Good win up north for the lads
Sad to see Gibbs injured for the upteenth time
Nice warm up for Both Theo and Bendtner.
Koscielny was a monster today.
Eboue performed well at left back
and Szczesny did  his talking all the pitch.Great performance from him.
We have a London derby on Saturday against West ham

Go ahead, enjoy your lucky win.
Please clarify what you mean by 'lucky win'
Did we score the only goal deep into injury time having been dominated all through the game?
Or were any of the goals a 'Lamps special deflected goal' or own goals? grin
I don't understand how a 3-0 scoreline with a missed penalty be considered a 'lucky win' huh

He took out a Boyata that made Drogba look like Junior Agogo not too long ago! That singular move gave us the midfield and subsequently the match! At this rate he might turn out the most astute signing this season not based on his goals but just on the sheer amount of unforced errors he causes defenders to commit![/quote]Gbam
The highlighted!
Can we start recalling the penalties he's won or the number of games tackles against him have been match changing moments?
European Football (EPL, UEFA, La Liga)Re: Arsenal Fan Thread: For Gunners Only by HNIC(m): 8:27pm On Oct 24, 2010
I got load of texts this evening with quite a number of my pals calling me a 'seer'
Why?
Once I knew that Kolo Toure did not make the Citeh line up, I said Boyata may just be the weak link that Arsenal will exploit today.
I didn't know it would take just 4 minutes for him to make his exit. shocked shocked
Briliant play from everyone.
Djorou almost cost us in the 1st minute but got better as the game progressed.

I have been questioning AW's sanity for a long time over Fabianski when he keeps saying he sees a world class goalie in training.
Fabianski was immense today and hope he keeps it up.
We saw a Vintage Arsenal performance today and hope we strive on

Chelsea need to be careful
A bit more clinical finishing from Wolves and things could change

Why do I have a feeling that this was all a publicity stunt. . . .concocted by all parties
So that the Press would concentrate on Rooney performing on the field and not his Whoremongering
European Football (EPL, UEFA, La Liga)Re: Arsenal Fan Thread: For Gunners Only by HNIC(m): 9:00am On Oct 22, 2010
Diaby divides Arsenal fans like mad
One game he's looking like the best midfielder in the EPL
the next . . .
You feel you can do a better job than him shocked shocked shocked
Definitely, Arsenal's most inconsistent player.
I won't forgive him until he scores a goal at O.T
to erase his inexplicable moment of sheer madness last season at the venue grin

jalether:
Left backs are still still recognised for their defensive attributes otherwise Yuri Zhirhov, for reference sake, would be held in higher esteem than ashley cole.
Come on.
Read my posts very well.
In the past, a traditional 2 or 3 could afford to sit back and defend all through a game and that's it, he's done his job.
Now, for you to be complete package, you must support the attack.
Now what I said was most modern day full backs are recognised more for their attacking forays than defensive prowess.
i am sure I don't need to start naming names
OMO IBO:
Boss, i'm still very much interested in whatever you are smoking.

FYI, there's a job description known as 'defence'. I can tell you that Gareth Bale has been and is still incapable of doing that.
He's been tried and tested but has underperformed hence his current position as left sided winger.

Ashley Cole on the other hand, makes the left side of whatever pitch his job.
Well, it's a matter of opinion, I rate Gareth highly. If Ashley is the only player ahead of him,in your opinion, then  i am still right to say he's one of the best.I am no Spudian

Gareth bale has been deployed as a left winger for over 8 months now and his attacking play is what attracts the praises and deservedly so. . . how he became

the best left is beyond me. . . . the best winger would be more appropriate here
and please name modern day left backs whose attacking forays are not what attracts praises.I wonder if full backs are even required to defend these days.Anyways,I have been watching bale closely this season and I insist he's arguably the best I have seen so far

Why should I give a bleep that spurs are trailing by 4 nil. . . I'm watching the game from a neutral's point of view and cant see

any fault in commenting on a single player's performance.
ok then
maybe I was just disgusted that these loud mouthed spuds are disgracing the EPL and therefore no credit should go to anyone in white
European Football (EPL, UEFA, La Liga)Re: Champions League : Inter Milan Vs Tottenham Hotspur [4 - 3] On 20th October by HNIC(m): 9:05pm On Oct 20, 2010
Raul levels Muller's record
Now, that's a legend!
OMO IBO:
When there's an Ashely Cole somewhere the word 'perhaps' becomes redundant.
Its debatable.
Ashley was magnificent last season, but Bale is at the same level or 'I dare say' slightly above him thus far
