Both of you should bury your heads in shame tongue tongue. . . he just butress my argument. . very reliable player this kid is
No one is doubting Bale's skills
But for you to talk about a one on one battle between two players when the scores are 4-0 is ridiculous.
It's like talking about Eduardo's silky skills yesterday when his team were down 5-0
Footie is a team game.

What a solo run and goal.

Those crazy Manure fans may beat him up soon.

You've been in football too long to know those words don't exist in footie.

It's like saying assuming Utd had won all the games we've drawn . . . . . .reh reh reh grin grin grin
C'mon man, you know better than this.
@Chamotex
It's a tongue in cheek response to TKB417's 'assume Manure had beaten WBA and Everton'
European Football (EPL, UEFA, La Liga)Re: Manchester United Fan Thread: Red Devils' Zone! by HNIC(m): 5:17pm On Oct 19, 2010
tkb417:
If we have not been shipping in goals at the back, we'll probably be leading the table by now

assume we beat Everton and West Brom, we'll be ahead of u by 4 or 3 points and a point adrift of Chelsea

and yet, Rooney hasnt contributed jack to all that
Hmmn.
Assume we had beaten S'land  and West Brom, u won't even be anywhere near us.
BTW, against Everton, just maybe Rooney being there woulda scared Distin and co and got you more goals
Remember, u win a game by outscoring the opposition.
tkb417:
mark my words, UTD would continue to grow stronger
I am not doubting this. . . .
But you would miss a quality player like Rooney who more or less carried u all on his back for a whole season.
Imagine if he wasn't around last season
tkb417:
and Rooney would probably struggle whereever he goes
Bros,
No curse am naah.
Be honest, Rooney would excel anywhere he goes. It's like saying CR7 or Tevez will struggle in any team,Lailai
tkb417:
and dont u believe UTD cannot spend if they wanna spend. All you read in the papers about frugal spending is just the Managers doing

Spurs spent money! are u saying they are richer than UTD?
How much did Spuds spend?
The parsimony I am talking about is not restricted to Manure alone or the EPL teams.
Even Madrid were quiet in this window.
No one can compete with Kuwait Citeh in terms of spending as we speak.
It's their market
tkb417:
wait till Rooney leaves and see how SAF would rush to the market and i can bet he'll break the bank to get marque players
Ok ooh. . .
May we all live long to see what will happen. . . . amen
European Football (EPL, UEFA, La Liga)Re: Manchester United Fan Thread: Red Devils' Zone! by HNIC(m): 4:45pm On Oct 19, 2010
@Jalether,
Times have changed.
Don't compare the loss of Becks,Keano,RVN and co to this one.
SAF replaced them almost immediately with quality players, or he already had them in his fold.
I had a bet with 2 Manure fans last season that Manure won't win the league.
Let's be frank,Rooney carried Manure on his back for all of last season, that's why they could compete
Losing Rooney in this day and age with frugal spending all over the place will HURT Manure.
When the tabloids started on this, i thought it was a joke. . . . .
But now we know better, shocking stuff happenning in football these days. shocked shocked
What next?

Emotional return it will be for Eduardo.
Trust the Emirates crowd to show him so much love, to move him to tears.
If Hardmen like Lehman and Pires could cry,why not Dudu grin
Hope we still give them a good thrashing though
in preparation for our meeting with the blue half of scumland on sunday

Irrespective of the almost invincibe form the chavs have displayed this early season, all it would have taken for an under strength arsenal side to be level on points with them was to see of sunderland and beat west brom like we were suppose to.
Exactly what I was telling someone yesterday.
They were games we shoulda won. . . .
We won't be worried about the Chelsea loss as we speak.

But all in all, this season is set up to be more dramatic than last season.

~Who would have thought that with the way Chelsea were banging in goals earlier on, they would fail to score at Villa??Apart from Ivanovic header which hit the crossbar,I am not sure I saw any other clear cut chance.

~Who would have thought that WBA will come back from 0-2 down at OT and draw 2-2 and even almost snatched all 3 points

~Liverpool will be 19th after 8 games shocked shocked only ahead of bottom placed West Ham on goals difference?

No guaranteed 3 points anymore.
You must work damn hard for it.

Don't pick on Arsene
Hopeless tackles are not for footie
It should be stamped out of the game.
The useless British Tabloids were praying for AW to attempt defending JW.
He didn't
AW has said it.
Murphy has said it
Eduardo has just said it.
No place for bad tackles in this beautiful game

(I saw Kevin Davies hurled in to come and save England last night shocked shocked shocked shocked)
One of them linked us to the Stoke's city reserve goalie. shocked shocked
We are not even talking about the Goalie's quality now, but . . . . .
Tony Pulis and AW won't even discuss selling their worst players to each other.

Among the best? Seeded?

Madrid wasnt seeded right? Arsenal was seeded means Arsenal is a bigger club?
Are you a scummie in disguise?? huh
dayokanu:
Use google to do what I searched for CL winners I didnt see Arsenal, i searched for clubs who have won trophies in the last 5 yrs I didnt see Arsenal or what search criteria do you mean Search for "TROPHYLESS CLUBS"
So,winning a CL trophy and winning a trophy in the last 5 years are the only criteria to determine a club amongst the best in europe and one which has a historyhuh huh
Are you also a Chav in disguise? huh huh

and if we aren't top in Europe, how come we are seeded every year in the CL?
I never said we were the best, but we are amongst the best In Europe.
