Your prostitute mother that fuc.ks local pigs and dogs is more suited to that term. Leave Lugard out of it.

Not gonna disappoint. Typical Nigger-arean, when presented with the truth they become irrational and begin to insult.

Go and worry about your most extreme poverty stricken Nigger-areans and leave biafrans to handle their business.

True. And unfortunately, the Egbema in Rivers state are beginning to conjure the Moon to Bini to Igboland origin stories. cry

I hope this is not true because is will be very unfortunate to see them go that route.

Don't know if this is a good development or not.
I was hoping we could hold unto our Gas reserves until post Nigeria, when we can use it more efficiently and purposeful to power our own industrial revolution.

I feel the same way but the knowledge of the resources that we possess is not a secret to those in power. They already know. It’s just recently that the rest of Nigerians are beginning to catch up because of Nairaland and internet.

But those in power already knew this years ago.

you can't blame these people. It's just recently the whole thing started to make sendlse to me. The plan was to completely whittle down the power of igbos.

Yes Anambra is a Gas powerhouse and has the biggest untapped inland Gas field. I remember in 2003 when the report first came out.

After the civil war, They cut out the parts of Igboland with confirmed oil deposits and put in the south south. But they didn’t know that the parts that they left will later discover oil and very large quantities of Gas.

Give Rochas Okorocha his due and respect. All these projects started under his administration. As much as I disagree with somethings about him, I cannot take away his shine.

So let them work for Niger delta republic, provide logistic support when you can, and stop dragging them into Biafra.

As an Igbo, I want an only Igbo Biafra where Igbo language will be the ligua franca and language of instruction in schools. Where no lazy ethnic group will wake up one-day and start accusing Ndiigbo of domination. Worst still, I don't want another mini Nigeria, a heterogeneous entity full of ethnic groups united by common shared Igbophobia. That's exactly what Biafra with those Myriads of divergent ethnicities in SS will be.

Such country will have no bright future.

Amen!

You still don't understand that Kanu does not have our interest at heart. Anyone that uses Biafra as a strategy automatically become an Igbo freedom fighter. What does Nnamdi Kanu's attitude portray to your likes?
Today proudly Nigeria, support GEJ, support the fight against Boko Haram etc. And you wake up tomorrow and then
Tomorrow Biafra, kill Awusa and Yoruba baboon, No Election, No Referendum, Support Trump, Igbos are Jews, Middle belt is Biafra, support Shiites, Support Orji Kalu And you wake up next tomorrow and then.

Next tomorrow, Befriends FFK, Befriends Sowore, and who knows he may even befriend Tinubu he ask you guys to hate.
What does these tell you? It shows you a common trait of a typical politicians. Until we stop allowing charlatans use our sympathy for Biafra hoodwink us, we'll never have an headway politically.

I like Kanu and I have defended him so many times and have been called unprintable names.
I support him a lot on moral grounds because of his ability to speak truth to power.

But my patience is wearing thin. I am loosing patience because his refuses to stop involving south south in this IPOB movement.

I don’t wish him or the movement bad but 2020 is when I will make my final decision if I should withdraw the rest of my support for IPOB.

Ok tell us about Isaac Adaka Boro.

Wat happened there initially?

They declared the Niger Delta Republic on February 23, 1966 and fought with federal forces for twelve days before being defeated. Boro and his comrades were jailed for treason.

And what exactly is your point? I still don’t understand how that means we must have a Biafra that includes the south south (non igbos)?

Stop living in the past.
No Ibibio person is interested in your Biafra today. Whatever happened in the past is in the past, move on for once.

You know fully well that Ibibio are not interested in your Biafra, but lack of group esteem is worrying you guys.
How many sit at home orders have MASSOB and IPOB organized since 1999 to date? At least 20. Not for once did Ibibios observe one of them.
You have observers on ground, even NK refused to visit Ibibioland when he was in Nigeria. IPOB hierarchy are dishonest. They know fully well what the scores are but they choose to keep playing the ostrich, to what end?

Go to their(Ibibio) facebook pages and mention Biafra and see the insult and hostility you will receive.
Not one edifice or road is named after Effiong in Akwa ibom, they don't consider him a hero. Many even see him as a sellout.

It’s always good to have someone inject a dose of reality to discussions. You have accomplished that.

Biafra May not happen In our lifetime. Not because lack of support. Rather because of delusional and misguided igbos who are still waiting on south south to come with them.

The sooner we all realize that they have moved on and don’t want no business with us, the faster Biafra will come.

Open shop trading is not the future.
You can't possibly be trying to make a successful country out of petty trading.
I now understand why you lots are so persistent about seaports, all you think of is going to China to import cheap and low quality materials to come and sell. You think this is how you build a nation ?
I tire for una mata. Sooner than later, Ndiigbo would have to find alternative to petty trading all over Nigeria or........

Nwanna I need to buy you a drink for real. It makes me sad when I see very educated people think too little.

Igbos should be the China of Africa. We should be manufacturing everything. No excuses

Those still stuck on importation and petty trading for future of Ndigbo lack vision.

You see my point.

Those groups down south even hate you more than they hate Northerners. Go look at the presidential elections results in 1979 and 1983.
Those people all voted for Shagari and Awolowo and only less than 1% of votes came from that region for Zik.
This is a region that recently renamed a public edifice after Gowon. To put it in relative terms, it's akin to a group who worships Hitler, yet an Israeli wants to form a country with them.

You think they are daft( which by the way, I totally disagree) while they hate you guts, your culture, your mannerisms, everything about you. Your demon is their hero and your hero is their demon. Have sat down with these people to discuss about their opinions about Ojukwu ?

See I don't know what you guys smoke at IPOB , but I would advise you leave Ndiigbo out of it.

@ the bolded

So true. We make the mistake of focusing on igbophobia from the yorubas that we tend to ignore the strong and potent ones brewing in our own backyard.

What seaport problem? Pay the going rate and use the ports like we are already doing.
Slowly work to acquire the technology and might to negotiate a river port access in the nearest future. Play your diplomacy politics very well.
What is wrong with you lots?

Current UN laws of the sea and waterways already gives us access. It will be a very easy case to win at the ICC if Nigeria tries nonsense.

IPOB is not an Igbo organization. The earlier many of you understand this, the better for us. There is nothing Igbo about it, religiously, culturally and otherwise. It is an alien to our way of life. Ndigbo must begin to sit up politically and fight for what is ours. Some people understands our emotional attachment to Biafra and they use that to get at us. We must begin to use our head and not our hearts.
IPOB intends to destroy everything about us, our leaders, our religious leaders and all those who stands in their way. There is nothing like supreme leader in Igbo culture.

I don’t care about the cultural aspect of IPOB. I care more about their membership which is 99% igbo.

Besides every organization needs a leader. Whatever they choose to call their leader is their business. I know I will personally never address Nnamdi Kanu as supreme leader. I will only add Mazi to his name. Thats it.

If need be, yes!
Access to sea is a challenge, not the sole determinant of what makes a nation successful or a failure. Somali is a failed country yet has the longest coastline in Africa. Rwanda is landlocked and a progressive country.

You lots should stop this your medieval mentality.
Nations exist to solve and overcome their challenges. If sea access is the only major natural challenge Igbo nation will have, then we have no reason not to surmount it and became successful. Japan sits on an earthquake zone and suffers millions of losses to earthquakes on yearly basis, yet they persevere.

This unity begging should end this 2019, you lots should have group dignity and stop disgracing Ndiigbo.
You have been told and have indeed seen (even though you decided to play ostrich) that those groups down there don't think any better of us than those in SW or North you lots seem to always point fingers at .

Move , Igboland has enough for Ndiigbo to become at least a successful second world country. We have an unrivaled humanity resources as far as Africa is concerned, work more on harnessing this by getting everyone one on board, and stop your disgraceful unity begging.

Even if it only the south east that leaves, we still have access to international waters and can build a massive port in Obuaku, Abia state.

The channel to the Atlantic from the southern tip of Abia state is less then 30 nautical miles. It’s actually closer to the sea than port harcourt.

International laws is on our side so we can freely access the sea through the river channel.

Even the south East is not land locked

IPOB is not an Igbo organisation, it is a Biafra Organisation.

The Igbos in the SS are part and parcel of that region, u cannot gain them and leave the SS.

I repeat, Part and parcel means they go together.

If u have ever heard the Obi of Onitsha speak, u will know wat i mean.

IPOB is 360 and have weighed up all possible scenario to know the best option.

Mmadu ana, agba oso hapuu ike ya

Onye na agba ike ya soo...

The reality is that IPOB is an Igbo organization. Saying otherwise is living in denial.

Just because you wish for something to be a certain way doesn’t automatically make it that way.

How do we access the Sea?

Igbos in the south south are automatically coming with the rest of us in the Igbo only Biafra UNLESS that particular clan in the south south decides to stay back.

In that case, you cannot force them.

Every south south igbo are coming by Default. They have to actively reject the coalition.

This message is the bitter truth Ndiigbo must swallow.
It's bitter, but it will heal us and make us whole again.
Running away from it will only lead us to more harm.

Funny thing is that in the end, Ndiigbo will have to come to this realization, because we have no other option if we intend to make progress.
I'm only livid that Ipob and their ilks are wasting our time with their ostrich play.

Don’t worry. They will learn it by force. Ndigbo can be very stubborn people.

That entity called SE/SS is the biggest scam ever known to man. How many times will they tell you people that there is no difference between SS tribes and other tribes in Nigeria? Stop this naivety please. There may be Igbos (who deny their identity at will even) but nothing brings Nigeria into unity than Igbo hatred .
You even said SS will be reluctant initially? Why are you going into partnership with someone who doesn't trust you ? That means Igbos will be forced to keep convincing them or petting them into maintaining ties. Doesn't that reek of slavery to you ? It's not that they don't trust you see, they simply hate you.

Everything we need to do should be limited to Igboland please. We can do it. Yes we can

I have nothing else to add.

An Igbo only Biafra is where I stand. Anything else, I will instantly lose interest.

Nnamdi Kanu will soon learn the hard way since he is too stubborn to understand this.

Thank you for this revealing and educational discussion.

Also, thank you for standing on the truth about the true state of Nigeria.

It’s sad to see grown men and women with thinking faculty always playing ostrich when it comes to Nigerian Affairs.

They also say that one seed of truth can destroy mountains of lies.
