In this book, you will discover that Russia stinks to high heaven . Also, according to the author, despite the rot, they have an amazing ability to keep record and data. Even data on road traffic are meticulously kept.

You will find it very interesting. I have the hardcopy though.

Yes the cost will be high, but eventually cheaper gas will be obtained by building new infrastructure and forming new trade agreements.
