I have seen this on a lot of people, it doesn't look realistic on black skin people nah... It looks better on light skin people... Op no offense.

Tattoos are no longer a life sentence.. modern tattoo inks can be erased completely when you get tired of it, considering you got it from a standard tattoo shop and not in Ajegunle!

I got a tattoo and I'm proud of it, If you want to get a tattoo get it, it's 21st century, your life your choice... Life is too short not do what you like because of criticism.

But sincere advise though? If you reside in Nigeria and still not financially independent? Try to avoid getting a tattoo on any part of your body you can't cant cover up... Example, your face, hand/fingers etc... It would block Alot of opportunities for you. Africa is not yet ready for that kind freedom of expression.

There are hundreds of other Nigerian Online scammers/street hustlers out there who have made and still making more money than Hushpuppy... But you feel Hushpuppy is the biggest because he shows it all off? Nahhh.

The first rule of street/dirty money is to be low key.... No matter the temptation to show off!

The second rule is to disguise yourself under a solid legit business/profession!

I don't like cheats. I got cheated on once by the only person I have ever trusted and ever loved in my entire life... more than anything in this world. Gotten cheated on by her was a torture... I thought I was a strong man, but it really got to me, it really did got to me to the highest level.

It wasn't a good feeling, it messed me up pretty bad mentally,psychologically and emotionally.

The aftermath stayed with me for a very long time, my heart dropped whenever I heard the word "cheat" even if it didn't have anything to do with romance in the sentence I heard it from.

Whenever I saw someone's partner cheating, i automatically developed extremely hatred for the cheat instantly,,, even if it was in a movie... that's when I realized I have got a big problem and started looking for solutions...

I told a friend, he suggested I see a psychologist/counselor, I never believed in those stuffs, but I decided to give it a try, what did I have to lose. I tried few of them but it didn't work, when i moved to UAE back then, I met one elderly Indian man in his 70s, a professional counselor based in Sharjah.

for the first time someone actually understood me... He told me he could only help me if I was willing to help myself. it took several weeks of meetings,,,, but it eventually payed off. I was brand new, I was free but still not ready to trust again even till today, I just can't risk it just yet!

I watched so much porn... That I became very selective, i had to spend hours on xvideos just to find "one" I liked! It was crazy... how things changed.

Nice one man, when I was younger I always wondered why some people spend more in buying house when they could spend far less in building them themselves... Even to their very own taste and finishing.

But then I grew up and decided to build a house, that's when I realized that building a house is one of the most stressful thing ever... Especially if you didn't have any previous experience in that Arena!

Thank Goodness I had my Dad to help handle and oversee everything. It was crazy!

Lekki, since 2001, has been a prime location for investors, purchasing plots from ancestral families and the government, building on water and developing it to be the prime and high valued city it is today. Despite the value appreciation, there has been a few problems attached. Omo onile issues and ancestral family feuds are still a thing, improper survey and planning done, just to mention a few. Now we’re hitting the rainy season proper and the floods are back. This leaves investors asking, “is Lekki really good or is it a waste of my investment?”
I think it’s prime but it needs dire urban planning to curb the environmental issues attached to it. What do you think?

real estate is always a good investment, especially in a place like lekki... All you need to do is to do your homework properly, if you are too busy for all that or don't know much about real estates but still interested in investing, there are many companies that specialize in that field like Dream estates and co... They help you avoid such problems.
