imma2: I pray that they become friends at least even though my mum has moved on. My dad sure knows how to keep a grudge.
My mum, precious soul. my dad too lack patience, hold grudge too, then am the only one who live with him so the hammer of that shared hatred fall heavily on me. now we just greet and some little chat. seems some relationship are just fated to be rough and awkward. I thank God I turn out little bit well. we can't choose our parent, thank God for what we have, pray for what we want and hope for better things. later man |

Countrygirl: Hahaha.... It's good to know there is someone like you somewhere
But you can try and worry less about somethings, it saves you a whole lot of stress if I can help myself worrying less then we won't be having this conversation. I think the solitary lifestyle of mine compound my worry and over thinking. trying to break out of my comfort zone soon after the Ramadan fast end, maybe it will change me or hurt me. life is a teacher now, the more we live the more we learn. later |

imma2: To be very honest, Nothing.
My mum and dad has been separated for approximately 12 years. He has been beclouded by hatred for her that it has ultimately transferred to us without him been conscious of that fact.
I hope he finds his way to light and happy fathers' day to him. same here man. though mine is 17 years. always wish I could erase the memory of those years we lived together funny enough now they are friend. |

.....and they say we are the leaders of tomorrow, see those above me, almost all of them with silly, stupid and senseless comment. imagine one even has to bring northern to the discussion. wetin northern with an overzealous Alfa and idol worshipper.
Nairaland has really become a site to show your hatred and some still vex that Seun put some restriction on Islamic thread.
you called yourself a good Christian but any chance you see a negative news about the opposite religion, u use DAT as an avenue to vomit the beast in you. maybe you forgot God will not only judge you with your action but your words too.
and to my Muslim colleague too, let people be, if they don't agree with your view. leave them. we can't be of the same religion. I was a Christian for 9 years of my life too and I never regret it.
Muslim and Christian have been living in harmony for a lot of years until...... |
