rasputinn:@rasputinn I think it would be better to be ignoring the hopeless analysis dished out on Arsenal here. Many just don't make any sense. One even said Vela and Djorou played many matches last season! Very funny! Why don't they add Bischoff, Gibbs and Fabianski to the list also ![]() They just read some whack a&* blogs by some idiotic blogger, mix it up with their uninformed thoughts and spill it out on this thread ![]() *Hiss* |
I hope it wouldn't be an opportunity for Eboue and Diaby to be deployed in our midfield again. . . . .
Looks like Diaby is injured also ![]() |
@ Coded and Sauron What drivel have I posted on your thread? I put up a pics of Owen and said he was rubbish yesterday. Was he not useless yesterday? Meanwhile, this guy comes here and says he saw a vision that Ade scored a brace against Arsenal in the final match of the season and it pushed Arsenal to 5th, AW was sacked and wwent off to Madrid to replace their coach If what he posted wasn't absolute baloney. . . . I wonder what is. I wonder what's making Sauron jumpy about the Tevez post. The emphasis was on his freak injury, that's all Getting injured while using the bathroom sounds funny. @Muki Kolo was to blame for their 2nd goal. Instead of commiting himself for the tackle, he was back tracking until the Rangers dude scored! |
@ Muki Sorry, if you are peeved by the picture. I was laughing yesterday watching the highlights of the Citeh vs Rangers match! When Rangers scored their 2nd goal, u know that thing Kolo does at Arsenal when a goal is conceded. Raise his hand up and starts blaming anyone he sees ![]() Started the same thing at Citeh Still one of my favourite Arsenal players. ![]() Hope you stop Rooney, Drogba, Torres,Carew and co from scoring!!! ![]() but when you square up with Van Persie,Arshavin or Walcott,no chance, goals will rain ![]() |

Go to your thread and 'gloat' there. |
coded guy:If he scores 42 goals this season, the miracle will be greater than when Lazarus was raised from the dead ![]() |
@ bORAT You are a clown just like your moniker Even the Glo league don't reschedule matches anyhow Or you think the EPL is like your 'Village league' ![]() |
My Prediction: Arsenal would concede their beloved 4th spot to man city on the lastday of the prem. losing 2-0 to an Ade brace. Ade will subsequently perform his nomad dance much to the distaste of the emirate crowd. AW would be fired and hired by Fake Madrid who must have fired under-performing Pellegrini. Cesc would run to Barca.
Your lame prediction would score 0%, because we aren't playing the blue scums on the last day of the Premiership. Wake up and predict a fresh one |
Owen off ![]() No more misses That is guaranteed |
Its official Ade is far better than Owen |
Owen is the best buy of the season!!! ![]() |
Ferguson is arrogant?
He is an arrogant ape! Just to think he said Benitez showed disrespect by swinging his arms when Liverpool scored the 2nd against Blackburn What's the garbage he's talking?
He is poised to win the league again (four times in a row might seem a big task) but he will be there. Sir Alex Ferguson is a WINNER.
And you accuse me of being Maradona. Come out and say he's going to win it. Manure can't win this season. No Ronaldo, No Tevez. I was tempted to say, u can win only if(as usual) u get the referee's support(Wiley,Benett et al) but even with them You just cannot win the EPL! |
MrCrackles:No iota of respect for the other teams. The Old man thinks the EPL has been gifted and wrapped for him. We will see how he will win with the Obertans,Dioufs, owens and valencias of this world. Arrogant Chipmunk! |

http://www.guardian.co.uk/football/2009/aug/04/manchester-city-carlos-tevez-injured-in-shower Carlos Tevez, the striker whose choice of club has come to symbolise Manchester City's ambitions, is in danger of missing the start of the season because of an injury suffered when he slipped in the shower. Tevez aggravated a heel problem when he lost his balance trying to get out of the shower Hughes says Tevez will be fit for the club's opening league match, at Blackburn Rovers on Saturday week, but the former Manchester United player has not been able to train properly since moving across the city in a £25.5m transfer deal. The Argentina team doctor has been to Manchester to check on Tevez's condition and Hughes said: "We don't think Carlos should play for his international team. We would prefer him to stay back next week. He hasn't trained all pre-season. He had an injury from his last international and then he banged the same area when he slipped in the shower. He'll be fine for the start of the season, but he's still not able to put his full weight on it.' Roque Santa Cruz, the £17m recruit from Blackburn Rovers, has also had his pre-season disrupted by a tendinitis problem, Hughes has spent £94m so far on what the manager has described as an "exceptional" summer but not everything has gone City's way. Leeds United revealed today that English football's biggest spenders had tried to sign Fabian Delph before Aston Villa had a £6m bid accepted on Monday. City lodged an offer of the same amount on Saturday but, according to the Leeds chairman, Ken Bates, the club's English-based hierarchy then had to get ratification from their owners in Abu Dhabi and asked for the talks to be shelved for a week. "We had accepted an offer from Manchester City on Saturday which they had to go back with to the owner in the Gulf," Bates said. "Then apparently they needed a week to think about it which surprised us, considering the size of the deal. "The problem was they might have come back and said 'No' and that wouldn't have been fair to Delph, wouldn't have been fair to Aston Villa and would have eaten into our season. We went back to Villa and it's a good decision for Leeds and the player." |

Jonny Evans is shock £12m Barcelona target after United block Nemanja Vidic move By Sportsmail Reporter Last updated at 3:43 PM on 04th August 2009 Comments (1) Add to My Stories Capable deputy: Jonny Evans in action in the Champions League against Roma Barcelona are planning an audacious move for Manchester United defender Jonny Evans. The La Liga club sounded out a move for Nemanja Vidic earlier this summer but were given short shrift by Sir Alex Ferguson. Now Barcelona are set to turn their attentions to Northern Ireland centre-back Evans, who enjoyed a prolonged spell in the United first team last season. Evans, 21, proved a capable deputy when Rio Ferdinand and Vidic were injured. Now Catalan giants Barcelona are plotting a £12million raid for the United star. Gerard Pique left United in 2008 to move to the Nou Camp and he has thrived in Spain since - winning the Champions League final against United last season. But they face a fight to lure Evans away from Old Trafford - his contract expires in 2011. Ferguson has told the youngster he can expect more first team action if he stays with the club. |
coded guy:@Coded What i wrote is self explanatory na The bone of contention is not whether Cesc played in that season or not. It is:Has Arsenal won the league since Cesc arrived from Spain and the answer is YES! |
dayokanu:I would not have come out and challenge the falsehood u wrote. You are just trying to twist the arguement as usual You can't run from this one! He was a part of the team in 03/04 season I am not sure, he played in the league, but he played in the CC What you wrote was that he has 'bad luc' and we haven;t won the league since he arrived from Spain! That's FALSE! |
@ Sauron Check the original post again What Dayo said was that Fab4 has bad luck and since he came, Arsenal has not won anything. I know Fab4 didnt pick up any medal that year, but records have it that he joined Arsenal in 2003. No one is contesting whether he played a single match The bone of contention was that since Fab4 came on board Has Arsenal won the league? And the answer is YES! |
coded guy:You guys are funny. I have already said it that this story negates reality Fab4 has reiterated several times that he will like to return to Spain to play once he leaves Arsenal but Stranger things have happened this season! Let's wait and see |
dayokanu:Very funny Just like you thought Fab4 had never won the league since he joined! |
dayokanu:Sorry about that. Was mixing things up |

GAYnners are small-time in everything. They will never win the EPL again. . . . It can never be as disgraceful to what little Nani did to the Arsenal team. . . .Wenger had to complain Nani was showboating. ![]() He made sure he undressed at least 5 Arsenal players on the night. Traore, Gallas, Toure, Gilberto and Lehmann. They were taking turns to get raped.
Please go and watch the match again and tell me whether Toure played or notIn your next write up about this match, I have a feeling u may include Nasri or Arshavin in the line up for that match ![]() |

That functioning together may happen next season, not this season! They have four hot headed strikers. I am waiting for how Hughes will manage them Bellamy, Ade,Tevez and Cruz. Let's see presido1:Your friend Sauron was asking who Samir Nasri was! I was only reminding him of what the lad did less than 3 months into his Arsenal career. ![]() |
MrCrackles:Don't mind sauron He should go and watch the match again. Neville got turned, inside out so many times by Nas, it was disgraceful! Talking about Rooney and Ronaldo's display in 2004 and yet their countries were booted out.! |
