North Africans have been bossing the entire continent but what does that have to do with the prize of tea in China? I though u were about to say something serious sef.
not something serious you call it...
when you said lobi stars can beat any team in the continent presently.

you were carried away with the fluke victory yesterday....

Na so o. Even that era when Enyimba won CAF champions league back to back they didn't win a single game in North Africa. They lost 6-1 to Ismaili in the group stage of the 2003 edition beat them 4-2 in the reverse fixture. And in the final won 2-0 in Aba before losing 1-0 at Ismail.
In 2004 semis they drew 0-0 and 1-1 against Esparance, qualified on away goals rule and in the final lost 1-2 away to Etoile Du Sahel before beating them 2-1 in Abuja and won via penalties.

Enyimba never beat any North African team away sad
I remember sir...even tho I was still in junior secondary school then....
I think what obtainable in the league have gone influence these players psychologically....fhat even when it is possible for them to win an away match... they will rather draw.

My brother na the thing o. Our clubs have terrible Away form. Even in the NPFL they hardly record away wins.
that mentality sometimes scare me whenever there is cry to litter the super eagles with home based players...

because with that mentality super eagles will swiftly loose away to countries like Eritrea.

the painful thing is that...our clubs shiver whenever they're paired with north Africa clubs.... some even loose @ home...to these clubs.
had it been you ask my prediction yesterday prior that match...I would have given it to lobi stars...
it was not surprise to me when they won...yesterday.
would have been so surprised...had it been their opponent was an Egyptian, Tunisia or a Morocco club side.

I watched both matches and you're right they were exciting but that was because of what was at stake and them being on the edge both times but let's be honest they could barely keep the ball on the ground in those matches, there were no quick interchange of passes and most importantly the quality of their oppositions can't be compared to the sundowns. The quality on ground was much better. Lobi looked like a team that could beat any team in the continent at the moment. Remember that they did this without their best player in Sikiru Alimi.

BTW I hope you saw Sunday Adetunji balling today? He is finally getting back to his old form again
Lol....you 've started again...
wait until they play a north Africa team before you spew that fallacy.

we all know how north Africa teams have been bossin Nigeria clubs...

please oga tell me something else

This is the right thing to do but at the wrong time
We have the u17,u20 and senior team afcon at hand, what about the beach soccer and women's world cup preparation, all this will be affected by all this drama,
This is a wrong timing and if our national teams fail to perform in this various tournaments, then we all know who to blame... Stupid government doing the right thing at the wrong time.
the sport minister is behind this....just to discredit pinnick.

for the first time we have a world cup outing that was not marred by financial difficulties...
also these present crop of football administrators at the glass house happen to be the best after a long while...with many of them fisted with fifa and caf jobs....
and here dalung who is corruption I
himself... wanna rubbish them.

keep quiet.

sometimes you've got to learn that not every one the police arrest is a criminal...sometimes innocent people can be harassed.
you believe politicians too much.

I wouldn't know because you didn't tell me. However what he said word for word...first of all he pointed out that the hotels there aren't any better than the ones we have in major cities in the country, that I can remember vividly. But conclusively he said that Egypt is no better than Nigeria. If that means we are on par or we are better than them depends on how you explain it
I take side with you...
we can host these tourney and it won't be a disaster...
my only fear is corruption and mass looting on the part of political office holders...

you know how many billions were budgeted and used for stadium renovation prior the under 17 world cup we hosted...and the EFCC and ICPC raid afterwards

even back in the university...I remember my school UNIBEN hosted NUGA at a time...and afterwards there was ICPC raid of the school management...
3 Billion we had the management received for that tourney...but there was no trace to it proper usage...

recently I saw Covenant University football pitch.

bro that pitch is way better than many football stadia we currently have in Nigeria...and to know that the Management built it with just 500M naira speaks volume...
the stadia looks like one of the English stadia I see on TV...not a bad one @all.

but to build such or renovate same in Ben public sector.. will take billions and they won't be trace of good work done

I'm currently in my 5th year in the university.. Lol

Its good to have them back.

I had the opportunity of watching a few of their matches as they have been using my school's sports complex.

Congratulations to them, even though they were always coming to displace us from our field because training.
At least it wasn't for nothing grin
so you school in uniben?
they sometimes use FGGC filed too...

I was in junior secondary school then when they got relegated.
it pains me to my bone....
I think oshomhole tenure did even more harm... Mr. ebewele and co were sidelined from From scheme of things and even a two factional board emerged.

I will be so happy to have them back in the npl.
I so much love them...then...

female empowerment. in my office they hire equal number of males and females. the females never date the males cos they know ur salary. the males marry nysc or fresh grad mostly cos they can control them. then the females are looking for men above their levels which other women are doing too. so they reach 31, with a car and 8m in account looking for males better than them. last last some go marry dem driver at 35.
this is very true.... my former colleagues never give us guys the respect we deserve because they know our salaries.... and many of them are still very single and even above 30...

God forbid the bolded. Vicmo is no role model. Imagine Chukwueze learning how to pick games to play for Nigeria, from Vicmo, or Iwobi and Ndidi learning how to feign injuries to skip Eagles matches in favour of their club careers from him.

The excuse is dumb.
I have a lady friend who I have never seen angry for once. On one occasion, another lady pushed her to the ground either accidentally or not. Instead of them lady to apologize, she was claiming right. I started scolding the lady that pushed her and even some people that saw what happened joined. But my friend didn't even look perturbed, she rather went to the lady and apologized.

I had to shut up when I saw what she did.
I later asked her why and she told me that this life is too short to give in to anger.
Maybe her name is leading her cos she answers *SIMI*
please can you link me to her...
I will love to know her and possibly marry her...
I am serious please
