Chai. See how people are printing houses as if it is 10 naira per copy. Even the water issue in Enugu is not slowing them down. Pls what's the name of this beautiful area?

This is not a matter of African Mindset. Go back and look at the pictures clearly, you will see the distance between the houses and the roads is much. The land bought by the owners of the houses does not include those areas close to the main road so why exactly should they be the ones to plant the trees there? Even the inner streets don't have tarred roads. Do you expect the house owners to start planting trees in a tight untarred street?
As I said earlier, this is not a matter of African mentality because Onitsha GRA has tree-lined streets. The government must be directly involved in other parts of Onitsha because this is the main road we are talking about here.

Agreed.

Ndigbo dont worry. No condition is permanent. We have been through far worse and survived and surpassed.

This is just another laughable obstacle that we shall overcome.

Nigeria will never ever succeed in trying to hold us down or back.

Finally Any igbo person that is not currently developing Alaigbo need to take a serious look in the mirror.

You don’t go fix other peoples house when your home is not fixed yet.

you guys should stop forcing those those who don't want to be part of you .if the Anioma or ikwere man says he is not Igbo, let him be. you guys should stop claiming my Delta as Igbo state because of a few migrants

Who is forcing who. You keep making very generalized vague statements that has nothing to do with my original comments.

BTW majority of Aniomas have no identity crisis. They know that they are igbos.

Please don’t engage me again.

Urhobo, Isoko and maybe Okpe language looks similar but they are different ethnic groups. if an ikwere man says he is not Igbo you can't force him. I will call attaching yourself to people low self-esteem.

Me attaching to who? Low self esteem from me? STFU

After civil war

Ikwere: we are not igbos

Rest of Igbos: Stop lying. You are Igbos

Ikwerrre: No we are not. We migrated from bini.

Rest of Igbos: ok drop our language and culture and go and learn how to become a bini

Ikwerre: No we will just add extra letters to your language to make it less Igbo sounding.

Best form of mass housing, since we are not sure of power to install elevators

Hopefully when more dependable source of electricity comes, we can start building taller buildings. This is where Lagos beats us. It has better power sources.

The good part is that some of those houses are like commercial houses. From the pictures, one can see some new 3 storey buildings in between the duplexes. Those houses will help reduce housing deficiency in Enugu.

Yes I remember during Jonathan administration when NOI announced that Nigerian has a housing deficit of 17 million units. That’s a lot of housing that needs to be built.

I wish I had a chance to look at the place properly, there are so many new buildings in that axis, many tenants moving into the new houses. I will repeat that area. There are another two big estates hiding at the valley behind this pictures.

My brother I am still in shock with what I am seeing. Honesty I am doing a standing ovation for Ndigbo

Odiro Mfe.

I am very proud of our people. May God continue to bless them and provide you with more clients.
