You are the one trying to twist the narrative. If Kwankwaso wanted the Presidency, then the move to return to APC must have been made before Buhari emerged as the Presidential candidate of APC. At this point, APC was oblivious of the fact that Kwankwaso will cause a major political upset in Kano as he is doing. Because of the APC refusal to meet his conditions for return, Kwankwaso went into full swing to campaign for PDP and has become a major scare for APC in Kano and for that matter in the 2019 election. It is one thing for APC to admit that which is not important. At this point, it is now APC who would wish that Kwankwaso is with them because their dream of 2 million votes in Kano is dashed with Kwankwaso. Even the governorship election is not sure for APC.

The Lagos-Ibadan rail is not yet completed. Assuming Atiku wins and after May 2019, he completes and commissions it, I hope you will give all the credit to Atiku. You mentioned GEJ starting the Kaduna-Abuja rail project in passing and emphasized on who completed it. Government is a continuum and that is what it should be.

But the issue here is not whether PDP did it or not. It is about PMB not being sincere by claiming that he will not use state funds for campaign. This is among the many APC hypocrisy and people are quick to believe this. All the massive PMB billboards dotting the entire country, where is the money coming from? Who sponsors the rallies. Whether they are state governors, the money is still government money. APC should not claim saints. PDP used government money, APC is also using government money for elections. They are the same. APC and reference to years of PDP rule has become like a clanging cymbal. In Enugu, the APC governorship aspirant was Adviser/Commissioner under PDP for 8 years and then Senator for 8 years. Good observation, though the BRT operators themselves need to sit up. The scheme is not serving its purpose. It has not reduced the number of cards on the road due to inefficiencies. There are not enough buses to meet demands, hence people queue up for one hour or more before getting a business where they can stand. The operators still behave like touts, no organization, no communication with stranded passengers, the bus itinerary is not coordinated, sometimes, the bustop managers have to fight with the bus drivers before they agree to stop and pick passengers. When people stand, they pack people like sardines which discourages commuters from taking this option.

One is NYSC completion certificate, the other is Exemption certificate, so definitely the designs will be different. Exemption may come at any time outside the service window and must not correspond with the service schedules.
