Another option, I dont know much about it , is to try and use the public hospital (dont know if she can do that as she isnt a legal resident) , Queen Elizabeth Hospital ..

Let her get here before her belly gets really obvious
Or she can come , then while shes here, she can get an appointment with a doctor while shes here
Let her come. packing $$ ... Barbados isn't cheap.
Cost of living for her and Baby , should be between $1500-3k usd (monthly) depends on arrangement and system (while pregnant and after)
Once Baby is born here, baby is BAJAN... but your wife wouldn't as much as get a work permit except she knows how to work the system...
Private Doctor should cost between 6k-10k Usd for everything(if she knows wer to look , it will be significantly cheaper than I quoted)

Why wouldn't folks give testimony when they get visa, getting a visa with a Nigerian passport is literally one of the most difficult things to do... in a country that it economy has completely collapsed, and someone got a visa to escape the hell, they are complaining?? Such wicked demons... they are talking about family splitting, as if the family of folks who are currently in naija ain't already splitting apart... imagine not being able to provide for your family?? Wouldn't it split or the naija wicked factor kills you, wouldn't that family move on and your wife take another husband?? Who doesn't want enjoyment?? Who doesn't want to live in a place where your hustle pays?? I live in Barbados, a country with population of around 280k people, you hardly see anyone here leaving.. they go to new york,toronto ,london etc and in a few months they back home...our economy is good...hardly does anyone want to "japa", most countries in the world, they have Visa free or visa on arrival access to.... so no need for massive jubilation when they are traveling... its strange but in Naija, we are escaping hell, a rare opportunity, so there is massive jubilation and testimony.... Nigeria is a whole big mess.. If I dont leave sef, my family fit swear for me...hahhahaha... funny thing is, most of them folks that are complaining that Nigerians are leaving , are children of politicans and those that destroyed the system... True... my first experience abroad(outside my usual comfortzone)... lived with someone for 17days... very nice person, I contributed to the financial and cleaning of the home ... even at that, after 17days , they showed me the boots, lol... I understood life is tough wen someone else is "invading " your space.... I respect myself, thankfully, God has always come through for me and always will....
Many folks, will promise their people back in naija, that if they come abroad, they(folks in naija) can come live with them(folks abroad) , in the hope that they ( folks in naija) wouldn't get the visa, if them(folks in naija) gets the visa, na there wahala start, when them reach the abroad airport, then try calling their folks abroad..."The number you are calling is Switched off, please leave a voice mail" ....
