Hello Honeycandy,

It will be wise if you don't conceal any information relating to your academic qualification. Given your academic and professional profile, it demonstrates that pursuing a PGD in your experience domain is a professional progression or career advancement.

Sprinkle some spice of employment prospect and the associated self-development benefit on intent to study the desired course especially at the P. Diploma level.

Connect your long-term plan(s) and if possible, measure it with projected salary earnings based on position ranking according to its employability and market demand.

Best of Luck

Thank you @Justmellow. Please I sent you a mail. I’d appreciate your response. Thank you.

Hello fam

I have a bsc in Physics gotten 2010. Then a masters in geophysics gotten in 2015. However, I’ve been working in the banking industry since I graduated from my bsc. Since my msc is not related to what I do, is there any reason to mention it during my application? I’m going for pgd course that’s related to my work experience. Can someone please advise?

Thank you

Good day all, will start my application soon. Is 5m naira enough to get me a Canadian study visa?

Hi

How much is your fees In CAD? Add $10,000CAD and add like $2,000CAD for other expenses. If within 5m. Then you’re good. I think. Let th experts come in too.

I know it’s been said that an existing EE profile does not affect a study permit but i want to be cautious. I recently maxed out my ielts and i want to update my EE profile. Should i do this now or wait till i receive PPR for my study permit application.

If your current CRS score is below 450, I would recommend that you cancel it before applying for your study permit.

It will end in praise

Amen.

Thanks. I appreciate

Hi guys,

I am about to start my application. I am already in the Express Entry pool. I want to ask the experienced ones in the house if I should withdraw my EE profile before applying for study visa? I know they say dual intent is not a reason to deny one study visa but what will you guys advise based on your experience.

Thanks

I applied for conestoga too but I used flywire in my payments.
Usually conestoga could have send you a payment receipt and letter acknowledging your payment 3 to 5 working days after it was made.

Hello everyone,

I have a challenge. I hope someone can advise me. I got admission into Conestoga College and have paid the initial deposit since on the 6th of April using CIBC payment option via Form A, I got notification that payment has been received on the 9th of April. Now the issue is Conestoga college is yet to acknowledge payment. I received a mail from them saying my acceptance has been closed because I didn't make initial payment. I sent them a mail earlier and only received an auto-generated e-mail. What can I do? Can someone please advise.

Yes some schools accept it. Mail them and let them know you are using Neco and you'd know if they do accept it.

Thank you

Hello my NL family,

Does anyone know if UK schools accept NECO as proof of English, all I can see here is WASSCE.

Thank you.

Alright. Thank you

Towotowo:
Your next step is to pay your deposit and request for CAS.

Then go for TB test for you and your family as you await CAS to be sent to you. Meanwhile you should have your Proof of funds which will show you have enough money for maintenance of 9months and the remainder of your tuition fee for 28days. You still must show that you have enough money for all your family member for 9months also

Dont forget that it is a must you go with your partner if you are going with kids at the same time.

Read more on page 1 to 3 of this thread for all details you need

My sister na each member of the dependents! I.e each must have their own £845/680*9 separately though might be in the same account.

Na wa ooo. Nairalanders that travel with their families, how do you guys do it?
Travel / Re: Uk Student Visa/tier 4 Pbs - Your Questions Answered Part 5 by honeycandy(f): 4:20pm On Jan 13, 2021
FOR DEPENDANTS
a. Spouses only: Marriage certificate.

b. Spouses and Children: Maintenance evidence: Bank statement showing £845 monthly * 9 months for within London or £680 monthly * 9 months for outside London. This must be in the account for at least 28 days; the end of the 28 days must not be older than 31 days before your application.

Hello all. As per the above, is the £845/680 per dependent or it doesn’t matter? Thank you

Use you email address for the organization's email address field. See the quote below from einsteino. It's a bit dated but worked when I did my ECA with WES

Thank you for responding. I’m not paying WES.im paying the school via the school’s verification portal
majamisile:

If I understand you correctly, you are trying to pay WES for verification, if that is the case then I must tell you there is no separate payment to WES for verification. If there is need to pay for verification it has to be to the school as I know some schools actually do charge verification fee.

Good evening everyone. I’m new here and I just started the process. Currently, WES has sent my certificate and transcripts to my school for verification. UNN . I’m currently trying to pay for verification, I keep getting a message that the organization’s email cannot be verified. Has anyone experienced this? Please assist. Thank you
