The Yoruba are the most insulting and abusive Nigerians i have ever met, if you doubt me, do your research, just go around the street of Lagos or any other Yoruba land and you will hear and see for yourself. I even asked some yoruba friends why they are so quick at insulting people, all they did was to just laugh, is it that they bathed them with water mixed with curses, abuses and insults? |

tkb417:lol, you are so funny, someone is in 700Million in debt, you claim he's making profit, are you serious? how about the start up capital? was the capital not more than 500 million at the start of Man U? if you are 1.1b worth of value and you owe 700million, leaving you with 400million, how's that profit? you must be joking. We are not a Charity club, we know we can't afford to do what we are doing and we don't have a cause to be worried, if we need money, we have backups and we don't need buyers looking to enslave us unlike MANCUM ![]() |
people sha.What causes crime? |
tkb417:You still don't get it do you? anyways, Barca is a club owned by most of the citizens of Barcelona, most of the fans have "interest" in the club and such a club can't really go into administration unlike Mancum who are always sulking up to the American slave owners, i hope you know where your owners are driving una to? i hope you read what your fans plan to do about your owners? the debts Mancum owe is enough to send our NPL into high heavens. |
Uhmmm, how bad can a good girl turn? ![]() |
They should bid for the Nigerian league ![]() |
Can they even beat the female senior national team? |
I knew it was the end of the road for Enyimba, anyways, they will play in the CCL next season. |
@philip0906 do you watch American ganstar movies? most of these places can be found in the scenes. many of these buildings still exist in America, you can not deny the fact that no where is Heaven and that no where is completely slum free. BTW, some of the pix were taken in the late 90s and early 2000s. do you know Harlem?
|
Ok, Phillip, what will you call these places? ![]()
|
The problem with developed countries is that they kinda abandon older houses to the detriment of the society while chasing after new innovations.
|
philip0906:Bro, people actually live in these buildings, i have pictures to back up my claim, the crackheads, wanderers and co live in these slums.
|
You haven't even seen any. the sad part of the whole thing is that these "slums" are mostly inhabited by blacks and the condemned. ![]()
|
Now i know i am dealing with a BLIND BALTIMUS, hence the reasons for your choice of BIG FONTS CAN YOU SEE THIS PILLIP0906? DO THOSE HOUSES LOOK LIKE INDUSTRIAL HOUSES? THAT RAILWAY TRACK, WHAT WERE THEY PRODUCING THERE? SHOES OR EYEGLASSES? i hope you saw the above posts? You need help. FYI: those Areas are residential areas and not Industrial Areas.
|
@philip0906 Does that rule out the fact that there are slums in America? Answer this simple question abeg Are there slums in America? YES OR NO?
|
MaziUche0:LWKMD Photoshopped help yourself: http://ghettoamerica..com/2009_06_01_archive.html |
This thread is not for comparison, it's a thread for slums in America, not slums between Nigeria vs America.
|
Slum is slum, stop sounding like a broken record, the truth about life is that there's no where in the world that is PERFECT. as the thread indicates, there are slums in the US even with their 200yrs existence.
|
Do you have a loosed screw in your head or what? are there slums in America, yes or no? |
Some Nigerians can be so sick in the head, i thought this thread was for slums in America, when did it turn to comparing Nigeria slum with American slums? Are you guys saying there are no slums in the USA or what? |
Do your best girls, whatever happens, una don try. i didn't give you girls any chance in the first place, so i salute the girls. |
White rice, i love am die, i eat rice almost everyday. |
semid4lyfe:Good, well i don't know what happened to us, but all the same, we have 2010/2011 to battle with (I am afraid of Bayelsa sha) As for Enyimba, if they win with good scoreline fine, if not, then good luck to them. Embele:Even if they share the same stadium, what we know is that Mightyjet were playing at home and plateau was away. Yes, 1 point separated the 2nd place to the 4th place. Cappadona123:Good for the 4 clubs, can they survive the top flight? let's wait till September 25th to see if they have what it takes. |
no |
mno |
semid4lyfe:2 Jos clubs made it to the top flight, God, i watched the highlight of the match between Mighty jet and Plateau UTD, it was hell bro, Plateau beat Mightyjet away to qualify, it was never an easy job, guess what ![]() The ref that blew that match is a lieutenant in the Nigerian Army, come see soldiers with guns and fierce looking DOGS lol, i wish all our match venues would always be like that (security wise). As for Insurance not making it, they won their last match against Akwa UTD 1:0, but that was not enough, because Bukola babes got a walkover 3: 0 against Anambra pillars, this good for nothing Anambra pillars didn't show up ![]() Anyways, we live to fight another day, Insurance will bounce back, it's never too late. (it took mighty jos and Plateau 17yrs each to make it back to the top flight, i know next season, we shall make it up. ![]() |
Heartland on tough mission in Algeria Posted: 2010-07-28 10:55 Heartland coach Samson Siasia envisages a tough outing in this weekend’s CAF Champions League clash against Algeria’s JS Kabylie in Tizi Ouzou. Heartland, last year’s losing finalists will trek up North to face the three-time African champions in their Group B Day two clash, with their mind focused on a convincing result. The ‘Naze Millionaires’ managed a one all draw with Egyptian giants Al Ahly in their opening group phase clash a fortnight ago at their backyard, and are looking forward to improving on that performance against the Algerian giants. The former Algerian champions occupy the top spot of the group on three points after a shocking lone goal victory in Ismailia at the expense of Egyptian campaigners, Ismaily, and a repeat of such performance will boost their ambitions of a fourth success in the premier continental club championships. Siasia, who took over the reigns of the Owerri-based club a few weeks ago, is very much aware of the task that comes with facing with the Canaries at their favourite grounds, Tizi Ouzou. “We are playing JS Kabylie, so we have to put our house in order. Playing away is a difficult thing so there’s the need to elevate the team’s performance by ensuring that the players are fit.” The 42-year old has also charged his players to maintain their focus and discipline in their quest to achieve targeted goals. The Nigerians need at least a point to bolster their chances since a defeat will serve an impediment to their ultimate dream. In the other B match, Ahly will face archrivals Ismaily in a local derby at the Cairo International Stadium. Holders T.P. Mazembe of DR Congo will face Entente Setif of Algeria, whilst Esperance of Tunisia engages Zimbabwe’s Dynamos, both in Group A. |
'Finish off Enyimba' Posted: 2010-07-30 15:28 Zambia's High Commissioner to Nigeria Alexis Luhila has urged Zanaco to finish off Enyimba in Sunday's CAF Confederations Cup third round return leg match. Luhila said from Lagos on Wednesday that there is no excuse for Zanaco to fail to qualify for the Confederations Cup group stage. Zanaco thrashed Enyimba 4-0 in Lusaka on July 17. "It will not be easy for Enyimba to beat Zanaco 5-0. President Banda and the 11 million Zambians are expecting nothing but victory. When the boys will be on the pitch they will be representing Zambia and not Zanaco," said Luhila, who led embassy staff to welcome Zanaco on Wednesday. Luhila said he is looking forward to seeing Zanaco being crowned Confederations Cup champions. He said it is time Zambian teams made a mark in African club football. Enyimba coach Felix Ermodi says the match against Zanaco looks insurmountable but he is confident the Nigerian champions will come out smiling. Emordi said in an interview from Aba yesterday that his team is not new to this kind of situation, citing the 6–1 defeat to Egyptian side Ismaili before winning the 2004 Champions League. "We in Enyimba have erased the word impossibility from our vocabulary long time ago this philosophy has seen us through…this match against Zanaco cannot be an exception." |
Cairo Derby tops weekend CAF matches Posted: 2010-07-29 15:30 Three former champions, including holders TP Mazembe Englebert, will look to build on good starts to the CAF Champions League and solidify their command of the final group stage at the continental showpiece this weekend. DR Congo's Englebert, Esperance of Tunisia and Algeria's JS Kabylie all won away in the opening round of group matches a fortnight ago and look well placed for a spot in October's semi-finals if they can claim another three points at the second try. All three can claim home advantage with Englebert and Esperance potentially going six points clear in the top two places of Group A. Mazembe inaugurate their new artificial pitch at the Kenya Stadium in Lubumbashi on Sunday against Entente Setif of Algeria, while Esperance will take on Dynamos of Zimbabwe on Saturday. Also on Saturday, JS Kabylie, who are hosting Nigeria's Heartland FC, can move to six points from six as well if they win in Tizi-Ouzou in Group B. But all of these games will be overshadowed by the Egyptian derby in Cairo where Al Ahly hosts Ismaili on Sunday in a contest made all the more special because it is a rare meeting between teams from the same country in the group phase of the Champions League. In the first round, Ahly gained a valuable point away in Nigeria earlier this month but Ismaili suffered a home defeat to JS Kabylie. Another loss for Ismaili would leave them floundering, but the acquisition of Nigerian striker Ndubuisi Eze has the potential to be a significant boost, given his past experience the later stages of the CAF Champions League when he played for Al Hilal of Sudan. Eze may not be the only new face to line up on Sunday night as Al Ahly's recent signing, Mohamed Gedo may make an appearance. Top scorer at January's CAF Africa Cup of Nations and scorer of the winner in the final for Egypt, Gedo was previously left out of the Al Ahly team for the match in Owerri against Heartland, which ended in a 1-1 draw. Last season in Egypt's Premier League, both meetings between Ahly and Ismaili ended in a 1-1 draw. Mazembe had a run out on their new pitch last weekend in beating a provincial selection in a festival match to mark the re-opening of the extensively renovated stadium, where they have had overwhelming past success. Entente Setif will not be an easy opponent despite the Algerians losing at home in the first set of group matches to Esperance. Setif have been preparing for the trip to the Congo by hosting a training camp in Egypt. "We need at all costs to recover from our loss at home in the first round. The game against Mazembe is a watershed for us. We have to make sure we do not return home empty-handed," Setif's striker Nabil Hemani said in the build-up to Sunday's game. Away defeats for both Setif and Dynamos would leave them with a massive catch-up task. Dynamos lost 2-0 at home to Mazembe in their opening Group A game and then had an eight game winning streak in Zimbabwe's premier league ended last weekend. |
