Done of you people think Google intentionally coded it to tag black people as gorillas? Wow. It's obviously an issue with the algorithm they used to code gorillas, probably based in the skin tone causing issues. Seriously, I don't think a corporation like Google would take such a stab just to be intentionally racist. |
It's grey for me. On the criminal side, imagine how easy shoplifting would be. |
The answer is 87, and please don't say it's 78, cuz it's not. Turning 78 upside down will not give 87. All the numbers used have the benefit of being valid either upside-down or right-side up. 7 does not. Besides, our perspective is wrong. The driver's perspective is what matters. 87. |
I counted 20 triangles. |
Hi! Can't wait to hear what you've got! I've been playing for quite some time with the 3/4 I've had since I was a kid. It's an Art & Lutherie Wild Cherry Ami. I've started a lot of fingerpicking and I'm getting better. I'll put something here soon enough. |
Sweet! A rock thread! Rock music is seriously underrepresented in Nigeria. Not too many fans of the genre. Well, I love Fall Out Boy. My favourite band ever. I just love the sound of punk rock. Linkin Park is equally cool, I have both Living Things and The Hunting Party. Panic! At The Disco is a new band I've started to listen to. Have got a few of their songs. Brendon Urie sounds a lot like Patrick Stump... Nickelback is cool too. Almost forgot The Fray! Started listening to them only very recently and they are great! Vienna and Trust Me and Say When are my favourites! Then random rock songs I have like: Just Tonight - Jimmy Eat World Somewhere Only We Know - Keane Give It Up - Midtown Memory - Sugarcult Ocean Avenue - Sugarcult There are a lot more. A lot. Just the ones that came to mind. |
Afolabs101:Good job man! Let me fill in the gaps. Those I know at least. 10. Yogi Bear. 19. Odie, from Garfield 24. Mojo Jojo, from Powerpuff Girls 28. Arnold, from Hey Arnold 29. Casper, from Casper, the Friendly Ghost (I think) 34. The Looney Tunes Martian guy, Marv? |
Hapuya:Cracked, thumbs up niqqa. Nairaland, NGemu, Cracked, NotAlwaysRight (and friends), UltimateGuitar. |
The lights. Check out the Nissan GT-R. Those rear lights are sweeeeet. Then the interior, the dash specifically. It's gotta be tech, or else. |
I know you see me M83 Chamillionaire the way to do it is by far the best way to get the taste of the most important thing is that the Muslim world. Um... I'm not even a Muslim... |
Reversal of Jonathan's terrible presidency might be likened to miracles. I'm behind Buhari, not expecting him to fix everything in a day, but I know he'll change our country for the better. |
nikkiehan:Thank you, thank you. You're far too kind. |
I really don't think it's right to say that the women were greedy. Everyone wants better things in their lives and some people know they can never get them. Not everyone can be rich, that's a fact, and when someone who isn't privileged thinks that they might be able to change their life around, or at least taste of the better things in life, I really don't think that that is subject to comparison to greed. I'm not saying that couldn't have been more cautious though. I still believe that such people are gullible, but it's always the promise of better things that blindside them. |
I counted 40... |
Misternas89:I know that bats are mammals, but you're still wrong. A bat is not a bird. What's a bird, may I ask? Definitely not something that flies. Or else I guess a roach is a bird. A bird is simply something that belongs to Aves. A bat does not. A bat is not a bird. A penguin is a bird. Even though it swims. And doesn't fly. It's not simply about what it does, there are deeper things to the classifications. Guidelines that determine where something belongs. |
AwesomelyMade:This is a funny post... REPTILES like these are AMPHIBIANS. That's basically like saying birds like these are mammals. No hate man. Just funny. |
Her post sounds like all those Chinese packages. "My Sunday smile makes my colourful church outfit sunny to me" |
Just respect the culture of others. While we Yoruba people feel that others might lack respect, it's not really our fault. Respect is ingrained in our culture, and although greeting sometimes gets annoying, it sets certain precedents. I'm not bashing anyone, but the way you feel that us bowing down is too much, we feel that you not doing so is disrespect. It's all a matter of perspective. People are different and that's what makes the world so great. Diversity. Anyhow, I highly suggest that if you live in any region where their culture is different from yours, you try and do what they do, especially if it doesn't cost you anything. |
God save us from these Nairaland topics. First Davido had a child. Happened to be his sister's. Then Ayiri Emami spends 1,500,000 naira on breakfast. Happened to be Lebanese pounds. Which is only 1,044 dollars. Less than 200,000 naira. Please. Can we not rush to post absolutely crap? |
Now playing: Black and Yellow. |
No10:Um. Maybe that's cuz most of the pictures are selfies?? Unless there's a way to be in the background of your own selfie. |
eyinjuege:Okay, thanks for that. |
Today is Mother's Day for the United States. March 15 was for Nigeria and the United Kingdom. Different countries around the world have different dates for mother's day, to those who may be confused. |
Speaking of mother's day pictures, that reminds me of...

Save me. In UCH, I've seen lots of people on oxygen cylinders, and it has absolutely nothing to do with whether there's power or not. Oxygen will still be supplied to the woman regardless. Unless they are using some technique I've never heard of, then I don't know what the OP is talking about. And remember that we are talking about Nigeria, so the chance that something else is involved, like oxygen concentrators, seems a little bit of a small chance to me. It's a general Hospital. |
Is he sure his sperm is blessed? His English... "just give me money" how subtle. |
The picture is not fake. But the context is. The man is a thief. Not a pastor. In fact, that's not even Nepal, it's Ecuador. Doesn't make it right, but he didn't die, and he didn't get burnt for trying to preach the gospel. fbinvestigations..com/2014/12/burned-alive-in-nepal-for-preaching.html |
I really don't think that this 'went wrong'. It seems it's exactly what he wanted. All the same, he's still weird af. He said that some men ask to penetrate his foreskin... I don't even know what to say. He also got injections in his scrotum. |
This is an informative piece. And quite amazing what the can fit in a plane. Technology is amazing. |
I love random trivia. Thanks OP. Banked. |
What is wrong with everyone!? Just because one day, someone decided to bring back the ripped jeans statement, which has probably been dead since 2001, everyone wants to hop on the wagon? I wouldn't blame you for hopping on if it looked good, but I mean, clean your mirror for a second... It doesn't look good! Don't y'all understand? And hers? It looks like crap! |
