I was in okija campus, my verification was faster than I thought. The delay may depend on the person handling it in elele campus.
Oh ok. I thought so too.

Thanks much.

Pls what campus were you in? And how long did it take?

I was in elele campus, computer science department precisely,. I'm just discovering that wes has issues with verification. Please do you have any idea or is this recent or reoccurring or it's subject to just the department?

I'm sorry for the questions.

Baked moi moi
Ingredients: beans
Pepper ( shombo,ata rodo,onion,pawa)
Maggi and salt
Crayfish,egg, fish
Groundnut oil.
Procedure: wash and Peel the beans
Step 2: add the wash pepper, onion and crayfish into the beans.
Step3: grind the beans very smooth.
Step4; add groundnut oil, maggi and salt into the grinded beans.
Step 5: add the raw egg into the grinded beans
And mix it together.
Step6: rub the pan with margarine or oil.

This December bakes your moi moi,you can baked with stove or oven. It's a easily and a stressful method.
Can I use gascooker? And when using pot to bake, do I add water for a steam or is it an empty pot baking?

1. False. I know people who have used their cards from private hospital. So long as it is registered and not all those maternity centres. I have cards from private hospital but I sometimes collect from government hospital, depending on my location at that particular time.

2. Some health centres give all free except for rotavirus. I think some still give freely in Lagos. You can't spend more than 500naira for the others.

Ok understood!
Thank you so so so much for these!

Good morning mamas in the house.

Please i havea few questions

1. Is it true that private hospitals immunization cards are not recognized by embassies except for health centres?

I went to get my baby's birth certificate from festac local government, the person on seat insisted i get the health centre vaccine/immunization card and that i should start using the health centre because its recognized. Other mothers there affirmed to it too that thats what people are doing now, and that private hospitals won't tell me this because they want to make their money. Please is this true? Im currently using Havana specialist hospital under HMO, please is it recognized?

2. My baby is due for his 10th week vaccine, if i have to start using the health centre please do you know how much for these vaccines?
OPV?
ROTAVIRUS ?
PENTA?
PCV (Pneumococcal)?.

Mamas that knows please come to my aid so i can prepare myself for tomorrow or next for the immunization.

Thank you ma'ams in anticipation

Congratulations on your new born mama. If he feeds well during the day like you said, I think there is nothing to worry about, you can put him to breast at midnight and see if he will suck or not. He might change soon. Enjoy it while it last.

Thank you mama

see what i am praying for.My daughter used to sleep a lot around that age, nowadays she sleeps around 10-11.30pm and still wakes up twice in the night for food.
This is the definition of 'one man's food is another man's poison'. Ive decided to carry this my own package now and be appreciative. Let me enjoy it while it last.
Thanks ma'ams.

Good morning mamas

Im worried. My 2month old sleeps all through the night without feeding. He sleeps from after bath time 7pm to 6am or 7am. I literally do the waking up to feed him in the mornings else he would still continue sleeping. Its worrisome. Its been a week that i noticed this.
Please its this normal?
He feeds well during the day. I didn't experience this with my first son. He sucks well at night, infact he doesnt sleep without the breast in his mouth.

Mama don't get yourself worked up please I know body differs if your on the chubby side it might take a little while I was lepa when I got pregnant then giving birth was very fat was weighing 88kg or so I did everything possible to reduce my tummy because it was so big and people were tummy shaming me I tied with wrapper and everything still nothing worked, my tummy got flat by itself although after weaning my child so please mama be patient with your tummy with time it will Tuck in

Goldenheart002:

I agree with mama ola.brinks, there's no miracle to achieving flat tummy. Wen I had my first child, I didn't press my tummy much bcoz of d tears I had and it didn't occur to me to tie my tummy, I battled bulging tummy for almost a year and after trying everything possible, I gave up on it. It became fully flat after I weaned my baby.

What I'm saying in essence is, body differs. Some achieve flat tummy almost effortlessly but since ur body is still fresh of childbirth, keep pressing and wear a girldle always, keep ur mind away from it, focus more on being happy and u will be surprised in a short while.

olabrinks:
You can’t expect your tummy to be so flat after two weeks when you carried life in you for 9 months. Depending on how much weight you gained during pregnancy and how much your stomach expanded, please understand that your tummy might take months to go back to normal. And honestly sometimes your stomach can never go back to EXACTLY how it was pre pregnancy, and there’s nothing wrong with that, that’s the sacrifice of motherhood. All I can say is breast feed (if you are)and drink lots of water. Wait until you’re at least 6 weeks postpartum before exercising, that will make the biggest difference to your tummy. I Also wear belly binders if you can as it will hold everything in. And please don’t put too much pressure on yourself, be patient and allow things to happen gradually.

Thank you so much mamas. Thanks for the responses. What will i do without you guys. These advices are not taken for granted. I'm so relieved now eh! I'm just taking my time to breastfeed and taking lots of liquids and there's been a difference. Thanks mamas.

Mama's good afternoon. ..

Pls no waka pass me by... I'm a little worried about my tummy. It's been two weeks of postpartum and my tummy still looks like 5months pregnancy. I was doing the hot water session morning and night, plus pepper soup filled with uda but I'm still worried it hasn't made any difference. Although I started late, like 4days before the hot session cus I'm scared of the hot water thing after my experience with my first child.
My question is, is there any other milder way of losing the liquid or fat in the tummy I can follow up with?
.. i dont like my tummy skin after this hot water thing. I'm afraid my skin will never be the same.

Pls experienced mamas help out. I need to start on time. I'm sure not everyone went through the pressing. I would rather drink hot water than pour on my skin.

Former teamie. Congratulations
Use vaseline if baby is not sucking anytime soon. But if you can get lansinoh nipple cream, it's safe to apply and baby can ingest without issues. Cheers dear.
Thank you so much former teamie
