PoliticsRe: GEJ Crying At The Crash Site - Picture by hotshotpeter(m): 2:38pm On Jun 23, 2012
jude33084: shocked

GEJ was crying because he knew that the fault was his wife.
The plane could not make an emergency landing because the airport was closed due to GEJ wife in lagos for 2hrs :O

Read this;
I just received this -
"Is there any way of getting confirmation about news I'm just getting that the Dana plane was distressed for a while but could not make an emergency landing because the airspace was closed for 2 hours for the Presidential Jet carrying Dame Patience Goodluck Jonathan.
Private jet owners who had to hover in the air same time leaked this. This was apparently the reason local news didn't report the crash for so long till CNN and foreign news stations started reporting it.
Local news was 'blacked out' trying to kill the story of the airspace being closed while a distressed plane couldn't land.
It would be shocking if so. Though there was engine failure there was still time for the plane to have landed apparently.
You do know anyway that the airspace is closed for up to 2hours each time the Presidential Jet needs to go into the air?
2 hours for a 15minute take off or landing!

And this jet is used by President, VP, President's wife and if I recall David Mark.
It's almost a daily occurrence I've been told by airline staff when it caught me out on a trip
The truth remains that the President's wife was actually in Lagos to attend the christening of their personal assistant's child at the Oriental hotel, Lekki. Anyone living on the Lekki axis saw first hand the horrendous traffic caused by the president's wife's visit..and confirmed reports from airport staff who volunteered information, collaborated this fact, that the Lagos airport was actually shut for 2 hours, about the same time the ill fated Dana Plane crashed. This also strongly explains the reason why Aero contractor airplane could not depart Abuja for Lagos at 3:40pm because of the closure of the Lagos airport. This is criminal and one can only imagine the deep sorrow ad-in finitum (without limit) that the families of these unfortunate Nigerians and other nationals are currently plagued into. Grief that is so thick in the air, that one can cut through with a knife...rooted soul searching.

3 other airlines comfirm this.
Its baffling the amount of bullsh*t we are willing to believe simply because we hate someone. Pls check your facts before posting next time.
The first lady was at a function AT THE TIME OF THE CRASH! So unless she can bilocate i don't see how possible it is for her to be at the function WITH SEVERAL WITNESSES and at the same time be in the plane.
I'm not impressed by some things GEJ does but i never let my emotions prevail over facts and reason. DO THE SAME DUDE
PoliticsRe: GEJ Crying At The Crash Site - Picture by hotshotpeter(m): 2:14pm On Jun 05, 2012
I am baffled at how stupidly ignorant some people can be. This thing we call common sense no common @ all!

1. GEJ is a human being
2. A NORMAL human being cries when he/she sees things like this
3. WTF is wrong with GEJ crying if he is human?

Isn't he better than those idiots who, instead of helping out, took pictures of themselves posing in front of the carnage?
PoliticsRe: SNG Rejects How UNILAG Was Named After MKO Abiola by hotshotpeter(m): 11:20am On May 30, 2012
I am tired of SNGs incessant complaints. While I appreciate the need for an opposition voice I would respect them more if they were finding solutions to the nations problems.
About the change of name i woukd like to ask what the big deal is? OAU, NAU and ABU have they crumbled? UNILAG students are just obsessed with vanity. Most of the students i interviewed said their only beef with the govt was that the name lacked SWAG. SWAG for chrissakes! Talk about vanity

PoliticsRe: Democracy Day: Jonathan’s First Year Report - Leadership by hotshotpeter(m): 11:21am On May 29, 2012
I read lines and lines and lines AND MORE LINES of blame but I couldn't find any line blaming we Nigerians.
What have we as individuals done for our country? It seems the only thing we are particularly good at is complaining! So far what good has our complaints done?
We are always blaming govt of corruption but the fact remains that we ourselves are corrupt in our own little ways. If you've thrown a pure water sachet on the ground don't argue this point with me.

I personally feel that the state of the country is a MESS, however, i have given up complaining and have decided to do something about it. What about you?
Foreign AffairsRe: Jewish Hatred on Blacks - Perhaps Hitler Was Right Afterall???? by hotshotpeter(m): 11:15pm On May 28, 2012
c.fours:
the question is why do we blacks continue to worship whites?

we are always trying to deport ghanaians and SA in our country when they mistreat us.
but oyinbo mistreat us in their countries all the time, and we never take any measures to deport them. in fact, we compete amongst ourselves over the right to kiss their feet grin
Correction... we don't compete over the right to kiss their feet... WE COMPETE OVER THE RIGHT TO KISS THEIR ASSES grin
Foreign AffairsRe: Jewish Hatred on Blacks - Perhaps Hitler Was Right Afterall???? by hotshotpeter(m): 11:48pm On May 25, 2012
Oh so you think hitler was right? Do you know how much he hated blacks? By now you and I would have been in chains calling one small German boy 'master'.

I'm dumb-founded by this wickedness displayed by the Jews. But as always, my solution is the same thing "COME BACK AND DEVELOP YOUR COUNTRY"
PoliticsRe: The West Selfish For Refusing Okonjo-iweala World Bank Presidency - Mugabe by hotshotpeter(m): 11:33pm On May 25, 2012
I agree that the US should protect their interest in the world bank.
However, what I don't agree with is the charade and their hypocrisy. If you have every intention of putting your own candidate at the helm why did you even bother pretending that their would be an election?
And it is the same US that will call for free and FAIR elections. In the words of my friend, 'Bluudy hypocrites'
PoliticsRe: Driver Sent To Prison For Blocking Fashola’s Convoy by hotshotpeter(m): 7:40pm On May 24, 2012
Why can't some people be objective in their reasoning?
Okay let us do it like this:
Was he wrong in obstructing traffic? Yes or No
Was it a crime? Yes or No
Was he prosecuted according to law? Yes or No
If your answer to all these questions is "Yes" then why in God's name are we blaming Fashola for doing the right thing? NAIJA!!!
PoliticsRe: Nigerian Citizens Lack The Locus Standi To Challenge Their Leaders Corruption by hotshotpeter(m): 11:55am On May 24, 2012
Beaf!:
What the hell is Locus Standi?
lawyers liars and their deceptive words.

How about occupying their a$$es, do we lack that too?.
When the Judge says that Falana lacks Locus Standi what he/she is saying is that he does not have the right to bring that case before the court. Which is just a bullsh*t way of saying, "back off man, let them enjoy their fat pay-cheques." RUBBISH!

PoliticsRe: Will You Vote Buhari And Fashola For President And Vice? by hotshotpeter(op): 6:45pm On May 22, 2012
DivideUs: buhari is not running, all you hear is the papers twisting words, the idea is to form a party, buhari becomes party chairman (bot i think) fashola runs for the seat of president and maybe elrufai as VP. the problem is alot of people dont want elrufai so they are working on who to choose. if it were up to me it will be a fashola/rochas ticket.
Actually Buhari said he will contest if his party organizes themselves properly.

And i don't think they will accept Rochas, the rest of Nigeria is not going to be comfortable with an Igbo man in office. Honest truth.
PoliticsRe: Electricity Consumers To Get Free Prepaid Meters by hotshotpeter(m): 6:39pm On May 22, 2012
Will people please stop calling the metres free! That same NERC said that the cost of the metres will be added to our bill.
Talking about electricity, I hope you guys know they want to remove the subsidy on electricity, so be expecting another increase.
PoliticsWill You Vote Buhari And Fashola For President And Vice? by hotshotpeter(op): 9:08pm On May 21, 2012
CPC and ACN have been having discussions. As it turns out they are planning to depose PDP from the Presidency come 2015 by bringing out one candidate each from their party. These two candidates will run for President and Vice. They have suggested that they will pair them like this: Buhari and Tinubu, Ribadu and Fashola. The former will be President while the latter will be Vice. As in Buhari for President while Tinubu will run as his Vice. Someone just suggested Buhari and Fashola, what do you think?

PoliticsRe: President Jonathan's Speech At Enugu Is Treasonable by hotshotpeter(m): 12:47pm On May 20, 2012
The president's speech is not legally treasonous neither is it wrong. We all the know the truth, there is no need to lie to ourselves, the Northern and Southern Protectorates should never have been joined together. The North and South have nothing in common.

I just read today that Jega was nearly stoned to death by his fellow Northerners simply because he did not enforce Buhari on Nigerians, see the kind of ppl we are living with?
PoliticsRe: Britain Threatens Nigeria by hotshotpeter(op): 12:35pm On May 20, 2012
dasparrow: If Nigerians would stop buying their tickets and patronizing them, we won't even be having this debate. Nigerians are willing to pay the unfair ticket prices so let them. The minute Nigerians stop patronizing british airways, no one will remind them to lower their fares. The power lies in the hand of the consumer which is of course the Nigerian traveller.
Its true sha. I put this same post at a foreign forum and you should have seen the insult they gave Nigeria! Chai! We don suffer

PoliticsBritain Threatens Nigeria by hotshotpeter(op): 3:38pm On May 19, 2012
A diplomatic quarrel is brewing between Nigeria and Britain. In a recent development, Nigeria gave foreign airlines a deadline to streamline fares, failure to do this and the airline will be banned. Fares in Nigeria and fares in other neighbouring countries are so different its ridiculous.

Reacting to this deadline, Britain has said that any moves to ban their airlines will be met with retaliations. According to Britain, the result of any such ban on her airlines will result in "a heavy handed action that would be catastrophic." (Who Them Dey Threaten?)

Also brewing is Britains inability (or refusal) to grant Nigerian Airline, Arik, landing slots in her airports. They are willing to refuse our airlines landing slots but are unwilling to reduce their fares? Sounds unfair
