many of our youth coaches are more concerned wit how much they will part wit from the deals of these young ones than really discovering and managing talents...with few exceptions though...
players of this kind above won't grease their palms as they will be no deal to get invoved in
reason why I want finidi for the cadet coach job....he wants the job not because of money but because he wanna build a coaching career...
I see him as one wit great ambition to coach a European club someday....

I remember in one of the reports...
last year insurance of Benin travelled to ibadan same day they have a match to play by 3pm...they arrived just an 1 hour before the match...and they were so lucky to be walloped 3 nil...
Adams paid lip service to restructure the state club by setting up a committee of which late amodu and others like equavon were members but still nothing was done....
the club has since gone to oblivion.

and for the nff....I think theyre to be blame here....edo state have no business hosting national football matches....
even kaduna would have been better

Do you Wana bet on that. He'd play but he WILL NOT start. Zapacosta is a thoroughly good player. He defends better but on the attacking front, they're almost same. Hence he'd get the nod ahead of Moses. I just pray Zapacosta loses form along the way. This is the first real competition Moses has had and he doesn't respond very good to competitions ranging from Liverpool to WestHam.

Whether they get relegated or not I know Mikel will leave soon. Reason for Chinese Is just to get playing time and I don't think he want lowly rated clubs in Europe majorly cos of his wages... Now that is getting fit... He Might leave January... Ligue 1 might suit him

An Employee makes a MISTAKE. He comes to me asking for my help.
The only thing is, I am not his direct Manager. He said if his manager knows about this, she will make a big issue and will use it to give him a poor rating.
This puts me in a really sticky situation. He is not on my team but he is a very hardworking employee. He just isn’t a ‘Kiss Up’ as his manager wants him to be.
So I go on the system, use my authorization and simple as that, the mistake is corrected. Nobody knows. It ends there. He was very happy.
Later on, two of my employees were absent (sick) and he volunteered to stay back to help my remaining team meet a tight deadline.
What baffles me is how some managers never get this:
* If you go to the moon and back for employees, they will do the same for you.
* If you want loyalty from employees, you must first give it.
* You can’t expect loyalty from employees if you keep throwing them under the bus
It’s reassuring to have a manager who’s got your back.

Thank you Jare . Nigeria is er expensive to live if you want to live a standard life . Anytime I'm in Nigeria my fuel Bill alone for a week is almost 30k if not more by the time you add Generator etc that's near 100k a month . Food nor dey Ooh . I always say if you ate young and have access to remove frm 9ja nor think am twice or else the witches go spy your destiny . I made that decision long ago and I thank GOD.

how the shores of Europe have helped so many in my family....simply doing a legitimate job...over there with no shame keeps you comfortable even though you might not be that rich...but you will live fine and can afford the basic necessities of life
