johnsurvive: This is fact, move round the factory you will confirm it. May be less than 1% of the factory here pay around 7k daily. Bros THERE ARE NO FACTORY WORK IN NIGERIA THAT PAYS 7K/day.... folks who earn that amount are Machine operators(who have degrees in engineering) , even supervisors dont earn that much... trust me, I did ALOT of factory work in Nigeria and I still have friends who still do till this day! There are factories in Mowe, shagamu and Ibadan that pays 300-500 daily... the ones in Lagos still dey try pay 700-1500 , and when you think of transportation and feeding daily, you will be left with 100-400 daily... if anything at all..its a vicious cycle... I was forced to learn a skill when I saw the suffering was too much(though I am from what you will call a Middle class family) I still had to work very Hard... went to the University, took a second job(night security work) that paid me 18k/month and I was praised for security that "good pay" as most security firms paid 15k... now it's an average of 15-30k/month.... I could barely rent 1room... had to share with 2 other guys... Naija na hell, some of these mumu that keep preaching, dont travel abroad, came from wealthy homes, had good private education... no follow them ooo... and they dont relate with more than 70% of the population that either live below poverty line or a little above it |

I use to have SO MUCH respect for him, because we have engaged in many threads but after this hin dumb post, I dont think I will ever engage him again..I HATE HYPOCRITES... menial labourers work so hard here, undocumented workers... but at the end of the day, they go home to proper food , manageable shelter, constant electricity and unlimited internet..they send Remittance to their families back home and even start small businesses and house projects, something they NEVER thought they will be able to achieve back at home, they build their way up... |

Gerrard59: From our resident Nairalander who left Europe to Nigeria and later fled Nigeria for a no-name country in the Caribbeans, I find your post hypocritical. He is in the Caribbean?? I stay in the Caribbean too... it's not easy here... infact I'm married to a Beautiful Caribbean woman...I stay in Barbados, life in Barbados is very expensive and I live in an apartment less than what I use to live in back in Nigeria but I Must tell you, I will rather DIE here than go back to the Useless republic of Nigeria... many of these guys that come online to push the narrative that life is not easy abroad (its normal as you are outside your home country, it takes time to adjust to the system as with any system ) dont even live in Nigeria and will refuse to go back. No let anybody decieve you oo, I know a guy that just completed a 14bedroom apartment in Ibadan after staying in the Caribbean for 2years, something he wasn't able to do in his 40year of existence in Nigeria, his family lives a big man life in Nigeria because of him, this was a man living from hand to mouth in Naija... The slowpoke said Factory work in naija is around 7k/day was when I knew he was living in a bubble and is a chronic liar, I do factory work wella for naija and the highest i earn as with 90% factory workers was between 500-1k /day and them go use you DIE.... working overtime and they will pay you if they like, sometimes we went on strikes because they owed us for multiple months. Leave the guy, he knows nothing about nothing, perhaps he is doing this to chase Clout |

sliksusan: You go to the travel agency and ask them to sell a ticket for you but the ticket must be a round trip ticket and a paper ticket but the airline that takes you out Nigeria must be an Emirates airline from Lagos to Dubai from Dubai to Sao Paulo from Sao Paulo to Panama Copa Airlines from Panama to Kingston by Copa Airlines The ticket costs 1.2 million naira and the agency has to give you a permit to fly in order for the airport to carry you Fair enough |

Give and take, I'll still love to spend cool 5 years there. That's western media propaganda..... there's is poverty everywhere.... poverty in Africa and south America is exaggerated... |

Connected1: It's about time we abolish these foreigners cultures and religions, the Arabs and the Brits have done us no good with their religions, our so called false gods don't tell people to kill for them when insulted, they do it themselves.
Since we have been brainwashed to believe our ancestral gods are evil and has connections with the Satan while theirs will take us a beautiful place that never exists then these are the consequences. The time we realise ourselves and understand that we are Africans and Ancient Africans only fought themselves over lands (which is also wrong but better) then we will cease to asslick these foreigners gods and serve them more than the originators do.
Religion is the best form of slavery and these foreigners experimented it and saw the benefits which is the more reason they allowed us achieved freedom because they knew we are still bounded by bigger chains. Then I doubt you have actually read the Quran... Mohammed only called for peace and tolerance when moslems are in the minority... it is clear... |

Safyqueen: You are still saying ugly words to some people's religious prophet that they hold to their heart which muric had just warned against in other to avoid problem. But in your mind/ thinking you are not becoming a terrorist.
I will not say or do anything to provocate christains/Muslims/traditionalist religiously and expect that they will pray for me in return. That's too myopic.
Infact you cannot descarates any people's culture and expect smile from them.
We don't we avoid crossing people's red line.
Anyway the killing of the girl is wrong in all ramifications. Islamically it is wrong but who do we blame now since the perpetuators are acclaimed Muslims. Excuse me?? Anyone killed this man We(Christians) dont hold Jesus dear to our hearts When a moslem calls him a Prophet, it's not blasphemous to us?? Please abeg...no start this afternoon oo

Politics › After A Few Days Deborah Samuel Will Be Forgotten ,nigerians Will Move On by HOKIM(op): 12:08am On May 14, 2022 |
The life of the average Christian in Nigeria means nothing to the Nigerian state, the government will come out condemn this and that and yet the numbers are raising.... ooh Nigeria, if only they know how many Christians are brutal murdered in the north daily, it is just that this guys where stupid enough to record it and the so-called liberal media were pressured to put it in the news. This is a common o occurrence in the North as this isnt Islamic fanaticism, THIS IS ISLAM! unfortunately if Nigerian where able to forget the popular ones that have been killed in the last 5years, THE DEEPER LIFE PASTOR, THE RCCG PREACHER amongst others and they where all forgotten, I fear deborah will face the same fate. Being a Christian is now a curse in Nigeria Pastor Bosun Emmanuel warned but we took him for a fool... here is the result |

Unless full justice is giving to her, I don't think I can habour any Muslim as a friend anymore.
This act is too scary, imagine from students, are they not enlightened enough, it's not as though they are illiterates.
I stop all these religion stuffs when I gained more knowledge but that doesn't mean I would be violent when they call me a pagan. The ones enslaving blacks in Libya and killing of Coptic Christians in egypt and Syria...they ain't enlightened too?? The killing and burning of properties in Sweden ain't enlightened too.... hahahaha... go on YouTube watch DAVID WOOD AND ROBERT SPENCER-Jihad watch.... you go understand..it runs every Wednesday but you can watch past episodes.... |

Even their academics have joined in support of the killing. Professors and lawyers are justifying the killing. This shows that fanaticism is not driven by illiteracy as has been widely postulated. There is nothing like fanaticism... that is ISLAM... I keep wondering why folks are calling them fanatics?? Is that NOT what Mohammed and his allah commands?? |

sliksusan: All these country visas are very difficult to get with Nigeria passport Chile, Ecuador, Uruguay, Argentina, Colombia as the document needs to be translated into Spanish language and legalized at a diplomatic mission before it can be accepted at the embassy And I have explained to you , why that is.... why a passport can be considered weak... A passport is only as powerful as how many countries it is visa free too and it diplomatic strength... e g The Japan passport is more powerful than the American passport.... why?? DIPLOMATIC agreements... that's what China is building now, that's why more countries are opening up to the chinesse |
