dramatist HNIC,
No one mentioned that United had class.
Your fellow brain-dead gaynner is trumpeting your team as saints.Which we know is not possible as long as the GayLord Wenger is in charge.
It must be the christmas spirit or akpeteshi, otherwise you've got your facts muddled up,as usual.
It was Wiley,not Webb.
Everybody knows the don Fergie rules,by hook or crook.
Stop this your Gaynner hypocrisy.
CMS can't be the same as Emirates.
Oh I forgot, bus conductors/danfo drivers support Arsenal, that's why the reference is so glaring. You could be forgiven for mistaking CMS for Emirates.
I thought there were rules in footie.
Face it man, stop lying through your teeth. It was a stamp. And your guy Nasri is likely to be banned for that incident.
Reh Reh Reh
English is always hard for mancs to understand anyway, so i can't blame you for not understanding me
when i wrote that people are stamped on at CMS or the underground in London
or were you trying to be funny saying bus conductors support Arsenal so i mistook CMS for Emirateshuh huh
If you were, sorry it sucked as usual
Wiley, Webb,Benett,Styles, they are all brothers of the same mind, Manure supporters, so pardon me when I mistake one for the other grin
Face what, let's see if Nas will be banned for the incdent

His intention is the KEY here not the degree of impact. . . . . .He had no business doing what he did and he should be punished.[/quote]He had no business doing what he did, but hey anyone who regards that as a stamp needs to have his head examined.
No one has mentioned how garcia went down like he had been shot just to con the referee.Or Hunt's petulance thruout the match.
Al summed it up by saying, its not Arsenal's fault that they dont know how to play football.

Class. And Samir Nasri Stamps on a Hull City player.
Here we go again!
I am waiting for the FA's decision on that rubbish
Stamphuh?
Garcia went down like he was shot after Nasri lightly stepped on his foot.
If there was a time to ban players for wanting to con the ref, dude should be banned till next season grin
FFS, You get stepped on at CMS everyday and at almost every tube station in London.
I am waiting for Nasri to get a ban and the FA to overlook that slowpoke,Hunt who grabbed and pushed Nasri
or the Fat Barmby who double teamed with Hunt
I am just waiting!!!

Eastbay:
Class. And Arsene Wenger moans each time he doesn't get a result,e.g. attacking Wolves for fielding a "weakened" team.
Ho ho ho ho
I laugh like Santa
See pot calling kettle black
Fergie has made some rather 'silly' statements unbecoming of a Manager of his calibre this season.
First, he insinuated that Webb(his pal) wasn't fit enought to be refereeing at top level
Second,Additional time to be added in a footie game should be taken off the hands of the ref
And be given to who, slimy Old man,huh
Maybe, it should be given to you, so the game would continue till Manure scores a goal lipsrsealed

Almunia criticises physical Tigers
Arsenal goalkeeper Manuel Almunia has bemoaned the physical approach of some of Hull's players in the Gunners' victory over them on Saturday.

Arsene Wenger's side beat Hull 3-0 at the Emirates Stadium to maintain their push at the top of the Premier League table.

But Saturday's clash was marred by a mass brawl before half-time after Samir Nasri's challenge on Richard Garcia, which earned the Arsenal man a yellow card.

Stephen Hunt was one of those who piled in following the incident and Alumina also clashed with the same player during the game.

Almunia said: "It is not nice to see players fighting each other. But everybody is sensitive and have their own character. When someone touches a part of your body you react on the pitch. It is natural.

"Two or three of their players tried to disturb our game. That is OK. If they don't know how to play football, it is not our problem. grin

"They were not all too aggressive. But it is only a few who were very nasty. People react. I did it a couple of times with Hunt. I have nothing against him but it is not nice to play these type of players."

He added: "The main thing was winning. Our team was not playing with confidence following the last match. It was a bad result at Burnley and we did not play our best up there.

"We saw some good character against a good, aggressive team. We have to translate this attitude away from home.

"At the end of the season, there will be three teams fighting for the title. It will be one of the tightest at the top for years."

Some good news from dailymail
Hope it's true

EXCLUSIVE: Fab news! Arsenal boosted after it's revealed captain Cesc has NOT torn his hamstring

Arsenal breathed a sigh of relief today after it they discovered that Cesc Fabregas's injury is not as bad as first feared.
The Gunners skipper was taken off with a hamstring injury in Wednesday's 1-1 draw with Burnley at Turf Moor sparking fresh worries in the club's injury-hit season.
But Sportsmail can confirm today that Fabregas has not torn his hamstring and will be back in action for the key festive period.
The Spanish midfielder is still expected to miss Saturday's match with Hull at the Emirates but he may be back in contention for the crunch clash with high-flying Aston Villa on December 27. They then face Portsmouth three days later.

Fabregas score Arsenal's goal early on at Turf Moor but was taken off just before half-time.

After the match, boss Arsene Wenger said: ‘He is injured, for how long I don’t know. It depends what you call serious? It’s a hamstring. He will not play on Saturday.’

The news is a boost in the light of problems that have already afflicted the London club during their up and down season.
Arsenal are already without injury victims Gael Clichy, Robin van Persie, Tomas Rosicky and Niklas Bentdner

debosky:
We can talk about our chances, but what about Burnley'shuh They hit the bar from Vermalen's shady back header, Chris Eagles hit the bar in the second half, we had Silvestre handle the ball in the box (maybe ball to hand but they've been given before) and many more - Fletcher had a free header in the first half, Eagles had a free shot in the second half that sailed over the bar as well, not to mention the CLOSE offside decision in the second half when Fletcher put the ball in the net.

Honestly, though I am pissed off about not winning, we were lucky to hang on to the point. . .not much time to reflect on it though, Hull awaits at the weekend.
@Debosky
I agree with you
We were lucky to get anything out of this game.
Once Fab4 limped off, there was no cutting edge.
Before that, he was 'running' things in midfield
Like people have opined.
What has happened to Theo Walcott?
With his latest performance yesterday, the only plane he will be getting on in the Summer, is the one to Barbados
where he would have a rethink on a new career path grin
I would score him 0/10 yesterday.
Eduardo seems to be as slow as a 'Pub' footballer these days.
and no one seems to be talking about Almunia!
He was woeful yet again yesterday.
The normally calm Sagna had to insult him in French yesterday grin
No communication with his defenders.
Does not organise the defence when a set piece is about to be taken
and did u see that goal from Fletcherhuh huh
the ball sailed thru his fingers.
I think if the goal had stood, I might have led a protest this morning against him grin
Time we look at Fabianski joo, or Don Vito, they can't be any worse
That his in-law that passed on, may still be affecting him lipsrsealed
Anyways, we thankfully got a point
Hull city with Phil Brown on Saturday
Unfortunately, Fab4 is injured,
No one to spit at Phil Brown grin

The case you are mentioning are two months or less.

Anyway the arguement was about what your foul mouthed manc  friend said
Manure has suffered more injuries than any of the big 4 in the last four years
I am not surprised, he gets very excited whenever he's typing on this thread and makes untrue statements.
No facts, Nothing.
In fact, I can confidently say, that this is the only season for the last 4-5 years that the injuries at Manure has been really bad.
Managing the crisis or the quality of players you have at your disposal is a different topic alltogether.
FFS, how could someone had utter that kind of statement?
Worse still, was Dayo asking if Fab4 has suffered a long term injury before?
Unbelievable stuff on this thread!

Not rating Dennilson so highly either, but like I said, he still strives to keep things simple
I have looked at that Dennilson 'bum' tackle on Stevie G again
Gerrard went down like he had been shot grin
Like I always say, never mind the bloggers
For every defeat, there are a thousand and one reasons for the loss.
When Don Vito conceded those 2 goals against the hammers, 'aaarggggh we need Almunia back, he's experienced. he can't let in those goals'
Almunia came back and continued leaking goals, different song 'we need a new goalkeeper'
2 weeks ago,' Arsenal are dead and buried,11 points gap can never be closed,Do you, in your right senses think that after Chelsea crushed Arsenal 3-0
they will ever lose any match'huh huh
This weekend'Emmmmmmm, emmmmmmmm,Cech is an idiot, The Chelski defence is ageing, bla, bla, bla' shocked shocked
Anyway, I always believe that if Diaby can keep his head high and strive more to do simple things, he could go on and be a legend! Till then. . . .
European Football (EPL, UEFA, La Liga) › Re: Arsenal Fan Thread: For Gunners Only. by HNIC(m): 12:57pm On Dec 16, 2009
@Slimshay
This may sound 'tongue in cheek' but Dennilson will never head the ball into his own net under no pressure at all grin
Seriously, If Diaby cuts down on the 'over elaborating' and do the simple things, he has the potential of being another Paddy
Dennilson kinda knows his limitations these days, he does the simple pass and his tackling and positioning has improved a bit this season.
None of them is 'there' yet, truth be told, but many of us didn't really miss Diaby when he was out(Got tired of seeing him try to do 'Maradona'in our half, lose the ball
and set up a goal scoring opportunity for the opposition). grin
