.reast of his 18-year old wife, Aishat, but held it. The incident happened at Shop 10, Shopping Complex, Jakande Estate, Isolo, Lagos where Mohammed owns a shop. He disclosed that when he saw him touching his wife’s b.reast, he fought him and reported the incident at the Ejigbo police station. The accused, it was learnt, confessed to the police when he was arrested that he was only playing with the woman when he went to her shop to buy an item. He denied touching her b.reast as claimed by the husband. He was charged to court for assault, an offence the police claimed, was contrary and punishable under Section 360 of the Criminal Code, Cap.31, Vol. 2, Laws of Lagos State of Nigeria, 2003. He pleaded not guilty to the charge and sought to make peace with the complainant. The complainant told the court that he decided to forgive the defendant because of the Ramadan period and warned him to desist from touching his wife’s b.reast. The magistrate, Mrs. M.B. Folami, said that since the husband who is the complainant has written a letter to withdraw the matter, she has no option than to strike out the matter. She subsequently struck out the matter. |
If not for making babies, why would I go into that life contract with a woman. Marriage is too risky for anyother reason apart from procreation: living with her 4 life, having unprotected sex et al |
jot01:Does any1 know who is Turai Yaradua?? oooh yeah i remember, she caused unnecessary tension and almost divided the country. Thats wat you get when you have them up there |
^^^Jonathan should just make you his campaign Chairman ![]() |
^^^Good to know all that you explained, but I dont believe he will achieve any positive result in any of those endeavor without reducing corruption to zero level, IMO the major problem militating against the progress of that country is corruption, this has taken us downhill for a long time and Jonathan has not done anything in that regards. First, he cannot surround himself with looters and expect to get a good result. How far have they gone with the harliburton scandal? How many former governors and public office holders have been probed? Has aondoaka been probed yet? This guy could not stand on his feet to claim what rightfully and constitutionally belonged to him when Yaradua was sick and we all saw how a shameless woman(Turai) tossed him around, is this the kind of man you think that will steer nigeria to the promise land? Do I need to remind you that he is very extravagant also, wasting our resources over irrelevant things. For the NNPC, have they persecuted any of the NNPC officials? dont you think he might just want to install his own cronnies there which we normally see anytime there is a change of leadership. What about the case of his wife laudering money to Isreal. Nigeria is a country that is so blessed in so many ways, cant we use the proceeds from our oil to establish other resources like Agriculture, the highest palm produce exporting country in the world today took their first seedlings from nigeria and today where are we. My broda we need someone with a sound mind to deliver our country, our problem does not need any magic to be solved. Anyways, am one of those few nigerians that cannot be fooled and will definitely know a genuine candidate who is ready to revert the situation of that country. |
^^^Yes |
Like they say, It's so easy to score in the English Premier League. ![]() I wish he did that in the World Cup for Nigeria.
Not easy to score in the EPL, you need a good and prolific striker to do that cos the defenders are always there to bully you, very physical league |
Dolemite:The guy is just telling them what they wanna hear, just like mama-gee said, he is using all those sweet words as a bait to lure more members and trust me they gonna sow a seed(fat seed for a better husband) for that too |
^^^^^And you rate his government as a success? one thing you have to know is that Jonathan has not done anything, yes nothing to get the support of nigerians, talking about the fuel crisis is like treating the symptons and not the disease, hw do you expect him to achieve a lasting solution to the seemingly intractable fuel scarcity problem when our refineries are not working? Does that sound ideal to you that we depend on the products imported to the country when we can set up our own refineries that will provide enough fuel to the nation. That guy knows the solution to all these, but obviously wants to profer temporal solution just to win votes, we will know when he is serious. |
Ikengawo:Its totally wrong, some people look up to these artistes as role models and all, i dont have any problem with what they do to support whoever they want, but what is the idea of collecting money to do so, and after selling your support you expect the president to perform. FAIL |
I never trusted this guy one bit |
2011: JONATHAN TEARS NOLLYWOOD APART - As the 2011 general elections draw nearer, the decision of some Nollywood stars to collect N300, 000 each before campaigning for President Goodluck Jonathan's ambition has torn the Nigerian movie industry apart. Some of the movie stars have formed a group christened Nollywood Stars for Jonathan, and their aim is to shoot a commercial geared towards campaigning for the President to remain in office for the next four years with the fee of N300, 000 for each of the stars involved in it. But the move seems to have torn the Nollywood stars apart as other popular actors have declined to be part of it. Those that are currently in the campaign group which is headed by Francis Duru include Uche Jombo, Ini Edo, Paul Adams, Zack Orji, Pete Edochie, Emeka Ike and about 30 others. Speaking with P.M.NEWS on phone yesterday, the National President of the Actors Guild of Nigeria, AGN, Segun Arinze, said he is not part of the move. “I heard of it but I’m not involved. It is not that I’m against President Jonathan’s ambition, but doing it for a price is what I’m not comfortable with. I wish those involved good luck.” “In America, Hollywood and other showbiz stars drummed their support for President Barack Obama during his campaign, and none of them received a dime for doing that. So I don’t know why our own stars here cannot emulate good things. Does that mean they can’t support other good candidates that don’t have money?” Femi Adebodun, a movie buff asked.

Senior Pastor of House On The Rock, Paul Adefarasin, yesterday prophesied that unmarried women in his church will meet their husbands soon. Adefarasin, who made the pronouncement at about 12 noon yesterday, told the church’s unmarried women that “by this time tomorrow (today), in the next 24 hours, you are going to meet the man that you are going to marry.” As Adefarasin made the prophetic pronouncement, female worshippers in the church jumped from their seats, raised their hands and responded with a deafening “Amen”. He read the Book of 2nd Kings Chapters 6 and 7 where the Syrians laid siege to the city of Samaria and prevented food supply for many weeks. The action led to famine and inflation in the city to the extent that men where eating their children and Samaria’s four lepers were driven out of the city and made to sit at the gate to die first. “When all hopes were lost,” Adefarasin said, “Prophet Elisha prophesied that the next day, tomorrow, inflation was going to ceased.” He also read 2nd Kings 7:1-2: “Then Elisha said, Hear ye the word of the LORD; Thus saith the LORD, tomorrow about this time shall a measure of fine flour be sold for a shekel, and two measures of barley for a shekel, in the gate of Samaria. “Then a lord on whose hand the king leaned answered the man of God, and said: Behold, if the LORD would make windows in heaven, might this thing be? And he said, Behold, thou shalt see it with thine eyes, but shalt not eat thereof”, adding that it is only unbelief that can prevent the prophecy from coming to pass. Adefarasin told one of the unmarried ladies in the church that God has kept for her “a tall, dark and handsome man with money in his pocket that will take you all over the world.” He said the four lepers then decided to go to the Syrian camp and to their surprise, the Syrians had fled. “God can do anything in 24 hours,” he said, “all you need is to make the right decision today and have faith,” he told the single ladies.

Beaf:So why dont we say OBJ is the best president or supported his 3rd term cos he solved the problem of Tele communication that previous govts b4 him could not achieve, I think d problem with nigeria from the look of things is not Leadership but Followership. |
Jonathan if rigged into the presidency will surely be a failure, the guy is so corrupt and has served under so many corrupt govts(Alams and Yaradua). He is very weak and deceitful(Nigeria needs somone with radical mind and vision driven force). His romance with the former failed politicians is only an insight that he will never do better, we keep going in circles and not moving any forward. I dnt know when provision of steady fuel qualifies someone as the best candidate. OBJ failed as a president, but he did so many things while in office, but there are so much that come with democracy, until we have a government that is accountable to Nigerians the trend will never end. |
You are very wrong with the last one, nobody supports IBB except those their thieving fathers benefited from his corrupt regime. |
With that amount maybe you check Gwagwalada, a town near ABJ |
"Not the strongest of the species that survives, nor the most intelligent, but the most responsive to change" |
Am sure Jonathan will be betrayed, but on a serious note Northerners never present good candidates. IBB & Atiku? the most corrupt politicians and they want to wrestle power back to the north, from the look of things PDP is going to suffer a serious division which could be a blessing to Nigerians, cos they only care about their members and not Nigerians |
West Bromwich Albion 1-0 Sunderland: New signing Peter Odemwingie scores winner on his debut for Albion. Odemwingie was given a start, with Roman Bednar dropping to the bench while Jonas Olsson was recalled to the Baggies' starting line-up in place of Pablo Ibanez. With a little over 20 minutes remaining, Bruce put on Danny Welbeck and Boudewijn Zenden as the visitors went in search of a winner, but it was Odemwingie who would be the hero, as Gonzalo Jara fed a pass through the Sunderland defence to put the Nigerian clean through to toe-poke home in the 81st minute. The Black Cats never looked like challenging again, and West Brom had their much-deserved win. |
googles:his success encouraged the likes of D'banj and co to come back home. He also exported naija music far and wide, u guys should leave him alone and let som1 else start from where he stopped |
