fxbomovi: All broker has inbuilt trailing stop. It works even when you are offline. When you place your trade, right click on the trade, select trailing and choose the stop pips you want. Just google trailing stop and you will see lots of info. Am on mobile now, so i cannot post charts and link.

which mobile phone are u using? Which platform and How effective iz d data feed? Urgent response needed.

when u cumback online ngo,u no go fit move-am to BE? And when u move ur SL to BE and u observe that d pair is still filled with more momentum or stimulus wat do u do?

I use TP mostly when I haven't met target for a month. Make person no go hear story. Moving stops is really nice but its not for the faint hearted.

ok,i get ur point,as 4 me,i only use TPz in ranging markets(of which i try to avoid a.m.a.p),datz y for now i dont trade most /usd pairs,imagine price returning to ur SL after 3pips away 4rm ur TP,also price hitting a fixed SL(say 50pips) before shooting or diving past ur Target price,datz y i use mental stops... Lol! 9ce proverb though,where did u learn 4rm,let me guess... Yo mama or gf?

Rich4god: Everything about the trade is inline with my trading plan. Just woke up in the morning to see the loss. The worst part is that the trade was just 3pips to TP before the retracement.

This is one of the major reason why i prefer to move stop-loss than to Set TP,i de wonder why una the set TP sometimes-o... These two emotions called GREED N' FEAR,hmmm ....

i trade something similar to this,position trading sweet die,i TELLZ U... I dont set TPz,i only move SL to BE and stack more positionz,datz y i avoid ranging pairs as much as possible...

Piponomics: EJ is likely headed to 123.xx finally. Got 200pips locked and waiting to see. If e no gree, we go still follow am come down.
Trading just one pair is so very sweet. You just put all the allotted risk on the pair and relax. Minimal losing trades and rest of mind.
If you want to go down this route, pick a pair that has high daily pip range and avoid EU like a plague.
Someone might think it would be hard to meet monthly targets but that's not true. Trading EJ alone this January, I have made 600pips excluding the current open trade. And with the lot size I use, I need just 400pips to double my account. So do the maths.
So,[/b]it all boils down to proper trade management.[[/b]

i would advise you to synchronise ur trading activities with Forexfactory's trade explorer,from there u can analyze ur trade statistics and the rest,i think theres a place in the FF's trade explorer that shows the no. of lots you've traded on weekly,monthly,yearly and all-time... Just check it out but u must register 1st
