Yes, candidate matters a lot, in fact, party doesn't at all but you see candidates..... Let me tell you a story, in 1996, Ebonyi state was created alongside other states in Nigeria, we had first and second executive governors who took turns for 8 years each, it was hell, management and survival, when we tried to ask questions, all we got was “ Ebonyi is a poor state” Some people even went as far as Quoting the federal allocation for ebonyi state and how it isn't enough, meanwhile, in essence, the difference between Ebonyi federal allocation and that of other states usually is not that significant. In 2015, something miraculous happened, Engr. David umahi became governor of Ebonyi state and there came a massive turn around. When he started building the first flyover, people laughed at him, where on earth will he get the money to complete a flyover, I questioned him unaudibly then. If you make comparisms, you will know the only Anambra state has known flyover in the whole south east. As I write this, Dave umahi has completed a total of about 18 flyovers, more than 150 state, federal and local government roads, international market, complexes, new government house, new state medical school, the new Dave university, currently on international airport, international stadium and lots of other numerous projects in every community in ebonyi state. No indigene of Ebonyi state who is truthful will refute this write up, even as he cross carpeted to APC, his good works still remain, his only crime is aligning with APC AND BUHARI. The question begs for an answer, what is other governors doing and why ain't they performing like umahi? Especially states like Rivers, Delta, Edo and IMO. . These stares have the power to generate more IGr and create any form of structure they want. . This answers the question on why candidate matters a lot, when primary election started, I so much prayed for Prof. Yemi osibanjo to emerge the flag bearer of APC, he was my choice candidate, people around me felt I was mad for supporting an APC candidate, but within myself, I knew the man is an intellectual and a wise leader, I was saddened when he lost and and it's obvious why, I had to come over to support our brother Peter obi who is the next best candidate. If we can remove religion and tribe, then we have the prospects to move our country forward. Have you noticed how your old father or grandfather or any elderly man in your family or vicinity used to behave? They are usually not in touch with 2ist century dynamics, most usually suffer from dementia and lost of memory, that's how it was during the 7 years buhari has been president, Nigeria was on auto pilot and will still be if pa tinubu becomes president. Get your PVc and vote for a better Nigeria. |

SHINJA:I'm from ebonyi, we didn't call you to tell you this, the people of ebonyi have never been proud of ebonyi until now, more so, you lack basic knowledge of economics, how do you expect him to provide jobs without infrastructure? Do you know how many ebonyians will be employed by this airport? Starting from air hostess, flight attendants, cleaners, security personnels, and business that will thrive around the airport, hotels and tourism or do you expect foreigners coming to ebonyi to enter bus amidst insecurity? Let me stop here, take your ignorance away from ebonyi |

ERCROSS:Well, I wasn’t talking about salary actually, I was talking about the learning curve like someone said, ordinary getting an emulator running could take you ages if there is an error in setup. To start web development, I can use my phone, low budget pc, easier to deploy, these and more are the issues I tried to raise sir, in all, it’s not easy anywhere. |
EbenG:Hello chief, thank you very much for your reviews, I wanted to reply since but I think I was shadow banned. 1. Yes, the back stack, I think must have used the push instead of the pop of the flutter navigators, I will work on that. 2. Logout feature is handled by fire base backend, if you logout and still able to perform some functions, then there must be a function I should implement. 3. Email formatting is handled by fire base backend, all I had to do was put a validator to monitor when there is a value in the formfield, in any website at all, once you type in something, say: gajfbavdj@gmail.com it will sign up so far the ‘@‘ sign is there followed by dotcom that’s why there is option for email verification which is not needed in my case. Thanks for the review boss, I appreciate. How is kotlin development, why kotlin though? |
EbenG:Hello chief, thanks greatly for your feedback, I appreciate. 1. The sign up and login options, if I understand what you are saying, it stacks instead of pops, well, I really must have used the push option in flutter instead of pop, except you inspect the screen, there is really no other way to know if it’s stacking, I will look into this, thank you. 2. Well, the signout option signs you out of your google account from the fire base backend, if you click on back option and you are still able to perform functions, then there must be a function I'm yet to implement, I will look into it too. . 3. Using firebase as a backend, firebase takes care of the formatting of the email addresses, on the flutter front end, all I did was put a validator to detect when there is really a value in the form field, also, I have checked many big platforms that use email as signup option, once you type anything, say gggdddhhh@gmail.com, so far it's formatted with the ‘@’ sign and dotcom, you can sign up, that's why verify email is mostly added, but that costs money in firebase and was necessary in my project. . Thanks for your review chief, how is kotlin development? Why kotlin though? |
thursdayfri:Thank you for the review chief, I’m glad you noticed, that shit gave me tough time, I will work and update it in subsequent release. Thank you. |

hello devs, i'm so happy to wake up this morning to see my app in production on playstore. well, started my flutter journey last year from UX design. mobile development is way more difficult than web, the challenges are enormous, now i see why web is more popular. first you need a high budget system / Pc for mobile development, also, imagine waiting for almost two weeks for google to verify your app before its pushed to production, something you can just deploy a website in minutes and its up and running. Well, i published a notes taking app to test the waters, one of my major projects, rila studios app is still in development but i think i have a clearer view on how app deployment on playstore works now. https://play.google.com/store/apps/details?id=com.rilatech.bioself Write and keep notes, stories and keep secret or important messages to yourself with this app securely using email and password, please download and leave a positive review for me. thanks |
achimendy:Mumu, how old are you again? |
TheOldGods:Anybody saying you didn’t do well is either a simp, her fellow manipulators or just plain stupid. A lady once told me that a girl who truly loves you will not want you to spend money unnecessarily, that’s why you see most of them demanding money from simps and telling them “i don't want to disturb my boyfriend “ Many things played out in this scenario: Selfishness / greed Entitlement lack of basic principles of money Manipulation Let me explain: Selfishness/greed: Women in general are built to be selfish, they don't even know when they are being selfish, because they don't use their phone for anything positive, ask her the meaning of selfishness I'm very certain she wouldn't know and can't relate it to real life scenario, you had a 1500 to yourself while I had mine, the whole 3k actually came from me, why do you still want more from mine? What if I have other needs for it? Entitlement: If she wanted dodo so badly, why didn't she use her personal money to add up? At least that would show she could support herself for once, I'm almost certain you bought her the phone she is using, do subscription for her to watch tiktok monthly, at what stage can she support herself? The cry of an average Nigerian guy is for a lady to support herself even if it's sachet water. Lack of basic principles of money: Okay, after leaving the restaurant, you could meet police on the road and your bailout could be giving them 200 naira, you could get home and want to buy detergent to wash and that's another 200 naira, if you didn't get the 450 from the restaurant that's how you will have to change another 1k to buy these things and money is going down, and the dodo she would have flushed down the toilet. Funnily enough, if you go broke this minute her other side will surface. Manipulation: Okay, someone made a budget of 3k for food without you contributing a dime, and when you couldn't have your way to eat 2k out of the 3k, you became angry, how? So that next time you would remember she will get angry and allow her do her wish, a man without a principle is a simp, great men have failed to extent their characteristics to this generation now all we have are very weak men. If you ever listen to women gossip, you would know they prefer strong men to weak men, you would hear discussions like, “ ah, Michael, that one is a strong man oh, he doesn't take nonsense, as for femi, anything I tell am him go do am” Now let's revert back to reality, if you let her go cause of this, the next leech you will be meeting will be worse, bet me, now as men, all you have to do is after the whole show of shame, sit her down and explain to her all what I just wrote up there, watch her closely and mould her to be the way you want, cause if you dump her and move to another leech, another innocent simp will pick up and it might be his doom, let's help them gain sense cause they don't have any atom of it. |

Hello everyone please help me out, Mods please. Cc lalasticlala Mynd45 |
Guys, I’m a flutter developer, running emulator consumes more of laptop power than any other thing, I need steady power. Someone please recommend panel, inverter that can produce atleast 100 watts, my laptop is 60 watts and I need to charge my phone too. I don’t need light for anything else now. Also, I saw online that I can use solar panel, battery charge controller and inverter without battery. I want to try it out cause I’m running on a budget of 100k. Maybe I will buy battery later but for now I just want to get good inverter and panel plus charge controller. I called someone at Alaba and they sent me pictures of a 300watts mono crystalline solar panel: 38k tokunbo (used ) Inverter: 80 Around 120k plus delivery, no battery Please I need advice and recommendations

Wait, you boarded Brt from ajah to jakande and he stopped at toll gate to rape you? Only you boarded the Brt? No one else in the big bus? Is that how Brt works? From a short distance of ajah to jakande all within the island? There is more to this story |
Let’s not deceive ourselves, there is nothing sweeter than a wet tight real pussy that moans and holds you closer in the act. |

Tboymessiah:I knew you were a kid in the first place but didn’t know you are stupid, just wasted my time replying you. |
Tboymessiah:Help you? How old are you again? How did you discover nairaland? Okay let me assume you need help; If you have a laptop, let me also assume you are running on a budget, stay awake one night, get two airtel sims and recharge each with 500 naira. Type video editing tutorial for beginners on YouTube and download any of he videos that gets popped up and you like the instructor method of teaching. Next stop, watch the video you downloaded on your phone while you practice with your laptop. Go out and take vide scenes that you will use to practice editing, learn how to add audio to video, you will need that a lot cause you would use phone to record while you shoot then add the audio later. Start asking around for where to rent camera in your area. . Look for people into the business and mingle with them also. . Start sending Dms to skit makers around your state that you can shoot skits for them, offer cheap prices for a start. To rent a camera costs from 10k and above for 24hours depending on your area and type of camera Always appear neat to shoots if you get any request even if your clothes are old, wash, iron and package yourself. I’m not describing photography here, videography is what I just described. Give yourself time and hustle it out, it’s all man for himself, if you don’t start it now and you idle around, by this time next year you would still not have achieved any thing so just start. Next step; getting an iPhone, at least iPhone 7 Plus shoots portrait mode, with that you can shoot with it and not rent camera always. Next step; creating a niche and shooting contents for your own YouTube channel. I could partner with you on this next year. Starting a YouTube channel is difficult but not impossible. There are YouTube channels due for monetisation at accs market dot com Check out my guys page at director_ug on Instagram for motivation. |
Better don't waste your time on any of those useless things on front page, if you want to learn a digital skill that can fetch you money, something that has a future, then you truly need a laptop no matter how small. Email Marketing Affiliate marketing Content writing Amazon kindle publishing And even graphics design are all dead In fact, to become a successful graphics designer, you need to have digital marketing skill, video editing skill and social media management skill. . Get a laptop and learn something if you need a skill. Learn front end web development : React j.s Learn mobile app development: flutter Learn video editing/ video production, there are places to rent camera until you can afford one, cover events, offer people around you who are into skit making to shoot skits for them and edit and send to them, my guy charges 30k for 2 skits, edited and delivered. He shoots for up to 5 people weekly. Learn 2D/3D animation, learn how to create a story or ads using cartoons. Companies need this for ads creation. Gamers need it, the metavers is coming too. |
bestpunterever:Exactly, I graduated since 2019, didn’t pay my final year school fees so my result came out after I paid last year so graduation year was last year hence the exemption. Friends were telling me to work it but No. Nigerian youths are actually very lazy, what’s there to serve? I’m sure op is somewhere in any of the southern states, imagine the distance traveling to plateau amidst insecurity. He can’t even take flight cause flight right now is 50k as base fare. You would buy kits and things you need for nysc, transport fare, stress. You would have spent two months worth of allawee before you receive for one month. Imagine what I can do in 3 weeks of mosquito bites and stress. Since 3 days now, there’s been no power supply where I live, work is stalling and no fuel at the stations. This op here would come back here asking how and where to start his life from this time next year. It’s a waste of time and scarce resource, everything in Nigeria is programmed to slow you down, only the smart find a way around them. |
Thank God I escaped shii, Got exempted and I love it, don’t come and stress my future for a pot of watery beans |
