thelastPope: Buhari was there for 20 months before. what did he achieve? He was PTF chairman for five years. What did he achieve? Can you point to the infrastructure that he spent over 100 billion naira on? Do you know what the value of 100 billion naira was between 1994 to 1999? That the man presents himself like a poor man doesnt mean he is poor. It is only an act! The only thing that will change Nigeria is action from the people to insist on good governance and accountability, not any so called messiah of a man! It is total laziness from people like you who dont want to take responsibility as Nigerians to insist on good governance that is the problem of Nigeria, not corruption. You are looking up to a 70+ years old man to come and change the country? Isnt that a big shame on you? One voice of change is what we need! Not a new person or a new party. Whatever party wins at the polls should be put under pressure to perform. Criticism based on issues is fine. Why I always call out some people on here is because they do not criticize as Nigerians. They criticize as party members.Seriously, you mean you don't know what he did? you're joking right? ![]() |
faithuak: Need a gud, matured, responsible and caring guy 4 keep,qualification-(masters in honesty and cutebility)send ur Cv to www.____2geda happily eva afta (wink*Lol)A want wrapped in a joke. ![]() |
slimyem: concluding,assuming,specuilating,insinuating...all na use of english.I know what i see and interprete.i read in between lines and its enough to back up my submission. But she said he "petted her" and showed concern but didn't give her money to get a new phone. I still would want to know if the man is all round or just not into buying phone. Let the OP tell us if he doesn't commit to her financially in other ways, then we'd know if the man is stingy or not. |
coogar: a man could have worn the hijab....... |
Women and hatred for eachother. Just for a man, you ruined the emotional life of another woman. |
slimyem: Which gun am i jumping? You're concluding but for me, i am not, rather i am using the word "maybe" "what if". hope you can now spot the difference? the difference between people you quoted and yourself is that you're concluding while we aren't. |
Vikin: My guess would have been you are just making this up to balance your argument.Make what up? i have no time for that, i am only stating facts and figures. yes, i needed to remind her because she was taking these things for granted and i believe the op and most women think this way. When you do things for them financially or otherwise, they believe it's your responsibility even though you're not married to them, they have parents, live with them and infact you don't even demand sex or anything in return. Yes, women bring up trivial things just like the op (i suspect), if not, let her come and tell us if the man is all round. Lastly, imagine her even using the title "i feel cheated", isn't that an insult to what true relationship should represent? maybe she's sleeping with her man and believes the reward for doing that should be the man taking care of all her needs. ![]() |
thelastPope: You mean decisive action to steal 7 billion like the lagos speaker? Or decisive action to allocate lagos funds to Tinubu? Or decisive action to choose Atiku as presidential candidate?Whether Lagos speaker stole 10 billion or Gombe speaker stole 100 billion cedis, i don't care, what i care about is seeing people who steal behind bars with the appropriate sentences worth the level of their offense. I don't do all these party bla bla bla. You actually have no love for this country, HOW ON EARTH DO YOU WANT GOOD GOVERNANCE when the party in power is abetting and sharing bed with corrupt people? they even have these corrupt people in the FEC and other vital offices in the country? Infact let me do the honorable thing by quoting people with true concern for the country. |
Vikin: The phone is just an example to show the insensitivity of the supposed fiancé.Let the OP tell us if her man is this all round or just for "trivial" things like phone. I believe she's got a father, mother and she works too, until they're married, there's nothing she can force on the man financially. some men invest financially in their women in other valuable things, while others take up the phone and gadgets aspect. My GF once complained about me not "taking her out more", i studied her and i got to know she was the "forgetful" type. i sat her down, outlined what and what i have done for her financially and otherwise. she was apologetic and ever since then, anything i do for her, she gets very appreciative of them. Mind you, i am in a non-sexual relationship and it's almost 4yrs now. so go figure. |
Vikin: The guy na stingy ko!Well i am prudent with money, but i give when necessary and when i have. Suspect me as long as you want but that does not change the fact about a woman expecting the man to give out money for "trivial" things. Maybe the lady spends beyond her means and the guy's not cool with that. He earns 8 times more than her yet she's using the gadgets of 80k or even more. Trying to show class when she's hurting in the process, if it was easy to buy such phones, why then is she crying because she's the one buying it herself (her own phone o). Now, back to the question. How are you sure the guy doesn't take up more responsibility for her apart from this phone of a thing she's talking about? We know some women are like parasites expecting you to take care of everything for them. Let the OP tell us if her man doesn't add anything to her life financially apart from this phone of a thing. 4 years and all she could talk about is phone? people should reason! |
thelastPope: Change from what to what?LOL, i laugh seriously at your "comments" Changing from slow motion to decisive actions. |
slimyem: Holier than thou people too plenty for this section..and all na lie.Why not let the OP answer series of questions asked her so far? why jump the gun assuming you know the real deal in the relationship? |
victorian: Some Empowered women here are always screaming, they don't need a man's money, they can take care of themselves, while dating.. All na lie.. For how long, will u continue to always buy things with your money without him, giving u anything.. His job is to have s3x , eat your food, smile a toothless smile, saying u r the best of them all, then dust yansh waka... Story. And what if they're not having sezz? |
Joey82: what can the people do?This is just the gospel truth, so we're getting the reward of the seeds we planted as a country. |
Nice thread and good innovation from the OP. following attentively. Not single though but no knowledge is useless if put into practice. |
Chairman, e b like say u no sabi say na Plutocracy we dey practice for Naija. Plebeians no fit do anytin.
Majority of Nigerians are sheep so there's nothing we can do for now. Remember that majority make things happen faster. |
Corruption is our Religion Corruption unites us Corruption is ubiquitous in all spheres of the economy Corruption has destroyed the country.
And the people are doing nothing about it. |
Losing 2 phones within months (expensive ones), but expecting him to replace them? Apart from these gadgets, does he do other things for you financially? |
jay bee: Who is odunnu? The next door neighbor you often wake up 4am to peep at from the window. ![]() |
surveyProf: Its beats my imagination as well too, because under normal circumstances, the OP is meant to choose any broker of his choice or perhaps recommended by Odiaero, fund it frm his end, and den send only login details to Odiaero for trading on his forex account, I can seems to understand while he choose to do dat, but frm online, I saw a place on myfxbook.com, where Odiaero displayed his life account statement, and was soliciting for investors like 6, i.e to contribute 30k dollars, and according to him, within 2 weeks, he will trade it up to 100k dollars, frm his fx statement, most people will tend to believe him, it takes the grace of God!Well what i was able to gather. the $2M weren't sent to his account, rather the total money he handled was about that amount (crashed the ones in the trading accounts). Now he "cooked" up stories according to what i was told that he's got $490k in his account to send to these investors as part of their monies he crashed but that they have to send money to him to "process" the transfer. i think up to $45k or more was sent. not sure, the OP should give you full details.. i am just trying to put things i gathered together. check the receipts and the tellers. you'd get clues. |
^^ Yes, +62( is Indonesia. But most of the time he called me, it has always been from Skype and you can get any country's phone number on Skype. |
Odunnu: I havent seen it like this before. You believed that? ![]() remember it took him 1yr to pay me back. ![]() |
Odunnu: Wetin is getting narrower? I am not promising anything. Very possible it wasnt an Enugu meeting. I havent said the councillor dude must know him sha, i am just saying, that his popularity in the ward would have made him come across a good number of persons. Not really that the person's likely to know him, but that his face is familiar. |
Odunnu: The VC accepts that the reason he was expelled was as a result of his inability to pay his school fees.Speechless, expelling a student for not paying school fees? what happened to holding unto the cert until he balances up? ![]() |
Odunnu: The face is very familiar. There is this dude i would like to show the pic to, the guy is very good with faces quite unlike me and he was my ward councillor sometime back. I have tried to find his number, I no see am. I hope something takes me to his new area soon. This face is very familiar. Choii!Hmmm, now it's getting narrower. |
u don't get it... she slept with d guy, she just didn't know how to say it. u think d only tin she did wrong.was to accept anoda guy's hand.in friendship?? op, she had a fling wit another.guy and she tried to confess... why didn't u code wat she was trying to say? its up to u to forgive her or not but personally i think she is brave and good and remorseful.. she has a lot to loose but still opened up to u. u should give her another chance if u can. mistakes happen....
what is brave in telling him? do you think one way or the other, the guy wouldn't know? there's nothing hidden that won't come into light. being in a relationship and at the same time sleeping with other people's anything but honesty. well then they know the kinda relationship they're into so let them enjoy their "relationship" and "honesty". Honesty = trust In this case She can't be trusted and someone with trust issues can't be said to be honest. |
Odunnu: That face I repeat is very familiar. I need to really remember how or why it seems so familiar. Now I have a feeling this guy knows me in person that is why he is always choosing his words when relating with me. I cant remember him expressly insulting me even though during the Honeric/Odiaero days I made posts that should annoy him, he would leave mine or merely warn me and then hit on the next poster who suggests anything negative. I have had reason to cross paths on many posts and I always want to tell him there how i dont believe his many lies, yet he moves on.he's originally from Enugu i think.. does this ring a bell? |
luvmijeje: @honeric01 To me honesty is saying the truth knowing u ve alot to loose. There's nothing honest about lying to someone indirectly. she claimed she loved the guy, yet agreed to date another man, is that honesty to you? dating 2 men at the same time? they have been together for 4 years but she agreed to date someone within few weeks of meeting and you call that honesty? Let me give you a tip of what honesty is, an honest lady wouldn't waste a man's time if she doesn't dig him again by telling him in person (sitting down and ironing it out), not by dating someone else and trying to indirectly break the union with such actions. |
In yoruba land, you don't call your husband's brothers by name even if you're older than them. it's a rule and they in turn won't call you by name. Your hubby-to-be must be Yoruba i believe, unless i am wrong. if not correct me. |
luvmijeje: Op u just have to forgive her and hold on to her tight. What is honesty to you? what does it mean? SMHRH ![]() |
manny4life: Damp forest kwa? I see, some people like sex in the outdoorHmmm, i don;t fancy it at all. |
