There is no free and fair protest in Nigeria. If truly there will be protest, the organisers must be ready for whatever happens. The only reason the army and police could silence the protesters was because of guns. Since they will not allow people to protest in peace, protesters should be armed too. So, the organisers has a lot to do. Protests in Nigeria is not all about shouting and marching anymore.

Nigerian government is not fighting any Corona Virus pandemic. They are only deceiving themselves. The doctors and NCDC are the tools they use to instil fear into the gullibles. The doctors knew this is the right time to press home their demands, hence the strike. The governor is now in a tight corner as he cannot tell the doctors that Corona Virus figures is a pure scam. The government has stated their position knowing fully well Corona Virus is not severe especially to younger ones. Be as it may, if parents are not sure of safety of their children in the school, they should allow their children stay at home while others allow theirs to attend. Likewise if a teacher think he or she is not safe in the school, such should stay at home and forfeit salary for that period till he or she is ready to work.
