Client information section. All documents that there’s no space for in other sections should go to the client information section.

You might want to create a table of contents to tell the VO where every document is. I did that too.

Goodluck and it’ll definitely end in praise

Wetin concern southerners with this topic?

Do northerners boycott?

PoliticallyLeft:

You'll be surprised that 80% of Southerners are happy that things are hard in the country even though they are suffering.

If they purchase cheaper substitutes, how will they post on Instagram that they purchased something worth 1000 naira for 2000 naira and blame Buhari? grin

Check any post that criticises the incumbent government, it always goes:

Under Jonathan T was 2 naira , under Buhari it is 5 naira.

They do not ever blame the retailers who are doubling profit.

Put differently, for most of Nigerians inflation is a payback for voting Buhari in 2015 grin.

Hello everyone. Thank you for your constant help on this forum.

My profile has been updated and visa will expire July 2022. However, I had already deferred admission to next year September as I didn't start online classes. Can someone please advise on what to do.

Do I change course to one that will start in May? Can I apply for visa extension? I am confused.

Thanks.

God bless you for this write-up bro.

sam4774:
no worries brother, there are generally 2 letters for the Principal applicant ( letter of Introduction) this is the letter from the spouse to the embassy. it is a formal letter explaining your reason for doing what you are doing. if i was you after introduction and stating your reason for why you are applying break your letter into sections.
HISTORY OF RELATIONSHIP TO THE STUDENT PERMIT HOLDER
PROOF OF RELATIONSHIP TO THE STUDENT PERMIT HOLDER
PROOF OF FUNDS
TIES TO HOME COUNTRY
PROOF THAT I WILL RETURN AFTER THE PERIOD SPECIFIED
these are usually where the VOs refuse people for, explain where in the application you put the proof of all the things you are explaining in your pdf documents submittion.

the second document is the STUDY PERMIT HOLDERS (letter of sponsorship) the student is the one sponsoring your spousal open work permit, so this is their attestation to the embassy that you are married and that she is aware you are applying and the plans she has to make your stay possible and not an issue to the Canadian government or affect your families survival in Canada. it is not very long and can be put under the documents you submit in proof of relationship as a pdf.

these are all formal letters so it goes without saying your grammar must be top notch, you should explain yourself concisely as well. the layout is usually top right your address, below it the nigerian embassy address, the next below that is the date on the right and then the SUBJECT centralised under the date and you start with 'Dear Visa officer,"

Thank you so much for responding. You have just given me hope.

Let me get something right. You applied for both SOWP and visiting visa. Visiting visa has been approved and the SOWP is still pending?

lightswitch007:
In my case SP got PPR Feb 2021 for May 2021 intake, she later deferred to September 2021 intake due to pregnancy. I filed for SOWP in May 2021 which is still pending, TRV applied Aug and got approved in October even tho she hasn't travelled to Canada yet. So it's possible...Let your SOP be well detailed and Pray!

Hello Everyone/Gurus,

I have a question and I hope someone can assist.

I already deferred admission to next year Sept, 2022 before I got PPR. I would like to know if I can put in an application for my family(spouse and 2kids) while still in the country. If yes, what kind of application? Visiting visa or SOWP?

Thanks.

what u will have in ur passport is Temporary residence Visa.its not ur study permit. when u get to Canada is when they will give u ur study permit and that's when it starts counting. The TRV only allows u to Enter Canada.

Hello...congratulations on your PPR.
You can go ahead and submit your PP for stamping. The visa that will be stamped is valid for one year. And for September 2022 resumption, you should travel by August so you are still fine. For the change of course in same DLI, IRCC website was only particular about change of DLI inside and outside Canada and what need to be done. Except you see someone that have directly done this, to advice you better on any implications. Your best bet will be to stick to the fall 2022...

N.B- Please share timeline and documents submitted.

All the best

Thanks.

Scott99tish:
Well, let me start by asking that did you start class online since September before the deferral ?

If Yes, Then kindly send a pleading mail to school, explaining in details about the the permit you just got. You might be lucky to have your deferral reversed.

If No, have you sent your passport for stamping ?
If No, then kindly initiate numerous mail and web form to IRCC with new LOA before sending passport for stamping, explaining the whole in details. They might have you stamped for Fall 2022.

If Yes, still send them email and web form with sincerity of your challenge.

My opinion though.

But please wait for Gurus response anyway to advise you properly

Thanks for responding.

No. I didn’t start online class.

No I haven’t sent my passport.

Ok.

Is it possible to get it stamped for next year?

Hello guys,

I just received original passport request mail. I have deferred admission to next year. What do I do please?

Someone should please answer me biko. I deferred to September next year because the school informed me that the course won’t be available for Jan and May 2022. Except I’m willing to change to another course.

I don’t know what to do like this.

They proscribed IPOB made up of harmless people. UK decided to grant them Asylum, this didn't sit well with them. To prove to the UK that IPOB is a terrorist group, they sent their agents aka UGM to destroy government properties so they can attribute these destructions to IPOB. Their hate for the average Igbo man will lead to their end.
