Yes you can. In fact, Microsoft has said that for the first year after the release of Windows 10, you can upgrade for free from Windows 8, (cant remember if 7 was there too) but after that you have to pay, so try to get a genuine copy by getting in quickly on that opportunity.

Having played A LOT of Halo 2, I'm happy to hear about Cortana, who for those who don't know, was Master Chief's personal assistant (guess that's what to call her?) in the game.
Not sure if Spartan has anything to do with Halo 2 either seeing as Master Chief was a Spartan.

Don't forget The Fappening. That was iCloud stuff.

Well, I'd say that if he's been using Windows 7, he should continue with it, cuz he'll be more used to it, plus he shouldn't have any driver issues, and then there is less likely to be any compatibility issues with any of the software he is used to using.

All that plus the fact that the Windows 8.x series isn't really their best. They went for too much of a radical change that dedicated PC users find frustrating and confusing, myself included. I'll be waiting for 10 in the meantime.

The other way I can think of to recover your files would be to buy a hard drive enclosure. It basically encases your laptop hard drive after you remove it, and allows you to use it as an external drive. That way you'd be able to connect it to anyone else's laptop or desktop and get your files out before a fresh install.

They typically cost around a 1000 naira, not too much I'd say to save your files. You can find them at Citadel or perhaps Idea Konsult.

But first let's see if we can save your files without getting down to the hardware.

What exactly do you mean by not being able to access the hard drive? It doesn't show? Just a bit more detail please.

Truly, because unfortunately on 7, the option for a repair install is not available by booting from the disc.

The easiest method I can really see would be to boot to safe mode and recover files, as the method above would involve you purchasing things that an average person might not need again.

After recovering all your files, you can then proceed to do a fresh install.

You might need a large flash drive, but most likely an external hard drive to hold all your files whilst repairing your system.

Try logging in in safe mode, okay?

If logging in with your account still gives no success, try logging in with another account, and if yours is the only one, then check if there is an account named Administrator. If there is, log in through that, make a new account and recover your documents specific to the other one, before attempting to delete it.

The hitch here might be that you may not see an account named administrator, and if you don't, things get tricky. You might need a Windows 7 repair disc possibly. (I just assume it's 7.)

I'm betting that what you need might be a repair of your Windows installation.

If you have a Windows disc lying around (7, 8? You didn't say which version.) you should be able to attempt a repair. If you don't then there aren't really many (any?) options left.

If the issue is that there is some stuff you really need to retrieve, then it is possible that you could hook it up to another computer to retrieve your files, but you'd need a special adapter to change the Sata port (or ide) to USB. Plus it would require opening it up, which you might not want.

I'm almost certain though, that a repair will fix the issues you are having. There are more things that can cause such issues, but, it's most likely just a software issue.

Just to clarify some stuff, guys.

Sean Boswell, from Tokyo Drift wasn't written out, cuz he's going to supposedly appear in the 7th, 8th and 9th installments.

The movie order doesn't represent the time line. FF3 comes after FF6 in terms of events. That's why Han dies in FF3 yet reappears afterwards. His death is shown at the end of 6 cuz that's where the time line catches up to the end of FF3.

I hadnt heard of them before too, but check Jumia, they are still there. The Wiko Cink Peax for example goes at N32000. I would have copied the specs, but I am currently using a terrible phone.
