apprentist:Thanks bro...n I wish u best of luck in ur quest of grooming ursef to become a man. However, always remember ur parents ar ur #1 alternative in difficult moment cus trust me there sure will be difficult moment and the 2nd quarter of ur quest is likely to be the most difficult part. Don't be discouraged when it gets hot instead keep ur head straight and prayer more. Also don't mute ur mouth, always tell somebody to tell somebody u r in search of a career job. Note: Don't see any comment here as an advise u must follow (all comments are just suggestions) be sure of yourself before proceeding. Things I ll suggest u balance before deciding are: 1. Check ur present family capability n financial status (if u go home will u b a burden or not)? 2. Check urself, how strong r u to cope the hard moment ahead of u? 3. Lastly what is ur alternative plan B shud incase A fails? **if it face u shoot it, if it backs u shoot it but think twice when u r left alone. |
I went to a shop down my street to get spaghetti n ata gigun (dried blended pepper) just this afternoon. On getting dr, the woman was running after her +3yrs old daughter to come so she can clean her bum-bum. As she grab her hand to pull her close to wre she poo-poo. Nxt word d girl said was "haaa mama ope don't break my hand now chebi u knw I'm kogbo-kogbo (meaning immature/fragile), you kuku know ur mouth is not good when u r crying and my daddy will now be saying otito (its enough). The woman's siblings laugh so hard that I couldn't help but to laugh too. Then I ask mama ope if her daughter ad seen her crying before and she explained that the girl is an "SS" and anytime she's sick she(the mom) will cry till she fall asleep beside her. So since then she as always make fun of her crying |
@op_my immediate elder brother tried this n now his regretting returning to our parents after his service year. He spent 2years at home going out in-search of job but all to no positive turnout even our parents connection didn't help. After my uncle who is a PS in federal level disappointed him our parent ask him to go for his MSc cus the guy like book pass food. Now after MSc his still under our parents roof cus its now more difficult for him to stand on his own. Now our parents talk is helping him tru Phd level. As for me wey I just collect my NYSC discharge certificate yesterday I already told them I'm only coming home to visit them for 2wks and I'll return to ilorin wre I served. I really meant it cus I don't depend on ppls promises not even my relatives anyways I'm not interested in career job cus I took to learn cinematography 3mnths ago while still serving and I'll sti be in process of learning for 6month or more but my parents hymn is in career job. Although its bit difficult living in the metropolis when u avnt start earning but I know I'll cope and worst is I'll go home 1s a month to gather foodstuffs. What av gathered from my research so far is that if u try n endure the hardship of standing on ur own, its really gonna worth it at the end but the more u depend on ur parents living with them the more it gets hard for u to be independent cus u r likely to feel too relaxed due to their encouragement of okomi makanjo (don't be in haste). |
About 7months ago myself and my gf took her 2yrs old nephew to shoprite. While at the kiddies play center of the mall, this couples came in with their kids to celebrate their baby girl's birthday. There is this big plastic car children sit-in to drive on a rack. The baby girl tapped the attendant of the place and ask him how much they wanna sale the car...instantly the man said its not for sale. Then the girl reply and said "'my daddy as plenty money o he will buy it for me, he is working because of me". That statement drew everyone's attention and she immediately went to the dad n said Daddy chebi u will buy the car for me abi? The dad in a funny tone said "hmm, my second wife too wants a big car just like her mommy, then she instantly said ok chebi u will buy it for me abi? And the dad said honey see daddy didn't bring plenty money to this place, immediately she reply saying "dadddddy why did u lie to my mommy that you are working because of me now u can't even buy this small car for me". Mehen at first I try to seal up but I couldn't help the manner I take laugh when even the mother busted up and everybody were laughing...and the little angel start crying thinking everyone was laughing her.she then start moving from person to person saying 'tell me sorry' till everybody said sorry she then kept quite to face the candy she was holding. It was so funny and we all marveled at her shape brain cus it was her 3rd year birthday they came to celebrate. |
ClassCaptain:I seriously can't stop laffin mahan. |
I'll rather open a children bank account and have the money fixed for his/her future rather than buy him/her a gold plated phone that might even get lost or stolen due to his/her carelessness of wanting to show-off among friends.. #Beware - 1year after he/she go dey start dey beg for diamond plated phone. Abi no be kids...? Always asking for more |
