Christianity Etc › Re: 101 Contradictions In The Bible by Horus(m): 10:01am On Mar 29, 2007
Fallible Bible
Zero errors

. . In 2 Samuel 10:18 and 1 Chronicles 19:18, like many bible quotes, the zero was lost. According to 2 Samuel 10:18 David slew 700 chariots and 40,000 horsemen. Yet 1 Chronicles 19:18 says that David slew 7,000 chariots and 40,000 footmen. (Refer to 360 Questions to Ask a Hebrew Israelite Part 4, and Is There A God? Parts 1 & 2.)

Which one is correct? Neither, because there were no numbers in the original Hebrew bible. They used the first ten letters and the sifr, which is the zero (0) that was invented by the Arabs. (Refer to 360 Questions to Ask a Sunni Moslem Part 1.) It came from the Ashuric/Syraic (Arabic) word safara meaning “nothing to be nothing” or sifr “to be empty,” from which you see comes the word cipher. So, there are many mathematical mistakes in the bible with quantities and dates, because it had to be adjusted to someone else’s system. Now, if you look up the word math you will see that it simply means – “science, to learn.”

This just goes to show you that the stories of your bible are not accurate and have been revised, re-revised, re-edited, rewritten and rearranged so that you wouldn’t receive an accurate account of the original story. They played “telephone man” with the story being passed down through so many people.

Very rare pictures of slaves

Nubians (Africans) weren’t brought right here to this country (America). They were first dropped off in the West Indian islands, in the Caribbean. Why? This was the breaking in grounds. They would break them down there. When they broke them, then they would bring the ones whose spirit had been broken on to the hells of America.
They had all kinds of tactics for breaking them in. They bred fear into them. It is written in one book how the slave maker (kidnapper) used to take a pregnant Nubian (African) woman and make here watch as her man would be tortured and put to death. Some of those slave makers had trees that they planted in positions where they would bend them and tie them, then tie the head of a Nubian (African) man to one, his hand to the other and his legs to two more, then he’d cut the rope. When he cut the rope, that tree would snap him up into four different parts. That’s why when you get in front of the caucasians, you start to scratch, you start grinning, and you don’t know why, it was bred into you.

Jesus and Offerings

Jesus never took from his congregation. He never passed around a basket or tray to receive pledges and donations at the end of each sermon. He never asked for a payment. Nor did he ever tell his disciples to accept money for their assistance as found in Matthew 10:8-10:

Matthew 10:8-10:
“Heal the sick, cleanse the lepers, raise the dead, cast out devils: freely ye have received, freely give. Provide neither gold, nor silver, nor brass in your purses, nor scrip for your journey, neither two coats, neither shoes, nor yet staves: for the workman is worthy of his meat.”

Receiving The Holy Ghost
Pentecostalists claim that when the Holy Spirit comes to you, you speaking in tongues, or Glossolalia. Glossolalia comes from the Greek word Glossa and it literally means, "tongue."
They claim the "lord" is passing a message through them. I have no qualms with this, if the Holy Spirit is truly bestowed upon them. One may be blessed with the divine gift of speaking in tongues (languages). Yet, Pentecostalists don't speak in other tongues. Instead, they fall out on the floor and start babbling and muttering, while moaning and talking undecipherable mumbo-jumbo.

Our friend, the cat

The cat, from the Carnivora order, is an outstanding meat eater. They are excellently designed for capturing and killing live prey. Cats are intelligent, alert and powerfully muscled. They are known to be quite finicky having an “air of sophistication” about them and are independent.

The domesticated cat (Felis domesticus) was first domesticated in ancient Kemet, Egypt. They were essential in keeping the Egyptian storehouses free of pesky rodents. The Egyptians also worshipped a cat-headed deity called Sekhmet, also worshipped by the ancient Greeks and Romans . . .

What could God do with this stuff?

He told the Children of Israel to put them into heaps (2 Chronicles 31:5-6), and that they would be stored in a treasure house (Nehemiah 10:38).

Why does he, the creator of the fruit—flock and everything else, want this stuff (Genesis 1)?

Why put it in a “treasure house” to rot when it could be used to feed the millions of hungry people in the world?

Church leaders accept tithes in the name of God. They'll say “God needs your help building the church, ” What does god need with a multi-million dollar church? Nothing. These are the same so-called church leaders that you'll find riding in fancy cars, eating the best foods, living in expensive homes and living the life of wealthy people while their followers scrape and struggle to do “God's will” by tithing.

These so-called leaders will lead congregations in the worse of the worse neighborhoods and on their way to church to preach on Sundays or Saturdays or whatever day they declare to be the Sabbath. They will step over the homeless or the less fortunate.

Christianity Etc › Re: What Did You Learn At Church Today? by Horus(m):
If God went to sleep on the seventh day and Christ is worshipped on Sunday then who are they (Sunday churchgoers) praying to? Because God is sleeping, unless you are trying to wake him up and serve him on his day of sleeping . . . God worked a whole six days and now on Sunday morning he’s laying in his bed. This is how he makes this sound.

. . . God is sitting in his chair, or laying in his bed he goes to sleep on Sunday morning, and you go to church on Sunday morning and go, “oh God, oh God, oh God.” Then you’re wondering why your prayers are not being answered. The reason why your prayers are not being answered is quite simple; because God sleeps on Sunday. You have to change the day – try Wednesday when God is up working. Have you ever tried to disturb your mother and father when they were working (or sleeping)?

You don’t thank God for health and the gifts that you have. You’re in church on Sunday begging for more stuff.

Do Condoms Safeguard?

It is always claimed that "if you wear a condom you cannot catch AIDS." That just is not true. They say this so you can go out, become sexually promiscuous, and die, better yet spread the disease and kill more people.
Condoms have a high rate of failure protecting and individual from AIDS because of the breakage and leaks. The virus is so small (0.7 microns2) it can pass through the tiny hole (1.7 microns2) in condoms.

Theocracies                                                                                              Christianity is the broad term applied to the doctrines and values which its adherents claim to have originated from pagan sources, and which have been propagated ever since it was first organized in the year 300 AD in Rome. It has always been a great influence on the lives of millions of people all over the world.

Politics as defined in Webster’s New World Dictionary as: factional scheming within a group.

What, you may ask, does politics have to do with Christianity? If you closely examine its history and heroes, you will find facts saying that this fabricated religion is nothing but politics. It has been the vehicle that enables the evil one (Azazl) to pursue and reach his political aims. The proof is that everywhere the doctrine of Christianity has been propagated, its recipients became the subjects of that nation which sponsored the teachers. From that point onward, every facet of their lives was governed by and according to the whims of that nation.

Christianity Etc › Re: Is The Homosexual Lifestyle A Sin And If A Person Wants To Change, Can They? by Horus(m): 7:55pm On Mar 26, 2007
https://factology.com/fagfear.gif

A man should not be intimidated by a homosexual. By that I mean, those people who set out to preach “fire and brimstone,” the beating and harassing of homosexuals and lesbians, in most cases are people that fear for a dormant personality that might come forth from themselves. If you are sure about your manhood or womanhood, then you should have no fear of socializing or befriending a person with different sexual preferences than you. The very fear is a confession that if you were to socialize with a homosexual or lesbian you’re afraid you might become a homosexual or a lesbian. I don’t care whether you’re a Reverend this or Pastor that, or Imam this or Sheik that or even a Rabbi. All of these people go home to loved ones and have classified their sexual activity lawful, righteous, upright and pure. Anyone who does not follow their personal instructions sexually, is a pervert or a freak or whatever other name they can come up with. When in actuality, the strictness that the Muslim has in sex restricts them to one position and for one reason - reproduction. However, when it comes to the Jewish population you’ll find it very strange if you do any research that they have sexual intercourse through a sheet, never looking at their partner. Then Christians accept everything in sexual activity except homosexuality and lesbianism, which all of the above call sodomy. They have given the word their meaning when in actuality the word simply means, “burning” and has nothing to do with burning people for sexual practices. Nowhere in the bible does it tell them who named the city Sodom or who it was named after. If you were to read these books, SEX AND THE BIBLE by Gerald Laure and The X-RATED BIBLE by Ben Edward Akerly, you would be amazed at some of the things that the Prophets did in the bible. If it were today, they would be put in jail for indecent exposure or rape. Then if you read the Talmud of the Jews, you’d find that it condones sex with little boys. If you studied the history of Islam you’d find the Prophet Muhammad took a wife named 'Aisha, the daughter of Abu Baker. When she was only 9 years old and he consummated that marriage, which means had sex with her when she was only 11 years old and he was age 50. So if you look at the people in the religious world today, we’re talking about the Jews of the Torah, the Christians of the New Testament, and the Muslims of the Koran. These people have skeletons in their closets. I mean skeletons the size of dinosaur bones. Yet they, the religious people set out to breed violence and segregation against a group of human beings with a different sexual preference.

Valentine ?

Valentine is the name of a Roman Christian priest who was beheaded during the reign of Claudius II for secretly marrying young couples without Claudius’ permission. The devil has cleverly disguised the evil symbols of Valentine’s Day, such as: the arrow (death by execution), Cupid (Cheribum—bad angelic beings), red hearts (hearts of innocent men were cut out in Rome), chocolate candy (the blood of young men who were castrated and left to die).

Matter-of-fact heaven and hell

Liberty, justice, and equality are ingredients – and forces of rightness that make up heaven. No one wants to rest all the time, it would tire just as would constant work. Hence, heaven is not a place of constant rest; heaven is reasonable rest and reasonable work plus the responsibilities for well being and happiness.

Heaven and hell are right here on planet Earth in the person of fleshy people. Heaven and hell are states of condition; whatever condition you find yourself in at any place or time is your heaven and/or hell.

Easter: the hand-me-down myth

The truth is that those so-called wise and prudent theologians know absolutely nothing about the so-called resurrection simply because it never happened. Easter, or the celebration of the resurrection, is merely a tradition, a tradition that you have been taught from childhood, and coming into maturity you have accepted it because that is what you were taught. That is what you read bout. That is what your parents made you observed every Easter Sunday. Thus, you continued to go along with it and before you knew it, you had carelessly assumed what you now believe without question or proof. Easter is the feast of feasts celebrated in honor of the risen Christ. You have even reached the point where you will defend vigorously and emotionally your belief, a belief that can lead you straight to hell.

It has become human nature to flow with the stream, and to go along with the crowd, to believe and perform like those around you. And, even when you stumble on the truth, you will not believe because like the majority of the people, you stubbornly refuse to believe what you are unwilling to believe. There is an old saying that says:

He who is convinced against his will is of the same opinion still.

Earth to Heaven
How far's the trip?

Christians claim that heaven is further than the furthest star, and that is where Jesus went with his father to prepare a place for you, right. Remember, John 14:2 “In my father's house are many mansions, I go to prepare a place for you.” However, if you look at the possibility of Jesus coming back from a scientific point of view, the furthest star away from Earth is billions of light years away. Therefore, in actuality, Jesus still didn't get to heaven. There's no way he could be on his way back.

Mormon Church Racialism

It’s sad how the Mormons who were founded by a man named Joseph Fielding Smith (1805-1844 AD), and now refer to themselves as The Church of Latter Day Saints, have actually succeeded in deceiving many Africans (Moors)(Negroes) into joining their congregation without telling them the root and seed of racism in their doctrine. According to them, the only black person in Mormon Heaven is the faithful servant of Joseph Smith – Abel Burns; and Moors can become Mormons, but not priests and neither can they enter Mormon Heaven, how racist. As a matter of fact, when Mr. Abel’s nephew – Eugene Burns passed on, a Mormon patriarch, even repeated the Mormon belief, that he, being a Moor will not be able to enter Mormon Heaven. This racist thinking is not found anywhere in any of the ancient tablets. Not withstanding, Africans (Moors)are ignorant as to how they ever came up with the curse of Ham being black people. In light of what the bible says about the curse of Canaan, describing white spots in the skin (Leviticus 13:38) which the Jehovah’s Witness claim in their books, and I quote from them, page 407 of Did Man Get Here By Creation Or Evolution?, “Black race from Cush, not due to curse of Canaan, whose descendants were white.”

Christianity Etc › Re: The Sabbath -What day is this? by Horus(m): 11:46am On Mar 26, 2007
Gods’ ritual (not yours), the sabbath

When you read in the Torah, the Book of Genesis 2:2, it says:

And on the seventh day God ended his work which he had made; and he rested on the seventh day from all his work which he had made.

However, what they don’t tell you in your translation is that the word rested is
shabat which means desisted and that it was God’s (Eloheem, known as Gods) that kept the Sabbath. It was God’s ritual. In verse 3 it says (in part):

And God (Eloheem) blessed the seventh day, and sanctified it . . .

The word used in the Hebrew is qadash or kodesh meaning “holy.” It (Genesis 2:3) continues:

. . . because that in it he had rested (shabat) from all his work which God (Eloheem) created and made.

As you can see the Sabbath was not established for man as religion as you believe, but it was Gods’ (Eloheem) personal holiday. Man stole it to make it a part of his religion.

People hold on to religion, like a crutch because they can't make it any other way. With religion you stop being responsible for your own actions and blame someone else like God when it's something you like and the Devil when it's something you don't like.
Christianity Etc › Re: Jesus Wasn't Born On Christmas Day by Horus(m):
Jesus Was Born In The Summer

Sadly, most modern day Christians think that Jesus was born on December 25, a date established by Pope Clement VII (1478-1534 A.D.), a Roman Emperor. He became Pope in November of 1523-1534. With that, it became believable that Jesus was born on December 25, a winter month. But the mere fact that the shepherds were outdoors in the fields tending their flocks, which they only did in the summer months, Jesus son of Mary was in fact, based on the scriptures of Luke 2:8 born in the summer. In Jerusalem during the month of December, it is very cold, and there is no way this child could be born in the cold.

During the high point of the summer solstice between June 23 through the highest point being June 26, when the sheep would be brazing in the field, is when Jesus son of Mary was born.

Luke 2:8 “And there were in the same country shepherds abiding in the field, keeping watch over their flock by night.”
Luke 2:12 “And this shall be a sign unto you; Ye shall find the babe wrapped in swaddling clothes, lying in a manger.”
Luke 2:15 “And it came to pass, as the angels were gone away from them into heaven, the shepherds said one to another, Let us now go even unto Bethlehem, and see this thing which is come to pass, which the Lord hath made known unto us.”
So, this quote refers to Jesus as a babe and the Greek word being used here in the Bible is brephos for newborn or infant. So, as you just read, this proves that the baby Jesus was born during the summer, in the year 7 A.D. based on the death of Herod.
