Go and read about Baghdad at it's peak and the golden age of Islam google is your friend.

The numerals we use today were made in India but spread by the Arabs they were a bridge between Asia and the Western World

You're really going to ignore how Spain owned 20% of the world at a time it was once a world superpower also the Islamic Moors did a lot for Spain and if you bothered to use google you'd see why

Islamic radicalization I have no clue of how it started but Islam is not just bloodshed and inshallah as far as I know there's a source of the violence and it isn't always Islam

I am not Muslim I am a Christian who just reads about African Religions and enjoys history
All those stories that you people tell yourself to sleep well at night? They are just tales by moonlight.

The richest nation on earth is a muslim nation called Qatar.

All african Christians are running to the middle east to find for opportunities. You will them in saudi Arabia, Jordan, qatar,UAE, kuwait and these country have 1 thing in common they practice monarchy not democracy
Qatar is not the richest country in the world, it has enormous wealth as a result of its oil deposits developed of course by the west, the fact that it has a very small population makes her people very rich.

If Qatar is not heavily defended by the west, same as Saudi Arabia and UAE, Qatar would have gone to the dust as other hungry islamic countries would have invaded it since

Islamic countries created modern day Europe, Islam ruled Spain and developed it massively Islam also taught Europe about numerlas, compass, sails and many other useful inventions go and learn about the golden age of islam and all the creations that were made in that time and also which country in Africa or South America or even Asia that is predominantly Christian is succeding? Christianity was used to take advantage of the peoples outside of Europe and now you see how good of a tool it was they are becoming richer and they tell us pray more and things will work out instead of us to learn of our own culture and work harder we're spending half of our money on Church and Christ and hoping jobs fall into our hands
Tissue of lies, Islam rule over Spain was very short, it didn't even conquer the whole of Spain, Spain had never been a world power either before, during or after Islamic rule.

2. Numerals was introduced by Egypt Years before Islam, Egypt under the Egyptian gods was the cradle of world civilization but Islam took their gods from them and turned Egypt into what it is today

3. Since the advent of Islam it has been war and violence even the brief spell of the only known islamic empire (ottomans?) was filled with violence and bloodshed

4. There has never been a golden age of Islam, it exists only in the imagination of you people, the ottoman empire is fairly recent just about 400 years ago and it didn't witness much development, it was filled with war and violence.

Democracy is just the present religion of Christian nations, they spread it with war and sanctions and propaganda.

If it was so good then other countries will have been adopting it with no issue but you are forced to adopt it or else you will die or your country destroyed.

Christian nations have been fighting the non believing nations because they didn't adopt their democracy religion, what have they achieved, profit from war, death of non believers, destruction and total collapse of nations, they keep disturbing world peace and endangering people
Every other country that adopted it have been doing well apart from Islamic countries, why?

Before the advent of democracy, were islamic countries peaceful?

What other means of government do you suggest? You want change of government to always be violent?

Democracy is actually not a Christian thing, it emanated from the greeks. There is no democracy actually in the Bible.

Christians accuse muslims of carrying out Jihads, anyway, the truth is that jihad isn't only a Muslim issue, it is also a Christian issue.

The first jihad ever taken place was carried out by Christians, it is called the crusaders, they killed non believers and forcefully converted them to Christians, those who wouldn't convert were killed.

On the African soil, ths Christians took their jihad to another level, all the Christian nation in the west came together to sell africans into slavery without remorse.

Another Christian jihad was colonization, they saw the rest of the wold as babarians, sent their army and administration then colonized the whole africa, then partitioned it to suit their fantasy.

What is presently going on?

Christian jihad take form in politics, This time they are not spreading christianity but another form of religion called DEMOCRACY, if the heads of various Christian nations do not like a leader of a particular country, they start shouting democracy, if he doesn't listen, they assassinate them, if it not possible, they organized a coup, if that is not possible, they sanction the country, place an economic embargo, make the population of the non believers suffer and then purposely make them revolt by all means until the leader is removed or killed by the non believers.

If the people support their leader, the Christian jihadists will start subverting the nation, black mailing the nation through their media, films , music and Various Ngos.

The truth is that the muslim jihad is just a counter attack to the Christian jihadist in political battle.

Almost all the whole world have been affected by Christian jihadists, the truth is that the world is in choas because of Christian jihadists, they are everywhere disguise in suits, creating unrest, using economic sanctions as a tool of control, sending armies and mercenaries to destroy a nation, my question is when will it stop?
Give your life to christ! You don't like democracy? Suggest another form of government you think is better than it!

Southern Christians stop acting like you love arewa Christians aka Northern Christians. Stop pretending, the only reason you support northern Christians is because you want to pit Northern Christians against northern muslims forgetting that they are both from the same ancestry.

During all the destruction spree caused by ipob and odua nation AGITATORS in the south, did it come to your mind that some of the destroyed properties were owned by Northern Christians. You destroyed it all.

Don't come here and act like you love them when every northern that speaks Hausa is aboki in the south, is a terrorist and a fulani herdmen, don't think you can deceive Northern Christians with your false love, we know if you were given the right opportunity, you won't hesitate to massacre the north whether Christian or muslim because you won't know the difference, northern Christians know your trick, they might be United in religion with the south but they can never trust the Southern Christians. As they say blood is thicker than water, no matter our religious differences, we in the north are United.
Dont mix things up, Christians are not allowed by the tenets of our religion to massacre people, we are encouraged to love even our enemies
So in as much as we detest your thirst for blood we don't dream of massacres! If your religion encourages you to massacre people its better you give your life to Christ.

Islam has contributed nothing, absolutely nothing to human development. All you moslems do invade already developed or developing countries, destroy them but claim that Islam is the basis for their development.

e.g Egypt, Persia(now Iran) Babylon (Iraq) these were world empires who laid the foundation for today's civilization but Islam touched them and they are now totally and absolutely useless, thank God the romans were not stupid enough to allow any vestige of Islam to touch them.

Even here in Nigeria, look at the once mighty Hausa empire- look at what they are today.

99% of today's invention, including that dynamite that moslems terrorists like to use and blow themselves to smithereens in hope of some phantom 77 virgins are manufactured by Christians.

Kiss the truth if all moslems decide to leave the earth for mars today, Earth will become peaceful and progressive while Mars will turn useless within weeks. Watch Afghanistan for example, in the next few weeks it will turn to another Somalia.

Pray for islam, pray for your fellow Moslems many of them will go to bed today without food in their belly, clothes on their back and shelter on their head.

*CHRISTIAN DOCTORS IN SAUDI ARABIA*

Now that Nigerian Christian medical doctors are desperately seeking career asylum in Saudi Arabia, a neo-conservative Sharia State, I wonder what could be the reaction of their Apex body, the Christian Association of Nigeria.

The truth is that Nigerian Christians are very shameless, especially on issues pertaining to money making. The entire creed of that faith is built on voluptuous materialism and luxury of prosperity. I have no regret for always asserting that pentacostalism is a huge scam!

I thank Allah for not making my parents amongst the Christians, otherwise I would have probably grown up as greedy and foolish as every John and Michael who runs to Saudi Arabia in a desperate search for a greener pasture. Let's thank Allah that we are Muslims.

Nigerian Christians, especially in the South, bark and tremble at the sight of any Islamic identity. To them, a Muslim's adorning hijab is Islamization; non interest banking is Islamization; a conscious Muslim as the CEO is Islamization, etc. Infact, Islamic identity is the aching tragedy for many Christians.

Now that they are begging for jobs in Saudi Arabia, the foremost home of Islamic identity, where the best of mankind was birthed, the super home of Shari'a in action, where the females are honourably concealed in deep dark purdah, how will Christians cope with this cultural beauty?

It's high time we stopped taking Christian leaders serious in this country. It's now clear that whenever a Christian bark, he's only crying for survival. The entire faith-system is a fraud! I do not regret what I write on this. If you so wish, you may choose to report me to Zuckerberg that I insulted you.

I have been looking for a way out of this platform, so I lose nothing with Zuckerberg's action. You may also stop talking to me at work. You may as well choose not to do business with me again. Allah's is the glory, I don't have a single Christian in my extended family!

As for those of us who always run abroad, including Saudi Arabia, for medicals, it's now clear that those at home are no different from those abroad. We should appreciate the value of our health workers at home. We should learn to trust the surgeons, nurses and pharmacists working at home.

By Abu Mazeedatilkhayr Bn Sa'eed.
We will start taking people like you seriously when moslems stop making ''travelling to the west'' their ultimate ambition in life.

Better to be greedy and materialistic than be a blood sucking terrorist. Without moslems the world will be a lot peaceful..a lot!

Almost nothing significant happened in the first term of Obasanjo, but he had the advantage of the euphoria of the feeling of been free from military jack boot and steadily increasing revenue from oil. Also with international goodwill and some foreign investment in key sectors like telecoms and expansion of the financial sector due to pent up demand. Better growth came with even faster increase in oil prices and consolidation of financial sector.
He did not face crisis close to loss of 70% of national income. The crisis he faced are security challenges in different parts of the country, misapplication of funds and little attention to infrastructure.
The telecom sector was transformed in Obasanjo's first term, he also increased minimum wage, that period saw a lot of investors bringing in good money into the economy, even the United sates president stayed for 3 days here in Abuja, Miracles did not happen in his first term but the solid foundation for economic prosperity was laid.

Why did private railway companies not come and invest in Nigeria at the same time MTN and co came into our telecoms? Didn't we have need for fast rail transport in 1999-2000? The error in your thinking is the notion that it's every sector that attracts private investment.
Can you name one emerging country like India, Indonesia, South Africa, Malaysia where private investors are the ones raising financing and building their roads, bridges and railway that are not known to be quick money spinners.

You really think foreign investors will come rushing to sectors with long break even points that the citizens and government don't want to put money? Why do you think USA, doyen of capitalism and private investment is making provisions and passing bills for $1 trillion infrastructure investment? You think it's a joke right? To leave your strategic infrastructure needs merely to profit decision of individual capital?

Pray tell me the name of the private investors that raised funds for the Shinkasen in Japan, Autobahn in Germany, EU Eurostar railway network, underwater English channel railway link between France and UK, Chinese Maglev trains, Tennessee valley authority network of dams in USA and Panama canal system built by USA.

Don't be carried away by preachment of the developed world that they themselves cannot follow to the letter.
Are you telling me that it makes sense for a single government to borrow more than all the previous ones just because of railway? Apart from ego what purpose does the railway serve? What percentage of Nigerians use it? This year's budget was financed by a huge deficit same as next year's. How can you run your nation to the brink of bankruptcy just because of railways?

The vast majority of travellers still make use of the roads, yet when the roads were built did Nigeria run into bankruptcy? Over 70% of national income is currently being used to service debts and it makes sense to you that the only thing to show for it are railways?

I refuse to believe any one will justify this kind of imbecilic profiligacy with railways.. It just doesn't make sense

The model that delivered Lagos Ibadan rail in 4 years has my support any day. Imagine we financed the rail 30 years ago instead of making our forex available for private jet imports, we won't be here today.
How much did Nigeria borrow to build the telecoms industry? If Nigeria had borrowed to fix NITEL rather than bring in the massive investment how would NITEL be faring today?

The Ajaokuta steel you mentioned despite all the loans how has it fared? You talk about the railways as if it started 4 years ago, NO it has been on since 2006, it just so happened that it was completed recently but even that how much money is it bringing? In a recession, one sure way of getting out of it is to spend heavily to restart activities and prevent further contraction of activities in the economy.
The funds must come from somewhere, either raising taxes or taking on debt. Raising taxes has its own problem in an economy with good tax system with wide net. Maybe less impact on spending power in a low tax system like in Nigeria with good scope for widened net.

It will be counterproductive to cut spending and investment in an economy seeing recession. The strategy to take on debt considering the difficulty and unpredictability of wider tax net.

But tax must be collected in the long term to guarantee repayment or servicing of the loans taken.
So borrowing heavily is your own way out of recession? How will the loans be repaid? Both internal and external? Did Obasanjo borrow before taking Nigeria from the verge of deep recession to unprecedented economic prosperity within a short period of time? Rather than focus on Foreign Direct Investment you are saying that it doesn't matter where the money comes from, in your personal life can you do that?
