Wether the transmission of result is mandatory or not, court will decide. But for now, operation deliver all the LP candidate next Saturday.

Even if Peter Obi meets voters in the grassroots, there are people who will still complain and say things like, "because he wants votes from them, he's now humble". Allow the man to do what he feel is best for him to turn Nigeria around for good.
