When I see all these pictures, I just feel they are propaganda tools. While not discounting the efforts of the military, I feel that the result of the fight against Boko Haram should only be measured by reduced activities of the sect. The post says that hostages were released while in the picture, nothing shows any hostage or sign of living souls in the camp. Let the military do their work and less of media hype, when Boko Haram is destroyed, their results will be glaring for everybody to see. |

If not for the greed of some selfish politicians. The university need a college of Medicine with its teaching hospital all located on the same portion of land. Thanks to our president who has a good thought..... Some colleges of a University are usually located outside the town where the main campus is. There is strategic and not because of unavailability of undeveloped land. UNN is in Nsukka while their college of medicine is in Enugu. Unizik is in Awka, their college of medicine is in Nnewi. Unilag is in Akoka, college of medicine in Idi-Araba and so on. These schools have undeveloped land in their main campuses. |

Aisha buhari isnt officially recognised and that post of first lady remains incosequential as pmb stated it. Her Intelligence, vibrancy, articulatness, and superiority is what makes you think pmb reverted her as first lady. Her talents and compassion can not be caged under the no firstlady barrage. Clearly she isnt using government money or budget to do any of these projects, but rather using her human resource to mobilise and strategise on how to effect those around her. In all fairness this woman is the best wife of president so far, better than all the other owambe women who their hubby gave offices to and billions to embezzle. The richest black woman worldwide was an ordinary hair dresser to maryam babaginda. Bola shagaya became super rich than what she was initally, for been a bulldog to mama piss. Is GEJ responsible or is he going to jail for acts committed by the agency directors and ministers he appointed and supervised?
Is GEJ under probe for Diazani's transgressions?
The state legislature approves spending and not the state governor. They are the lawmakers with statutory responsibility to question spending and expenditures and if something seems out of the ordinary, they have the constitutional power and oversight authority to call the Science and Tech commissioner to explain himself and his spendings..
Oversight and spending authority lies with the legislature and not the Executive... I think Nigeria is redefining responsibility. So, no President or governor is culpable of any corruption in his regime as long as he doesn't sign a cheque. Wonder then why GEJ is accused of corruption. |

dexpee4life: In his bid to fulfil the promise to make his ministers known by the end of September, President Muhammadu Buhari yesterday handed over the list of his ministerial nominees to his special adviser on National Assembly Matters, Senator Ita Enang.
A top Presidency source who is a member of the president’s entourage to the ongoing 70th Session of the United Nations General Assembly reliably told our correspondent that the presidential aide departed J. F. Kennedy International Airport in New York last night so as to get to Nigeria and deliver the list to the National Assembly before the promised date.
The source said further that the president who is presently in New York had already briefed the Senate president, Senator Bukola Saraki, on the development, stressing that Ita Enang is expected to hand over the list to either the Senate president today at the resumption of the plenary or tomorrow depending on the mood of the upper legislative chamber. He also confirmed that the list contains names of 36 Ministerial nominees as against the earlier statement of President Buhari to appoint only16 ministers in order to cut costs.
Efforts to get the names on the list with Senator Enang proved abortive.

MarshRiley: President Muhammadu Buhari left Nigeria for the 70th United Nations General Assembly in New York on September 24, Thursday.
The president was accompanied only by 21 delegates, according to a Sahara Reporters source.
Buhari’s team is far more than small if to compare with the delegations for previous years for the yearly event.
According to the list Nigerian leader will be accompanied by the governors of Kaduna, Niger and Cross River states. Also on his entourage are former governors Rotimi Amaechi and Kayode Fayemi, senator from Katsina, Hadi Sirika and a former member of the House of Representatives, Abike Dabiri, are also in the delegation.
Others on the board to New York comprise General Monguno (Rtd), the National Security Adviser; Femi Adesina, the presidential special adviser; Sarkin Abba Kalu, special adviser household matters; Lawal Kazuare (State Chief of Protocol), Nura Rimi, presidential liaison officer; Lt. Col M. L Abubakar (Aide de Camp); Bashir Abubakar, Chief Security Officer; Sabi’u Yusuf (personal assistant); ACP Abdukarim Dauda, Dr. Suhayb Sanusi Rafindadi, Chief Personal Physician; and Ya’u Abdulahi, Chief Detail.
The immediate past president Goodluck Jonathan in 2013 was accompanied by over 600 people to New York.
However, the presidency scrambled a denial, saying those who traveled officially with the president were less than 30.
For his first visit to the General Assembly as elected president, Buhari reportedly received meeting requests from about 21 world leaders, but he will only be able to meet some of them.
Buhari is expected to return to Nigeria on October 1.

A lot of lies about GEJ has been told to Buhari and he now acts using those lies as standard and then thinking he is doing well once he is better that the propaganda being levelled against Jonathan. This writer of this piece feels that 22 - man delegation is too much for a Change government but quickly alludes that Jonathan travelled with 600 people. To him the official statement that less than 30 were on the delegation is a lie as long as it is GEJ government and 22 man delegation to UN is perfect as long as it is PMB. |

And if the president is not complaining..... I wonder y u should.. .... .. The last time I checked I learnt he was Minister for Petroleum sometimes. So, he was just making noise then. ba7man: Go back and read the post, highlight the propaganda and come back with your points. Propaganda is when you say PMB has restored Nigeria's pride when we are running to all countries with a plate of wish-lists and being turned back by America. Later some of PMB governors started putting up billboard of where he was shaking Obama. Propaganda is when you point to war on insurgency as an achievement when Boko Haram has killed people virtually everyday since PMB took over, even hitting the village of the newly appointed COAS. Propaganda is when you attribute the usual drama that anti-corruption agencies play out by arresting some public officers, haranguing them and then nothing is heard of the case and then you call it achievement. It is propaganda when you claim the economy of Nigeria has improved when against the backdrop of the promise of making N1 to $1, the Naira still remains high, Banks are no longer lending and companies are in orgies of retrenchment. If these are not propaganda, then we need to redefine the word... |

Appointing the SGF, Chief of Staff (a personal appointment) Comptroller General of Customs & Immigration and a few personal aides are hardly a criteria for valid argument of northern favoritism or Nepotism.
PMB will name is full cabinet in a few weeks, if the federal character isn't reflected in that cabinet, then we can protest. The cabinet will contain at least one person from each state. So there is no question of it being skewed to one direction. |

Good news about Buhari is now coming from NTA network
Reduction of politicians faces from news line all we see now are technocrats.
Stoppage of war drum from Niger delta war lords.
No more dangerous statements coming from our politicians.
Nigerians now look at Boko Haram as bunch of misled Nigerians who are now getting their ass kicked.
Refineries are now working.
Fuel importers are now begging,
Electricity is now at an average of 12 to 15hrs a day.
Ogoni is getting cleanup,
Policing is no longer for only the rich but the poor
Check points have now varnished.
Corrupt government officials are now retiring themselves.
While others are returning their loots voluntarily.
IGR is increasing and external reserve is also rising dramatically,
Now properties in Abuja are cheaper than in many other states.
Government and all agencies are now having a single account TSA.
Our greedy banks are no longer collecting dollars deposits.
Appointment is now based on merit.
Nigerian politicians show less interest to be appointed as ministers.
For over a month there was no statement coming from the first lady and the wife of the president is traveling on commercial flights.
All this is done without a minister, is all done by one man, one mind, one soul without the interference of others.
What will happen to Nigeria after ministers are appointed?
What a change!
What a great leader!!
Sai Baba.

porka: 1. So, for first degree, you will be asked to produce your NYSC discharged/exemption certificate.
NYSC does not mobilize and issue discharge/exemption certificates to graduates of institutions not recognized in Nigeria.
2. For higher degrees, your current employer already knows you were with them all through the period you claim to be studying while your prospective employer would ask you during interview if your program is online or residence. Your CV typically records your employment and educational history with dates anyway. And who told you that employers are interested in where or how you got your degrees? Are you attuned to current realities. Employers are interested in the value you can add to their organization and some of these foreign Universities are the ones that could actually improve people's worth. |
